Took advantage of Wacky Camp days this month and dropped off my pup for the day. My dog is not very social yet so I brought him here to get him used to being around other dogs his size (small breed). I was watching on the camera feed from their website and could see that the staff treats the dogs as if they were their own. My dog got a few cuddles from the staff and I really appreciate that the staff went out of their way to make sure my dog felt comfortable and safe. Will be booking again soon. read more

I dropped my dog off Friday morning and pulled up the webcam throughout the day and noticed my dog was still in his small kennel ( Tiny town) while others where out playing. I finally had enough and called them that evening to ask why he wasn't let out. The response I received was they didn't get a chance to "test" him yet... mind you he was dropped off at 9am and I called that evening. Saturday I watched the webcam again same thing others out playing while my dog sat in his kennel. I called again and left a message and missed their call back. Finally Saturday night around 7pm he was let out of his kennel for a total of 3 minutes and the worker had no issues getting him out or putting him back in his kennel. Sunday I watched the webcam for over 3 hours straight and finally had enough and called again. They told me he refused to come out, I asked them to try again try offering ice cream, throw a ball or toy they said they would and guess what he came out of his kennel with no issues and played well with the other dogs but he was only let out for maybe 30 min before they put him up and I believe that is the last time he was out until I picked him up on Monday morning. When I picked him up he smelled of urine (he has been fully potty trained since he was 5 months old) and the toys they told me I could bring were still in his bag with the tags on. So pretty much my little guy stayed in a small kennel for 72 hours with nothing to do! Long story short if you have a dog that has stranger danger or takes a bit to warm up to strangers run far far away from this place!!! read more

Never going back here again. We were lied about being charged after speaking with an associate. My dog wasn't given all her food. Too much of it returned. We were told our dog wasn't compatible yet she was still taken out with other dogs. She was on camera. read more

I wish I could give negative stars!!!!! DO NOT board your dogs here, it cost our dogs safety. I booked my dogs separate suites and confirmed this two times before check in where they reassured me that they had two suites for them. Well.... They put them in the same suite and guess what I get a call that my dogs got into a fight while in " their" kennel. WTF I separate them for a reason, now I have two injured dogs. I'm convinced this was all to make more money, they were going to lie to me and charge me for two kennels when they in fact put them together. read more

My girls loved Pet Paradise , we were able to watch them on the WebCam which we found ourselves doing several times during the day ! they were playing ,making friends & splashing in the water... made their parents feel like we made the right choice bringing them here. We will definitely bring them for boarding when we go out of town & they will be regulars for day camp!. Sadie & Abbie came home happy and sleepy. The staff was friendly and wonderful with our pups, they explained everything to us & gave us a tour. If you're looking for a place to board or for your dog just to have a day of fun... definitely bring them to Pet Paradise. read more

stay far far away from this place. The vet services will do and say anything in their power to try to get more money out of you. They attempted to sell more unnecessary services to my husband, and when I called to refused these said unneeded services, they got upset and said going forward they do not appreciate dealing with both spouses and will only be addressing one from now on. I am paying for the services so I should be getting a say in what I approve and reject. I will definitely be contacting corporate. the treatment to a monthly member is outrageous and beyond terrible. We will be looking to move our dog to a different vet. read more

I gave 1 star because there are no lower options, which I would give for the safety and wellness of your animal. I would not recommend. I had my boxer stay in the VIP Suite for two days (one night) and while she was there had her groomed with nail trim, ear cleaning and other. She can barely walk and I can see she is in a great deal of pain with raw marks on her paws and in between her toes. She's also favoring her feminine areas. The staff was friendly, but very young. The response I received from them on my concern for my pups condition did not add up. Basically blamed her demeanor and pain on being traumatized by being away from family. read more

Pet Paradise did not reply to an email that I sent a week ago, so I will copy it here: We are incredibly disheartened to have discovered, despite a confirmed reservation for an indoor/outdoor suite, that our beloved Charlie was boarded for 4 nights in a small box in Tiny Town. We reserved an indoor/outdoor suite because Charlie enjoys stretching out outdoors, and we wanted him to have plenty of fresh air with the option for whichever environment would make him comfortable for his very first boarding experience. Charlie may not be a large dog, but on the other hand he is not tiny. One of the main reasons we chose Pet Paradise was that your webcams would allow us to see how Charlie reacted to his time away from home. We were a little on edge not being able to see him before and after day camp, so you can imagine how upset we are to have learned what happened off camera. Our emailed reservation confirmation stated, "indoor/outdoor suite." The person who confirmed our reservation on the phone said, "indoor/outdoor suite." The check-in text message said, "indoor/outdoor suite." Yet Charlie was inexplicably put into a Tiny Town crate without anyone notifying us?! We happened to see him placed into one of these crates on the Tiny Town webcam one day, but we assumed it was because he needed a short time-out from other dogs or something. Then on the check-out invoice we noticed "Tiny Town Indoor Only." We called and reported this to a gentleman on your staff this afternoon, who confirmed that indeed Charlie had been boarded in the small indoor crate. He was very apologetic but said it must have been a mistake by one of the staff. How is it possible that a mistake like this would go unnoticed by your staff for 5 days after so many confirmations? We are worried that if we were to board Charlie with you again, he will have a negative association from this experience. By the way, your staff seemed unaware of the Pet Dash drop-off and pick-up times which we had reserved online. They had no problem accommodating us, but altogether it is evident that your staff or systems have a severe communication issue. read more

