The items I was sent walking away with after wasting my time.
    Charlotte T.

Was recommended to go to this location by a friend, I should have gone to the other location. Mines doesn't do Vet visits. Upon arrival, one of the Vet staff checking people in was in the middle of a verbal dispute with a Bulldog owner. Didn't catch the convo. Just know he wasn't welcoming at all. She yelled to me and 2 other dog owners to line up against the wall. I literally was there for 25-40 minutes and a standing disabled person with dog voimt in me to be told when it became my time she could not assist because of a dog that needs its space. I forgot what word she used to say it but I did ask her what it meant, and she replied aggressive like to bark, etc. So I went to explain to the other 2 doggie parents why we couldn't be seen using the world aggressive. The owner of tge chihuahua snapped, "Don't call my dog aggressive, and pointing over here." I explained to her I have the same dog at home, and the one I'm with mother is Chihuahua, so I get it. Her daughter gone say what a mother. So my response is you a bad mother, and that's when the same staff started telling at me like the Frenchie owner " you cant talk to my customers like that" I do have freedom of speech they attacked me first. I'm trying to figure out how the system works, and that's when she recommended me to another clinic. I asked her to write it down the information because my hands were nasty from motion sickness voitmit. All she wrote was a name that wasn't even the hispitals' real name. Yes! we traveled an hour and a half to be seen. I asked for wet wips she gave me 3 dry paper towels, asked if she could wet them she said No!. So I went to the cashier and noticed blue towels folded in a storage unit asked for one and got it. Note to company, and I hope not future patrons. The system she has going is no good. If you know you're busy and you need x amount of time to care for a special pet, why would you have 3 people waiting to be turned away? She could have done that when we first got there instead of wasting our time, humiliation, and discrimination. My dig never had shots, so she put us at risk for nothing. Please change the system that makes no sense, or should I say that the discrimination that's happening at this location needs to be removed. You should have a better idea of how many dogs you could see in a day without time wasting humiliation and discrimination, and very bad customer service. One star for the towel, and note you just lost a very valuable client. I called a million times, but there was no answer, and I wasn't filmilar about a virtual cue and / etc. I usually go to Petco for Vet and Petfood for supplies. Haha, not anymore

TIPS FOR VACCINATION SERVICES 1. Go online and read their information regarding the services that they provide. 2. SET AN ALARM FOR 1:59 TO JOIN THE VIRTUAL QUE AT 2:00. The clinic opens at 2:30 but the virtual que opens at 2:00pm. So essentially you don't have to be there in person at 2:00pm (they won't serve you unless you're on the virtual que). I submitted my pet's information right at 2:00 and I was 5th in line to return at 3:45 lol. Use this link to get in the virtual que: https://lineup.vippetcare.com 3. Insurance is not required. Try to get there a few minutes early to complete new pet registration. REVIEW: They are a small clinic section in the pet friendly store. I was skeptical at first but the two technicians and Dr. Rosete were incredibly patient and kind. I believe they lease a space with Pet Food Express to provide their clinic services. Super affordable for those without pet insurance (I do not condone this but things happen). Quick and easy if you read and do a bit of preparation before going. In and out of there in about 15-20 minutes. Did a puppy visit 1 package and also a rabies plus microchip because he's old enough. Grabbed a few treats and toys for my pup on the way out. There's also a bathing station for pets too. The whole store (including the staff) are super pet-centric and pet-friendly meaning they actually care about your visit. One of the customer service reps remembered my pup's name upon my return which totally surprised me. I definitely would give them 10 stars if I could!

First time at this location, nice staff! I asked for a bit of extra soap and he was nice about it. Clean bath tubs and isles. Everything was very well stocked!

Nice spot to wash and dry my pup. Found this spot not too far from my house. I'll be back.

Fast, easy dog wash experience. It's been a while since I washed my dog. $18 felt a little pricey but she needed to be cleaned.

The staff can be rude, indifferent, and sometimes unaccountable. Phone calls rarely get answered in real time. I've never had this experience with another clinic - if they can't answer, most will at least acknowledge you and put you hold. One time I even had to come in person because no one answered the phone, despite being on hold the whole time. When I walked in, there were no other patients in the lobby, so it's unclear why calls aren't answered. Again, there is a pattern of not answering the phone. I also have always found it odd and somewhat off putting that the front counter displays a sign suggesting the "most valuable gift" is promoting referrals to others. Very business forward... The last straw for us was having to wait two weeks for a tech appointment (for an injection) when our dog was itching a lot. They had no other options to help her feel comfortable in the meantime and didn't seem to care, so we ended up going to another vet who could see her the same week. We appreciate the care they gave our dog over the years, and we've always had a positive experience with Dr. Rabbi. Unfortunately, due to the drop in service and attentiveness, we will not be returning.

