We complained after the service and they offered to return within 3 days to 'fix it.' We declined because nothing could have been done. I would never recommend this service. I likely wouldn't even go if it was 'free.' Each groomer was kind to me as a customer.

I showed up with my dogs at 4 pm and was promptly told that I had them there too late, that I needed to have them there earlier in the day. At no point was I told of this requirement, in fact, I was told I could bring them at any time. I begged with her to reconsider, that we were going out of town, had hotel reservations, etc., but she refused. So thanks to Rock Creek my daughter and I are home this weekend, summer escape cancelled. I have never been treated or spoken to so rudely in all my life.

This may be a good spot for large dogs, but I wouldn't recommend it for smaller ones who get nervous easily or owners who are afraid their dogs might get swiped. The dogs were not in a secure place. They are right up front when you walk in. I can imagine a crazy person walking away with one of these smaller dogs easily. That's a worst case scenario, but still, you don't want to leave your dog with a groomer and be worrying that it's even a possibility. Pricing was great, groom job was average. Choose this spot if you're looking for a great deal and have a low expectation of what the experience will be like for your dog.

Rhonda provides large pet crates and gates so the dogs get plenty of exercise and attention while you are away. Belle's grooming services are fantastic. My dog is a 50-lb Wheaten Terrier mix with corse, thick hair and the prices to bathe her, cut her and trim her nails are fantastic. Would DEFINITELY reccommend if you live in the NLR metro area!

Well when we picked up the dog it was nothing like what was wrote down. Not even close. I called back to try and see if they even communicated with each other on what a client wanted and they stated that they do. So I preceded to ask why was the cut different than what we ask for and no one could give me an explanation except oh we are sorry. So I refused payment and told them that we would not be needing their service any longer. Then Nicky called me back and I told her that we were giving them the benefit of the doubt to get him right is why we took the dog back there. She said well you need to take him somewhere else and hung up. Which I already told them we would not be using them again but I guess stupid people need to get a last word in. Please never use these people that are not professional and that has been told to me by several people saying their dogs were messed up also.
