Staff was friendly. They only carry dog and cat items for sale as well as living cats and dogs for a high sale price. There are signs on the cages that advertise some sort of special sale price for a puppy. I would rather adopt versus shop for a dog but I decided to see what it was like for the animals inside being that I am a dog lover. I didn't see any animals in distress, all appeared to be ok. The store was packed with people, it was definitely crowded for such a small store (no social distancing here at all). There are several dogs up for purchase, all were puppies of large and small breeds alike-a variety of well known breeds. All of the dogs cages appeared clean but were very small. Most dogs were sleeping, some were trying to play in their tiny environment. There were several cats, all appeared depressed but appeared cared for. There are a few small enclosed areas where you can sit with a dog or cat in case you are looking to buy one. I will never be back as I do not support such establishments. read more

This place makes me sick. Animal abuse!!!! It needs to be shut down. The animals are stuck in enclosures in the wall with no air, only one side glass so they can see out. They never get outside time!!!! The bottom is covered in paper shreds and they're barely given any water. The enclosures are TINY, I saw a black lab puppy in a way too small enclosure. The lighting in these tiny enclosures are those terrible bright white lights that I know hurt the animals eyes and give them headaches. I had a headache just walking through the store. They have no toys, I know these dogs are bored out of their minds and THEY WILL have behavioral problems later in life because of their abused time at this place!!!!! My husband and I just purchased an 11 week old labradoddle from here for $4300. We took him home and noticed he had all sorts of issues including a very bad cough. We took him to the vet immediately and found out he had kennel cough and some sort of upper respiratory infection that required 2 weeks of antibiotics so of course we forked up the money for treatment of our new little one. The vet asked us where we got our new puppy and we told her about this pet place and to my horror she told us that this is the 4th dog she's gotten this month with this same cough from this pet store! Our new puppy is now on the antibiotics and the cough is getting better but we have to keep him seperate from our other older dog because we don't want the Infection to spread to her. I've been in contact with the this place since then and they have agreed to reimburse us the vet costs. Becareful buying from this place. I purchased my puppy on Thursday. The staff was friendly and accommodating to say the least. My puppy was only 10 weeks old and they sold him to me knowing that he was not over a recent respiratory infection. I had to rush my dog to the emergency vet to be told that he's suffering from the same respiratory infection. I'm not interested in a refund nor am I interested in their lame excuse that i should have read the"fine print" in the contract. I only care of my puppy will live. Please think long and hard before purchasing a puppy from these mills. My current dog is 12 years old, I purchased him in 2007 at the age of 4 months from a licensed Breeder. Seeing a lot of bad reviews, and as someone who is a big animal rescuer, and lover I'll tell you that this place is legit. The price we paid for a pure bred Boston terrier is less than the usual asking rate, the puppies were extremely healthy, and not to mention very well nourished. The store has vet records on hand with the names and addresses of the vet, the name of the local breeder that had them (also with address and information) , and enough backups and money back guarantees that show they are the real deal. We look forward to taking our puppy home and will continue to tell you that as someone with 11 pets, and half of them are rescues, that this is no ordinary "puppy store" they love these animals. read more

We got our Baby a mini Schnauzer here in march or 2020, I am not one that would normally buy from a bet store, however in a week moment a year after my fur baby passed away, I went in to just look at and hold some puppies, didn't even get inside the store, I saw her, she saw me and it was love at first site, She went home with me that night, she is an awesome healthy dog at 1year and a month old, she developed cough the next day was seen by our vet and given a cough medication and antibiotic the cough thankfully cleared. She has been an awesome lil dog, i'm one of the lucky ones, not all puppies purchases here are this healthy, or well behaved, please if you choose to get a puppy from here, be prepared for vet bills, I have her insured just in case. someone has to love these babies. Sold a puppy being treated for upper respiratory infection and never advised us of that. Likely has kennel cough (hopefully not worse). Brought her home 2 days ago and could immediately Notice the couch, gaging and unproductive cough she had. Took her to the vet this afternoon who was "professionally shocked by the level of care". My puppy was given dangerous antibiotics not for use in puppies as it has been known to create issues in the tendons. She was given other heavy antibiotics for treatment of coccidia which was never tested for. There is also a post dated working treatment that states it took place on 02/04/2020. As you can see by the date of this post, that date has not even occurred yet. The manager there is a joke, rude and not understanding. read more

I know that everyone has their own opinions on getting puppies from puppy stores. Here's my take, you can hate it and refuse to buy them that's fine, but they need to be loved and have a home too. I recently got my Australian Shepard from here, one the associates where so nice and second my pup was very well treated. One comment mentioned not seeing what there, well they have the water in little dispenser on the cage if you look closely they will see. My puppy came with all of his breeder paper work, and all his vaccination record. I brought him to an outside vet who said he was very healthy and very well taken care of. The associate who helped me, had so much information and seemed like she was very passionate about her job. The people that work there take good care of the puppies. Before getting my pup they gave him a bath and blow dry and I also received a goodie bag with puppy shampoo, stain remover, treats, toys, bones, puppy spray. If you are really against these stores, don't come in them, you are not helping by writing a bad review because of your previous opinion on the dogs. If you want a great puppy, ya it's expensive but it's worth it. So please these animals need homes too! If I ever consider getting another dog I would have no problem coming back to this place. read more

Whenever I'm in the mall, I always stop by Pet go Round. Maybe it's a reminder of my childhood when I used to beg my parents for just one glimpse of the adorable fur balls housed in the pet store, and all the times they said no, but I feel like it lifts my soul to visit the pet store. As I've gotten older, it seems like the selection at pet stores has decreased markedly. Pet go Round has a few cuddly pups, but rarely even has a kitten and I've never seen any other animals. Bummer. But Pet go Round does have great accessories and necessities for your dog. My personal favorite is the doggy ice cream and birthday cake. My best friend bought and fell in LOVE with a Corgi puppy. The next day he would not stop throwing up and she had to take him to the Vet. The Vet told her to immediately take the dog back because he was so sick that if he didn't get treated, he would die. I just watched a very uneducated employee move a great dane pup in a manner that is prone to causing injury. None of the staff carry slip leads in case a pup gets loose. Well, The people that work in this location are very polite and very willing to help. The animals they had were very cute but they are just too much money. If you are shopping for an actual dog I suggest getting one from a private breeder. If you are strapped on cash and have good credit they will finance but you will pay a few hundred extra just to finance. They also have some ok accessories. I am giving this a 3 star because the people were so nice & the dogs were cute... other than that, I would say 2 due to price. read more
