It was snowing like crazy so I called the store to see if I could pick up earlier than the 2:15 time slot I had picked online - the girl who answered the phone was very nice and let me know that due to a parking ban they would be closing at 1PM. I headed out with my pup in tow to pick up the cake - while in the store my boy had to sniff EVERYTHING and I grabbed him a few bon bons out of the bakery case. The cake was adorable and even came with writing gel and a birthday candle! I am really glad that I found Woof Woof and that they helped make my boys day extra special! I took my little dog for his 4th grooming visit and his last…read more The trimming was horrible. All uneven and parts of his body wasn't touched at all. I called, the groomer argued with me that he only bathed him same as last time. Last three times he was trimmed just fine. He asked me to bring him in so he can see. After I showed him my dog he could not accept that he did a bad job. That he used #4 blade as he used before. That blade was the groomer's choice. The thing is he did a very bad job with that blade. I went to show the dog to a person at the reception desk so he could see what I was talking about. He told me I am crazy and stupid to get out and take my dog somewhere else. Unbelievable! I paid for service that they did not do correctly then I was treated that way. Do not take your dog there for grooming. Apparently they don't need the business if that's the way they treat customers.

She had told me about Designer Dogs and that she's taken her two lap dogs there for years and told me they are very good. So I figured I would give them a try. I have to say the owner and staff is beyond nice. Personable, pleasant and you can tell they love their work. Which by the way in this line of work you have to love animals. Plus I can tell my dog gets treated very well here. Every time we walk in the door, her tail is wagging; she gets up on her hind paws to peek over the counter. The fact that she gets this excited tells me she loves coming here. Plus you can't beat the prices. I have a Siberian Husky and for a grooming session it only costs me about $25.00. Every time I pick her up she smells so nice, her coat looks shiny and clean and her paws are filed down at just the right length. They have multiple rooms so they split up the dogs based on the size of them. If you do happen to give this place a try, keep in mind they only accept cash or check, no credit/debit cards. I highly recommend Designer Dogs. The price, service and the staff are a great combination!

I was kind of freaking out over my dog getting a UTI and came in looking for a supplement that could help ease her discomfort before we were able to bring her to a vet, and the sales associate showed me a few options and knew all about each of them. I grabbed a powder supplement she recommended and signed up for their loyalty program. A minute later I had to go in and swap it out for the same kind of supplement but in a chew form after I talked to my dad and he said that would be easier for the dog to take, and the associate did my exchange with a smile (even though that was annoying of me! But hey, I didn't know!) So grateful for their help, and this item is one I continue to repurchase many many months later - it turned out to be the perfect thing! I only wish they were open a little later, I can never seem to get there in time during the work week. Wendy drove a long distance to oversee the search personally, taking along the client's other dogs to saturate the area with familiar scent.
