During my dog's appointment, she was accidentally cut with clippers and ended up with a deep wound that required staples and follow-up vet visits. Angel told me not to take her to the vet right away, but I chose to anyway, which I'm glad I did. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled afterward and felt there wasn't enough accountability or concern for my dog's injury. It was a really upsetting experience, and I want other pet owners to be aware of what happened. Since then, I've started grooming my dog myself and haven't had any similar issues.
