We called this shop looking for a specific supplement for our very allergic dog. The lady who…read moreanswered the phone informed us that they did not carry the supplement brand we were looking for but that they had others and that they have an in-house pet dietitian that could help answer our questions. We took a drive over and met Alan, the dietitian. He was knowledgeable and friendly and recommended a supplement and that we switch our dog from home made food to raw food as it may be helpful. He also recommended we get our pet tested for allergies so we can find out what exactly he is allergic to. We are very dedicated pet parents and have four pups that we care for as they are our family. I like that this shop has so much healthy food options, supplements and treats for our pups should we decide to buy their food instead of making it ourselves. I believe they would advise us moving forward on taking care of our fury family members. Happy to have this family owned and run business in the community. We took home some supplements and local suppliers raw food for our itchy boy. Keeping our fingers (and paws) crossed that we see some improvement soon.

I LOVE this shop! I come here anytime I need to refill my pets food/snacks. There are so many…read morehealthy options inside the store, but don't let that overwhelm you! The family that works there is always so helpful and ready to provide tailored recommendations for your fur baby's needs. ANDREW seems to always be there when I shop on Sundays and he's always so helpful and kind! Everyone I met so far is great, and my dog/cats LOVE pretty much everything I bring from here! My PICKY senior dog, who normally doesn't eat kibble on her own, LOVES their freeze dried foods! Can't recommend enough!!

To get flea medications, your kitties would need to get a free check up where they get weighed. 1 of them is under 6 months so we could only get a 1 month supply, while our other boy is almost 2 years so you can get 1 month to a year supply depending on which you prefer. The vets and vet tech were so nice to our cats. One of them kept trying to sqirm away. Customers here are also so poilte. When theres a line for vetco, pet owners space themselves so other pets dont get scared. They had a clearance section for christmas items. We got a couple of lambchops on sale :) Also saw lots of cute kitties up for adoption.

The staff appeared unable to locate a vein and pricked her repeatedly. Even had to change needles and weren't successful at drawing her blood. This process caused my dog extreme stress and respiratory distress. I had to rush her to an emergency veterinary hospital immediately afterward. They administered cpr, but unfortunately, they were unable to resuscitate her, and our fur baby-girl died. I believe the lack of professional handling and the repeated unsuccessful attempts to draw blood directly led to her death from overwhelming stress and lack of oxygen. I am not seeking to get compensated I am only trying to make awareness of this situation to others that may have bulldogs or similar hard to breathe breeds, to be careful and don't really on all vets to have your dog best interests at heart.