Despite a lot of the reviews I found for this place online, I decided to try it out as our dog loved doggy daycare and we no longer live close to the one she used to always go to. They had a promotion in which the first day of daycare is free, with an evaluation to see how your dog does. I made a reservation for this coming Saturday. After thinking about it more and reading more reviews online from multiple sources, I decided that I didn't feel 100% comfortable sending my dog there. I called the phone number listed online, and in multiple responses from the owner to other reviews, 512-298-3400. It sounds like a call center of some sort. After waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes, I decided to hang up. I'm unable to cancel the reservation otherwise. I'm afraid that the other reviews hold a lot of truth to them and I'm not willing to send my dog there and take that chance. For a better experience and wonderful people, take your dog to Camp Bow Wow off Howard in Austin. Also, when you call them, a live person from the actual location will answer the phone. read more

I'll give a 3 star because my pet didn't actually stay there but this is the most underwhelming pet resort that I've ever engaged with. I guess it was the manager who had on a gray collared shirt that made eye contact with me and knew that I was trying to get my shots over to them and she just went to help the next person instead of getting me all checked in. I didn't feel welcomed at all and I'm glad it didn't work out for my pet to go to the get acquainted appointment today because we I'll never bring her back here. read more

I cannot say enough how wonderful this place is! We have a Toy Poodle that we boarded for a couple of days. I was a little nervous to board her because she hasn't been around many dogs before, but being able to watch her on the webcam was wonderful! She became socialized and seemed to love the interaction. There was always someone present during their playtimes who was very observant and caring with the dogs, and even cuddled with her a few times. Great staff and highly recommended! read more

I was in love with this place for about the first year and a half they were open. Recently, everything has changed. My small dog was always so happy to get to go and play with her friends but the last few times we have taken her, she is spending a good amount time in a kennel rather then actually playing. Thank goodness for the cameras so we have been able to see what was happening. When they first opened the dog played either in Tiny Town or outside all day. The dogs were never locked up in kennels unless they misbehaved. Even then it would only be for about 10 minutes. Now the dogs are being left in kennels for sometimes up to four hours. The worse experience was back in April, all the dogs in tiny town were in kennels just sitting for well over 4 hours. When we picked our dog up we asked about it as we were angry we payed money for the dog to just sit in a kennel. We could leave her home and she could have had access to our entire home and backyard. They stated they we short staffed so the dogs had to be kenneled for the afternoon. This is not ok in my opinion! After several months of not using them, we decided to try it one more time. We dropped her off and logged in 15 minutes later. She was in tiny town playing. When we checked again around lunch time all the dogs were kenneled. We watched for over 30 minutes. No one let them out so we sent someone to pick up our dog. We even tried to call several times to ask about it with no answer. We were told we did not select option 4 for their front deck, but we did do that as we have called many time before. Why pay for that type of service. Then they still charged us the for a full day even though she left early due to their lack of care. They made excuses saying they were not aware the dogs when left in there that long. In my opinion, this excuse is not ok. Will not be going back!! read more

This IS a pet paradise! I took my two dogs for opening day and they loved it. I love the fact that they have web cams with live feed in every playground. Our 2 dogs stayed here for a week while we were on vacation and when we got them back they had diarrhea, bloody stools, and kennel cough (it was the saddest worst sound like they couldn't catch their breathe). Obviously concerned, we called, no answer, left a message, no call back. We called again the next day and we were told they had surgeries all day and they would let us know if they could fit them in. We never heard from them that day and never got a time for an appointment on this call. My husband filled out their survey after that. Someone left a message that night of my husband filling out the survey telling us we were supposed to be there at 3 that day (we had never heard this) she was fairly unfriendly and when she went to leave a call back number, she literally didn't know the number for the place so she just hung up abruptly. Very obvious they do not care about our dogs health at all! Our dogs are healthy and have never had these issues before and it only happened/started the day we got them back from Per Paradise in Georgetown. Would not recommend. read more
