This business is a pet owner's dream and it became a critical component in supporting my Shih Tzu in his elder years. The "business" side of the business is frictionless, run by Ian who knows that it means to provide services to customers, but he also truly has a dog-owner's heart. He cares about the clients he serves. And the grooming staff is wonderful: kind, skilled, and animal-focused. This business is a win for animals and animal families in equal measure.

Some background: I have a 6 month old Shih Tzu/Bichon mix who seems to grow hair faster than any other dog I've had. He somehow got pretty matted on his legs and despite our best efforts to brush him, his last groomer told us our only option was to shave it all off. I texted Posh Pets and they were great about scheduling a time, arriving on time and making my puppy feel comfortable. Less than an hour later, we got our puppy back and we were so surprised at how great he looked and how happy he was. I've already raved about it in person to all my doggy park friends. Given the hazardous condition, I immediately disposed of the damaged items to protect my pet's safety. I provided photographic evidence to the retailer but was informed that a refund would only be considered if the original items were returned, despite their unsalvageable condition. The retailer's refusal to address the issue initially and their policy of not providing refunds for defective items appears unreasonable and potentially violates consumer protection laws. I read the reviews for Stinky's about doing nails for dogs that are, let's say... persnickety. That sold me... I had to give it a try. In order to get this job done, it took 4 people. Me, my husband, Jo-Ann, and her assistant... but, it DID get done. And my dog was fine - all nails neatly trimmed, no other muss or fuss. A bath and cut for my dog was about $120 which is an amazing and totally fair price. My dog has been having a lot of mats but the groomer did a great job at untangling and de-matting. My Scottie came back smelling fresh and looked super happy. I was told he was a good dog and had fun playing with the other pups there (which is unheard of due to his r reactive personality).
