This is with an appointment earlier in the day. I was never happy about this. Well, no more. We're thrilled with the process at Bubbles and Bows here in our new home of Mansfield. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. They completed Tinker's groom in about 2 hours and she got to lounge in a special area with other groomed dogs afterwards. When we picked her up, she seemed to be in great spirits and not stressed. Yes, we paid a premium here vs our old place in Weatherford but we feel the stress reduction for Tinker, not waiting in a cage all day to be groomed is worth it. We've already made our next appointment.

They didnt treat us like a LARGE BILL VET BILL which is usually the way many animals hospital's do. All of the other ones seem to only care about whether you can pay or not. Thrive did not treat us that way at all. They were kind, caring, compassionate, informative, and knowledgeable. We drove from Burleson to Thrive and we had never been there before. It is NEVER a pleasant experience but they handled everything trying to minimize an already uncomfortable and scary situation.

They quickly took us back to a private room that you could tell had been specifically set up for the occasion with a soft rug, a comfortable loveseat and chair, calming lighting, etc. The vet was informative and compassionate, and the staff allowed us to move at a pace we were comfortable with, and gave us time to say goodbye and process what was happening. The first time, the emergency vet worked with them and they sent me updates and delivered the remains after a couple weeks. Unfortunately, I lost another cat the day before Thanksgiving. It was unexpected and traumatic and I had no idea what to do. I knew everything would shut down for the holidays and I would not emotionally survive almost a week with my dead cat in my freezer. I called Peaceful Pets distraught and asked if there was anything I could do. They were closing early, but said if I got there ASAP, they could take his remains. I drove over and they were so nice. Even letting me take a few moments to say goodbye since it all happened so quickly. I got my remains about 3 weeks later delivered to my house, which is so convenient. The packaging was wonderful. The pricing was reasonable and I appreciate the more environmentally friendly cremation service. I hope I don't have to contact them again for a very long time, but I recommend them to others for sure!
