At 1 1/4 later Told they needed 45 more. I asked to use the rest room. I walked past her and she was wet, in a cage and two dogs, that I hadn't seen before, one was on its way out and one was on the grooming table. I should have taken my dog then hindsight! She still had Greek yogurt (don't judge) dried on her face. One eye was well groomed not the other. I can hear her toenails on the floor. I got a discount as an apology for the time. Not going back.

I had to pay $60 so I asked her was the $60 coming out of the full amount she said no and she was very rude and hung up the phone in my wife's face. I called them after just to clarify what my wife told me so I decided not to reschedule and they took $40 out of my wife's bank account anyway. Apparently the reschedule fee should've been $40 but the lady told me 60 I don't know why, that's why I didn't reschedule because I'm not paying that much, but I thought that I would've been treated better just being a loyal customer for so long. My dog was a mess when we first got him: gnarley red ears, bald on his rear end, just miserable coat and skin. He had been badly abused and neglected by his previous owner and came to me with an intolerance toward any form of correction. Despite his hideous appearance and fearful disposition, Wags LOVED the entire staff at Clippets, and they clearly loved him. In the months that followed, Wags grew into a great looking dog with a happy heart. Thanks to good nutrition, a great vet, kindness at home, and care from the Clippets crew. Wags NEVER "put the breaks on" when it was time to visit the groomers at Clippets. His eagerness to go to Clippets was a clear sign to me that even behind the closed doors to the grooming area, the staff genuinely cares for their furry clients. Since those early days with Wags I have continued to bring my dogs to Clippets. They do a great job. Better yet, they use only love and positive reinforcement.
