We got several quotes for a dog door and Dan really took his time to explain the types and sizes.

I noticed on a couple visits that they probably should have some basic dog behavior training when approaching dogs in general. The high pitch cheerleader, spirt team leader, doesn't always go over well with dogs. Also the person in so called charge probably could tone it down on the "karen" talk down to customers. Not pleasant. This is the ugly - The "sales pitch" is shady. It's not clear nor cheap. I witness them explain an option for grooming, then add in the "extras" on a basic - which was coming out to over 150.00. Small dog mind you. The guy then backed up..literally and was now doing math. He pushed back and went with just the basic and left his best friend for a wash. I also watched the staff try to rebook for an appointment and the customer flat out said. "yeah we cancelled our membership. we are done" Mind you, his dog looked great from the front..not so much from the back. It's only hair right? I experienced the shady sales pitch and also was told 3 different options with trying to confirm pricing with extras. It didn't go well. The young lady was pleasant but it seems there is a lot of pressure to upsell and get a membership sold. I saw some dogs come out of the place and granted some looked good and some looked like my haircut job on my sister's bangs. We were in grade school. And even as in human, dog are not going to sit still. Finding a groomer you trust your best friend with is hard and not easy. I only tried this place because I love the vet next door and why not? My groomer was on vacation. Well I am back to my groomer and for half the price I can get EVERYTHING for the spa day for my bestie.

Cost $340 for both of my dogs to get groomed and no one told me the price prior to checking me out…read more I've NEVER paid that much to have my dogs groomed in my entire life.

Our 3.5 year old serval cat was hit by a vehicle in Gatlinburg. He was badly injured with blunt force trauma to the head and face, lacerations on his back, all four paws badly abraded and unknown internal injuries. We were at a loss as we did NOT have a vet and didn't have a way to get him in a crate. Silas wasn't socialized as a kitten so we took him on as no one else would. He is not a mean cat, just quite anxious. Silas was a replacement kitty as our first cat died in the Gatlinburg fires -- Silas has a special place. Although we cannot hold him we can pet him. I called many vets that day and was frustrated by the answers I received. WE REALLY NEEDED HELP AND NOONE SEEMED TO CARE. (It took 2 days to get Silas into a carrier) Finally, I called AESC and knew after talking for less than a minute that this is where we were taking Silas. When we arrived at AESC the staff quickly got Silas to an exam room and within 2 minutes Dr Rutherford appeared. He addressed Silas' pain immediately, (he had been hurting for 2 days), and had x-rays completed in minutes. The doctor listened, was knowledgeable and we discussed the possibilities with respect to the surgery Silas needed. His jaw was broken in 2 places and he had additional superficial injuries as well that would heal by themselves over time. The surgery went well and we continue to care for Silas at home. He was discharged the same day as the surgery. So grateful to have found this clinic. Hopefully we will not need emergency services again. But in the event we do, we know exactly where we will be taking Silas. And that knowledge in and of itself is reassuring as we haven't had any place that we felt comfortable taking him. Thank you to the staff and Drs. Rutherford, Bains and Boling at AESC. K shields

PCAC was able to schedule us very quickly and set us up with Dr. Starnes. Not only does Dr. Starnes see cats / dogs but also a wide variety of exotic animals (which in my house we have a lot of). Dr. Starnes treated us and our little Stu with care, compassion, and full transparency in the most difficult of times. I will be recommending Dr. Starnes to everyone I know and I encourage you to trust him with your pets as I trust him with mine. I'm afraid Dr. Starnes will be stuck with our little zoo for a while. (Added bonus: the rest of the staff I've interacted with are also amazing and the prices are very reasonable)

Upon calling, the receptionist was phenomenal. She took all of my information and requested my dog's records from the Vet in Las Vegas to discuss with Dr. Larson. I immediately felt comfortable. I really appreciated that they were so kind and willing to work with me being that I am out of state and only had me take one trip. The day prior to surgery, Dr. Larson spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me and the day of, another 30. PCAC is the most caring, compassionate veterinary team I've ever been to. I also want to mention that their prices are very reasonable and there were no surprises. Thank you so much for everything!

