While I was standing outside my car talking to a friend, one of their workers came from behind the car next to mine and blew grass clippings directly into our faces, into my open car, and all over my dashboard, floor, door panels, clothes, shoes, and hair. We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.

No wonder their business seems little off from years ago.

His initial consultation resulted in a very detailed consultation report with 4 options. His onsite work was AMAZING! We had a huge bamboo field that had become completely overgrown. In one and half days he and his team came in, removed all the bamboo, the fending, and raised beds. In it's place was a mulch field, left very neat and tidy. We were thrilled with the quality of the work, and the pricing was very reasonable for what we had done. On a personal level - David is a delightful person, and a pleasure to work with!

Multiple employees checked in with me without me having to go find anybody. There was even a greeter up front talking about one of their services, but it wasn't pushy. Just solid, professional interaction. Here's what really did it for me. I came in looking for a zero gravity chair. Asked about it out in the outdoor section and at first it looked like they didn't have it. No big deal, I was already moving on. Instead, my man took the time to check again, scan deeper, realized there might be some in another section, then came and found me. Didn't point. Didn't wave me off. Came and got me and said "hey brother, follow me, I think we've got it," and walked me straight to it. That follow through is what separates good from great. I had three different employees engage with me during that visit and I didn't have to chase a single one of them down. I've had plenty of good experiences at Lowe's, but I can count on one hand the number of times I've had that level of proactive help. Most of the time you're trying to find somebody, and even when you do it's not their department or they're not sure. Today, Home Depot took a clear step ahead for me.
