Nose and paw print offered by Peaceful Pets

In a dream world, we would never need this service. But unfortunately life isn't fair and I have had to use Peaceful Pets twice in a year. The first time, the emergency vet worked with them and they sent me updates and delivered the remains after a couple weeks. Unfortunately, I lost another cat the day before Thanksgiving. It was unexpected and traumatic and I had no idea what to do. I knew everything would shut down for the holidays and I would not emotionally survive almost a week with my dead cat in my freezer. I called Peaceful Pets distraught and asked if there was anything I could do. They were closing early, but said if I got there ASAP, they could take his remains. I drove over and they were so nice. Even letting me take a few moments to say goodbye since it all happened so quickly. I got my remains about 3 weeks later delivered to my house, which is so convenient. The packaging was wonderful. The pricing was reasonable and I appreciate the more environmentally friendly cremation service. I hope I don't have to contact them again for a very long time, but I recommend them to others for sure!

The 2 men that came to my house and picked up my sweet sleeping angel were very respectful and they really showed that they understood my grief. They petted my Gemma and were very gentle. These acts by these 2 men (I wish I had gotten their names) meant so much to

I can't thank Peaceful Pets enough. When my sweet Penny tragically died, they not only answered the call but let us come last minute near their closing time. I wish I could remember the name of the amazing woman who helped us. Penny was my baby for 13 years, since childhood, and Peaceful Pets made it easier to let her go. The worker that day was touched and even made us a pendant with some of her hair. Everything was very professional, and I could tell all the workers here love their jobs and truly care about our pets and their transition from our home to heaven. When and if another one of my babies passes away, I will be coming back. Thank you for all you do

Never before have I felt the need to get my dogs ashes back after cremation. With this dog it was mandatory. Once I found Peaceful Pets, I knew they would be the ones who would care for my best friend the way I wanted her to be cared for. I wasn't wrong. From my first call to my pickup visit, Eden and Tessa treated Molly and me like we were the most important souls ever to enter their establishment! Kindness is the language they speak. You cannot go wrong having Peaceful Pets care for the beloved

I had a very tragic loss - my boy passed in the night- Peaceful Pets answered at 10 a.m. Easter Weekend and helped us with our choices . He was received that morning and i got him back 7 days later. The cost is affordable and they have tremendous respect for our fur babies. The hours are amazing and helpful when tragedy strikes. Give them a chance I promise you wont regret it .

We lost our cat to cancer over a weekend and rather than take his body to the vet (he died in his sleep at home) we looked for cremation services locally. When I called they were incredibly professional and sympathetic. They explained the pricing quickly and set an appointment for us to come in. The registration link they texted was fast and easy, and we recieved our boys ashes back today not quite two weeks later. They have affordable services and many options available.

She was approximately 8 weeks old and we loved her beyond measure. She had a sister and me and my sister both landed on Sabrina. God lead us to her and for what ever reason he knew she would need us. Approximately at 9 months old she started having some diarrhea and through a multitude of Vet and Animal Hospital visits testing would show she lymphoma. Rare for a pup. Our best prepared us for a rolller coaster if good days and bad days and we were absolutely blessed with really good days up until last week. On a business trip my sister called and said Sabrina wasn't feeling well and was laying down in the corner of the laundry room. She never slept in there. I arrived back home Wednesday morning and she didn't come to the door to greet as she always did. I went to her and she was at her normal place underneath my chair and I gently greeted her and she wiggled her little tale. She died 12 hours later. Her little body had enough. She was our best Friend and we loved her deeply. Her big sissy has been looking for her everyday. At 3:00 am I discovered Precious Pets Crematory and completed their online inquiry. 7:00 am the owner called me. He was awesome and talked me through the options. I told him I would be there by 10:00 and said his daughter would be waiting on me. When I arrived she was kind and understanding. She could see and feel our pain. We received word that Sabrina was ready to be picked up today. Coordinated a time and it went exceptionally well. Not only did we get an engraved urn, but they included her paw print and a sample of her hair. Me and my sister cried...bawled. My last words to This very sweet lady was that I hope I never see her again. Lovingly she understood what I was saying. In life, the love we have for our pets last us a lifetime. Thank you Precious Pets for your kindness and understanding. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I was scheduled to fly out later that morning and couldn't fathom the though of leaving the responsibility to my grieving wife. After attempting to contact a couple of other companies, I was fortunate to find Precious Pets. Not only did they answer, they quickly opened their facility on a Sunday morning so that I could drop our dog off and still make my flight. They are truly wonderful people and despite the sad circumstances, they made the process comforting and convenient.

I've seen both of the vets here (i learned they are brothers) and both have been knowledgeable and helpful. Always answered all my questions and made me feel like my cat is in good hands. She had a toe ulcer and needed an antibiotic shot, wound cleaning, and a cone - i included a photo of the invoice for transparency. Some other reviews mentioned pricing as an issue, and although it wasnt a cheap visit ~ i dont think the prices are astronomical. Medical care and having pets in general is expensive, but it's definitely not the veterinarians fault. They also recommended we get "MiconaHex+Triz" wipes from amazon for some cat acne she had on her chin and recommended we switch to a ceramic or glass bowl to prevent bacterial growth. Ive been coming here since 2021 and its always been a positive experience. The wait was a little long once we got in the waiting room, but i understand that there is a lot going on and lots of other pet patients to see and help so it makes sense! All the staff i have interacted with seem friendly and apologetic of any wait times as well! I feel that my cat is always well taken care of and i do feel like she is in good hands here!

Everyone we interacted with was so genuinely kind and caring in helping me prepare the details, they didn't rush me or anything. I opted to get his name engraved as well and a clay print of his paw - that, plus the very nice box for his ashes, pickup, and drop-off would end up around $300 all told, and that was already wonderful. But they included material about the rainbow bridge, including resources for counseling and dealing with grief (I luckily already have someone, but am extremely grateful and happy to see that addition,) a packet of wildflower seeds to grow, a small envelope sort of package with a window in which they had placed some of his fur (which absolutely made me bawl when I saw it,) and a tag with his name engraved - this also made me cry happily, as they chose a red heart which is actually exactly the same nametag he had on his collar before too. I was actually not home that day, and my father offered to receive it, and tells me Valerie was very concerned with making sure I would be happy with it all, and I intend to call and let her, and they, know that I am. I hope I won't require their services again, but if I do, I will know that they will take utmost care and respect with my family member.