At 12 months she began exhibiting signs of resource guarding and the intent to be the house alpha. Her positive treat based reinforcement group training wasn't getting us to where we needed and luckily we found Kaleb/All-Pro. She (and we) has been receiving personalized training with Kaleb since August 2025. She has come so far, and my (20 year old) daughter is doing the work needed as this is a high energy dog who needs more activity. Kaleb has introduced her to a variety of environments to build her tolerance and adaptivity. We've also used Kaleb for boarding several times now, and our experience is that he treats each pet as if it were his own. The location also provides plenty of room for the pets to receive nice outdoor supervised play time. All-Pro is definitely our go to! My only hesitation about writing this review is that I might struggle with availability for training and boarding as others seek out All-Pro. Pro-tip: Remember, as with any relationship you have to put in the work - and our pets for many of us are family

After that, she became aggressive, reactive, and completely stopped listening to any commands. We were heartbroken and unsure if we'd ever get our sweet dog back. Enter Kaleb. She has done a complete 360. She's calm, well-mannered, responsive to commands, and -- most incredibly -- she can now be around other dogs with no issues at all. Kaleb even brought out other dogs to test her reactions, had them barking and creating distractions, and she never once broke focus. His training stuck, and it's clear he put in real work, care, and consistency. We can't thank Kaleb enough for giving us our girl back. If you're struggling with behavioral issues and feel hopeless, trust Kaleb -- he truly knows what he's doing. Worth every single penny. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam. We paid $5,000 for service…read moredog training and received almost nothing in return. They are impossible to contact to schedule lessons, their trainers never showed up for the group lessons, and they blatantly lied to us about the location of those lessons--one of the main reasons we signed up in the first place. Just a couple of weeks ago, we went to attend a group lesson, only to find eight other people waiting as well. The trainer never showed up, and nobody answered the phone to explain or reschedule. In fact, nobody ever answers the phone during business hours. It's beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. We tried for an entire year to schedule lessons, attend group sessions, and call for assistance, and all we got in return was silence. It's maddening. Now, we're moving out of town and are unable to complete the lessons--not that it would matter, since they're unreachable anyway. While we managed to finish the first five levels of training, after that, everything fell apart. To make matters worse, they refused to take any responsibility for the half of the lessons they failed to deliver. When we asked for a refund for the undelivered services, they outright refused. It's shocking how blatantly they scam their customers, with zero accountability. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money, fail to deliver on their promises, and leave you with empty pockets and a lot of headaches. Absolutely shameful business practices.

ABUSIVE and discriminating!!!…read more I was working with this training company for my ADA service dog. I have a paid contract with them. The owner a week ago abused my dog and when I addressed it I'm no longer allowed to work with any other trainer but the owner. They've said they won't let me work with any other trainers, including the one from colorado springs, who was amazing, and not abusive. that my only option going forward was to ONLY work with the owner. Despite this physically and mentally not being possible, they will not refund or offer any other options. I believe this is a direct form of abuse, manipulation, and discrimination. In March '24 they kept my dog through their program and when returned to me he had a bad infection on his neck. He had been bitten by another dog and had infected sores on his neck resulting in an emergency vet bill. After 6-8 weeks of back and forth and promises of refunds etc. I was told nevermind. Worked with other trainers (Fallon and Syndey and Caroline) that were GREAT so continued with the program for public access training opportunities for my service dog. Earlier this month Bert, the owner, and Sarah his wife was present in a group class attendees. Took my dog and turned his stimulation collar up on full until Leo was screaming and spinning in circles and growling. I completely disassociated due to one of my needs for a service dog. Then he said "that'll teach you to listen to me". Other members of the class checked in with me and I had to have a friend drive me home as I couldn't process. When I expressed concerns to the trainer from the springs that was suggested I work with (Caroline, she was amazing) she suggested steps. The Denver group had even worked to schedule her for my final 5 classes. I'm now told she was fired. That my only option moving forward is only to work with Bert (Abuser) or Sarah. Even though I have directly expressed I'm physically and mentally unable to work with them. They have no other trainers they will let me work with our refund any of my training costs. This is not only an animal abuse situation, but a disability discrimination. I have filed the appropriate forms through resources off the ADA website, including the department of justice. The companies response is bullshit and Bert and his wife, Sarah will NEVER be allowed near my dog again. The fact the only solution they had was to force me to work with Bert or Sarah, no other trainer when I expressed triggering and animal abuse, goes to show their abuse and discrimination expands to humans as well. Unacceptable.
