For many years this used to be the only place I would go, but recently things have changed. I believe the daughter has taken over the business. Since then my family has experienced several instances of rudeness when dropping off and picking up our pups. This last visit, however, my little dog received quite a gnash in his right leg and the grooming was incomplete. She did text before pick and said she had nicked him by accident, but upon further examination it was more than that. I know the lady running it now prefers a text and so I reached out. They always do a great job with our schnauzers. We've used them for the past four years. No complaints at all. They're great!