I trusted that he would be safe with them. I took him to boarding school for two months to fix his past traumas and let him do a one month daycare here afterwards. Shame on you Wag Hotel!…read more I scheduled boarding for my dog Hans at your facility back on 1/28 in preparation for a trip to Japan on May 3 - 8, which you accepted on 1/31. However, when we arrived at your facility on May 2nd, the day before my flight to Japan, your front desk staff informed me that Hans' 5/2 - 5/8 boarding was being denied due to him having a heart murmur condition. Even though I've been a loyal customer to you for over 10 years; and that Hans' heart murmur condition had already been noted in your system since 2024; and given that my flight to Japan was less than 24 hours away; and given the fact that your facility waited until I was at the checkin desk in order to inform me of Hans' boarding denial; I was still told that there was nothing that your facility could do and that it was simply following company policy. Luckily for me, I demanded to speak with a manager who then took it upon himself to assist me in finding another facility that would board Hans at the very last minute. So kudos to that manager. However, you should know that he had to make several calls going down your "other recommended facilities" list in order to find a facility that was willing to board Hans on such short notice even with him having a preexisting heart murmur condition. So again, kudos to that manager. So unfortunately, this is how our relationship ends after I've been a loyal customer to you for over 10 years. Policy aside, not only should I have been notified far in advance to my May 2nd boarding schedule, but that I should have also been given an accommodation due to the last minute nature of your notification. It was simply amazing to me to hear both your Manager, and your front desk staff all admit that a notification error had, in fact, been made by your boarding authorization unit, but due to company policy there was nothing that could be done and that Hans would simply have to boarded elsewhere. Obviously, both my years of customer loyalty and the fact that your authorization unit had made a horrendous mistake, made absolutely no difference whatsoever in my situation. So goodbye, and again shame on you Wag Hotel!

The folks working and…read morevolunteering there care so much about animals and put a lot of effort in to getting them in to foster homes and adopted. For example they have instagram pages for the senior dogs and the rabbits to help promote them more. Please consider fostering or adopting from OAS! And please know that the crisis of animals in needs is not the fault of rescues and shelters, it's the fault of breeders and buyers who keep exploiting animals for profit. As the saying goes "don't breed or buy, while shelter animals die" Separately from fostering, I do mutual aid with some unhoused folks and their dogs. One friends dog who I had gotten spayed ended up getting hit by a car and thankfully OAS received her body and was able to contact us so that her guardian could have closure and we could honor her life properly. It's not an easy job that OAS is doing, but they are saving lives in an ongoing crisis of abused and unwanted animals.

UPDATE as of 2/4/25…read more Keea's Test Results came back from the lab in New York. " Very Strong Positive " for Bartonella aka Cat Scratch Disease. Bartonella in Cats Transmission: Spread among cats primarily by the cat flea (Ctenocephalides Felis). Symptoms: Most infected cats show no signs of illness, acting as carriers. In rare cases, they may experience temporary fever, lethargy, or swollen lymph nodes, particularly if stressed or immunocompromised. It is CONTAGIOUS and they must be kept away from other animals and for humans you must not let them scratch you. Cat Scratch Fever (Disease) in Humans Symptoms: Develops 1-3 weeks after a scratch or bite, typically causing a small, red bump at the site, followed by swollen, tender lymph nodes, fever, headache, and fatigue. Severity: Usually mild and self-limiting in healthy people, though it can cause serious complications (heart or neurological issues) in those with weak immune systems. Bartonella can also cause severe, chronic inflammation in cats leading to eye issues and, in some cases, blindness, as well as neurological symptoms which would explain Keea's eye issues and the fact she has trouble using back legs. Hopefully whoever adopted Gramps (who was in the same room as her) will see this. TREATMENT - 5 weeks of Doxycycline. The cat must initially be treated for 4 weeks and if they test negative after 4 weeks be treated that extra 5th week as a safety precaution. Again if you have other pets, children etc PLEASE keep away. Protect yourself and wear gloves if the cat is a risk of scratching you when medicating. Also if you see the white third eyelid this means the cat is dehydrated and must be given IV Fluid's immediately.
