The engraved box we received from Pet Passages of our baby, Snort. We added a little memorial tree and his favorite toy.

Pet Passages helped us through one of the most difficult times in our lives. Our had to put our sweet boy down days after Christmas. We were devastated and wanted to find a reliable company that would privately cremate our baby. The company our vet recommended had some concerning reviews, so we decided to find our own. We stumbled upon Pet Passages and loved the private cremation option with the additional paw and snout print. Rene was a big help and was very compassionate throughout the process. They promptly picked up our sweet boy from the vet the same day, and within 3 days he was ready to come home. I do appreciate the tracking information that shows you every step of what has been done so far. Once we had ready, they managed to drop him back off to our vet the same day even though their schedule was very busy. This saved us a long trip to pick him up from the facility. The engraved box is beautiful, and there is a velvet bag inside with a sweet inscription. They also provide you with a tracking QR card so that you can verify you only received your pet's remains (if you choose a private cremation). The paw print and snout card are so sweet, and they also included a memorial heart that can be put in dirt to grow. Pet Passages made a terrible situation so much easier on us. It was very comforting to get back our boy's ashes, and it helps us feel like he's still at home with us. Thank you, Rene, and everyone at Pet Passages that treated us and our baby so well during a heartbreaking time. We will always appreciate what you did for us, and we will use you again for all of our babies.

Our sweet axle passed unexpectedly and we found pet passages so we could bring him home again! The whole process was so easy and definitely helped with the grief. We got to see him one last time and the closure was just what we needed. We can't thank Allen enough for everything and taking care of our sweet boy!

Recently we euthanized Ginger. She was fourteen with rapidly declining quality of life issues. The usual when, where, how thoughts and discussions took place over weeks . That ranges from just enough to get by to treating them like humans. No matter your level of care, Dr Fiona will open your eyes to a level of compassion for your pet you've never witnessed. Yes, this service cost significantly more than going down to the vet's office. They come to your home and over the course of one to two hours lovingly usher your pet to the next stop. Beautiful. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest decisions we make as owners. Our dogs were at home, comfortable, and not fearful or anxious about what was happening. I remember one of our dogs having an emergency and having to take him to the vet. He was anxious, and it was time for me to let him go. Seeing him on the cold, metal table broke my heart. I vowed that when the time came for our other dogs, I would choose Compassionate Care. I cannot express enough how incredible this service was during such a heartbreaking time. Dr. Fiona took the time to let us say our goodbyes without rushing, providing us with the space and support we needed.

I had to put my baby to sleep and the VEG in Allen sent him to Fond Memories on the 21st of January and from that day on my experience was a nightmare. I called them as instructed because I wished to have the black cat urn and was told by Andrew it would be two weeks - ok so I paid and waited. I called every week until the 23rd of February and was finally told they did not have the urn STILL yet they had been telling VEG who I was also calling that they had to get a tracking number. Veg told me they had shipped it but they also needed to get a tracking number leading me to believe that my pet had been shipped back to them...BTW they deliver the remains not SHIP them. I called VEG 4 days ago and was hung up on by Cheyenne and when I called back she had the audacity to tell me I hung up because I could not hear her. A complete lie as I told her to take me off of speaker phone. I finally spoke to Kendall at Fond Memories and she told me that they needed to call and find out when they would receive the urn...I cancelled the black cat urn and they suggested I could take another urn and then transfer him to the cat urn?? I just took the other urn and who knows what I will receive today when I pick up his ashes. Maybe just plain dirt! Do not use this place.

We were heartbroken because we came as a family and wanted to leave as a family. I looked for alternatives and found this place. It was a Saturday when I called, but someone still picked up right away. Fabian was extremely helpful and kind, doing his best to work with us and give us options.
