During the move, they noticed my plumbing setup wasn't ideal and completely redid it, which has been a huge improvement. Unfortunately, I did lose three fish during the move, but they stood behind their work and gave me a livestock credit without any hassle. That level of customer service says a lot. Their prices seem to be right in line with other local fish stores. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that right before they relocated, I purchased a few replacement fish and lost two of them within a week while they were in my quarantine tank. To be fair, losses can happen with any fish store, and that's just part of the reefing hobby. What has always stood out to me is how informative, honest, and courteous the staff is. They're willing to answer questions, offer advice, and genuinely help hobbyists succeed. I haven't had a chance to visit their new location yet, but I definitely plan to soon. Because of their different needs, we reserved one of the townhouse suites and arranged individual playtime for them. Anna checked us in and patiently reviewed the detailed instructions I provided regarding Sadie's two prescribed eye medications, feeding schedule, and overall care. She immediately gave me confidence that my babies were in good hands. I especially want to recognize Tiffany, the Manager at PetSuites. Her compassion, professionalism, and leadership transformed one of the most stressful moments of my vacation into one where I genuinely felt heard, supported, and valued as a customer. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into an extremely stressful trip, delayed luggage, travel complications, and unexpected financial issues that left me overwhelmed by the time I needed to arrange pickup. When I spoke with Tiffany, she could hear how emotional I was. She listened without judgment, stayed compassionate and professional, and worked with me to solve the problem. She didn't just resolve an issue, she demonstrated what exceptional leadership and customer service look like. Tiffany represented PetSuites with empathy, integrity, and genuine care, and that made all the difference. Anyone can provide good service when everything goes perfectly. Even though I was over 2,000 miles away, the communication and updates helped reassure me that Sadie and Cooper were receiving the love and attention they deserved. This was our second time boarding with PetSuites, and this stay confirmed why we keep coming back. I take great pride in how my dogs are cared for, and I don't trust them to just anyone. PetSuites gave them a true home away from home. There is a standard drop off time, between 8-9 AM, which is pretty standard for things like this. I didn't mind the wait - they called at 2pm to say Panda was finished. I'd rather they take the time to do it well! And well they did. I've had a poor experience with the unpersonalized experience of big box grooming businesses, and my dog reacted poorly. When I came in, I was immediately greeted warmly! Panda was too, and they didn't crowd or rush at her in the lobby, so my shy girl was able to feel a bit better about being whisked away. When we picked her up, the owners husband and I chatted a bit, and he told me about her experience! I was so glad that she was well taken care of, and she's adorable as heck! I'm glad I gave her a shot, and my shy nervous dog got a great hair cut. They even (tried) to file her nails down, rather than leaving them sharp (But of course my dog wouldn't cooperate with that particular thing, but I appreciate their efforts!) When I visited, there were about 5-6 people busily packaging goods. A friendly fellow rang us up, and encouraged us to bring our dog to visit next time. The goodies are handmade with natural ingredients. $6 per box (packing ~25 small treats). They currently only have peanut butter, I'd love to see them expand the flavors. A great cause, and a quality product. This place is sure to put a smile on your face.
