They kindly do it at the end of his stay so he comes home fresh. This past week, because our dog can display problematic behaviors, the yard attendant who was with Bruno most of the day came out to talk with me. She was an older lady, so very kind and described his behaviors, and gave him breaks when he was unable to be recorrected, instead of calling us and making me worry. I appreciate their problem solving and patience with our dog.

We love Best Friends Fur Ever because of it being easy to make an appointment. Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.

On top of that, I can't even schedule appointments at any Petco location. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Customers should not be punished for raising legitimate concerns about the service they receive.

That being said friendship is friendship and business is business. My good friend Tiffany Pecora and her mom Judy Baker Pecora own Pecora's Pet Care, LLC. Tiff took care of D&G while we were away. Let me tell u.. If u need pet sitting USE THEM!! Tiffany is a good friend but treated this like a job separate from our friendship. The pups stayed on schedule, had walks, lots of cuddling. I got pics & updates. She stripped my bed and put on new sheets and pillow cases and made the bed beautifully! She folded all blankets (offered to wash them all but I stopped her OCD lol!) picked up all toys and the house was SO CLEAN! It made coming home stress free. Whether u need a pet walked, let out, boarding, or overnights at ure house USE THEM!! We also used them daily the 1st year of Gia's life. Let me tell you they were saints. Gia peed in her crate almost daily. They would clean the crate, clean her then walk them both without complaint. We asked Gia be hand fed her lunch (we were teaching her to take food gently as well as practice small commands like "sit" & "stay" ) well she did that too (I have security cameras that no one can see and I saw her doing every single thing I asked of her) I felt like I hit some kind of doggy jackpot!! They are the reason I can go out late, go on vacation, know if there's an emergency they will handle it and I never have to stress! I also recommended them to my SIL. A older friend of hers was standing beside in a hospice as his wife was dying. He knew it would be a week or so and HATED leaving her bedside but had a dog at home. My SIL contacted them (Pecora) and explained his dilemma. They moved things, worked extra hours and gave the man updates on his dog so he could stay by his wife and focus on her. He later mentioned that they were a godsend. He would never have forgiven himself if he left and she passed but because of Pecora Pet that wasn't going to be a worry. I swear you will rest easy while away and when u return!

Our sitter leaves us notes so we know how the visits went and that the dogs did ok. The dogs get walks, attention, and treats, and we get peace of mind! We highly recommend Pecora's Pet Care. He got to play with sprinklers, enjoy one-on-one time with staff, cuddle during story time, and even have chicken and rice for dinner -- talk about VIP treatment! The staff did a wonderful job managing his energy, giving him time-outs when needed, and making sure he felt safe and loved the entire time. He came home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for.
