We've been taking our dogs to Heritage Pet in Parker for 5yrs. We use them for grooming (Miley), daycare and barding and absolutely love the facility. The boys get excited when we pull into the parking lot and they love the staff. Although it's gotten a little more pricey over the years, It's always clean. Everyone from the front office staff to the groomers to the kennel staff that work in the back are extremely nice, welcoming and friendly. We're always greeted with a smile when we arrive and when we leave. One of the great things is they send you pictures of your pet during playtime when you're boarding them and or daycare. To give you a piece of mind knowing they're in excellent hands. It's worth the money. read more

I have been bringing my bulldog to Heritage Pet for the past 3 years & absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a doggie daycare. My dog LOVES her daycare days and attends 1-2 times a week just for fun. She also sees a groomer here & all are wonderful with her. Even though I work weekend and would love to care for him. Momma not worried about dropping him off before work. When I pick him up he has a smile on his face. They also provide nail services, wash and cuts and add ons. As well as boarding services. Before signing up we had an introductory day. Although we didn't see the back you can see on the website. Heritage Pet cares about your pet and they give great service. Now, they do have someone from a 'call center' that often answers the phone, which gave me concerns when I first learned this. But we have continued to use HP and the person that answers is polite, professional, and has access to the files so that they know what's going on with the agreement for care. When going inside Heritage Pet they're always wonderful, helpful and understanding. Our dog stays for extended overnight boarding and when she comes home, she is never upset or anxious or mad at us. My dog Buddy has been coming here at least several times a week for daycare. He goes in happily, and I know he's well cared for by the wonderful staff here. Now, I've used all the services Heritage offers. Brandi gave him a fabulous grooming a couple weeks ago. She did an amazing job with his thick coat and undercoat. Better than I could have hoped for! And just this past week, I boarded Buddy here overnight for five nights. It's the first time I boarded him anywhere, so I was nervous about it. If I could leave Heritage zero stars I would! Do not board your pet here unless you want to be disappointed. To begin with, getting in touch with any staff member there has been a struggle. When you call you initially get connected to a scheduling center and then they attempt to get in touch with the actual facility. What inevitably ends up happening is they tell you no one is available, and someone will return your call at a later time. I experienced this exact scenario 3 days in a row, and didn't get a return call. How can you trust a place with your pet while you're away when the customer service is horrible and lacking? Also, I prepaid additional fees for DAILY updates and pictures; two days of his stay I received no updates, and when I called, they never answered the phone despite my call being during business hours. The few pictures I did receive were of horrible quality where half of my dog's face isn't even in the picture, or just a picture of his paws. During my vacation I had to call the facility only to be notified by the staff that my dog was isolated from other dogs due to complications in daycare. I received no other updates from the staff in regard to this issue or how he was doing, which is obviously a big concern for any owner away from their pet. I was so concerned about my pet's well-being, I had someone pick him up a day earlier than his scheduled departure. I am incredibly disappointed with this facility seeing this was my first and will be my last time using them. When you go on vacation or need to get out of town, you need to have complete trust over who is watching over your pet. Communication is a must, especially when there is an issue!!! You won't get trust or peace of mind from this establishment. read more

We have been pretty pleased taking our pup to Heritage, up until today. We've made a reservation a week ago or more for daycare today, while we entertain our out of town company. Our whole day was planned around her daycare. TODAY, hours before we were taking her in, they called to cancel daycare because they have taken into many borders. They should honor the reservations they've already made and turn borders away or they should have foreseen filling up for Christmas and not offered daycare this week, rather than inconveniencing people last minute that were depending on them. Now that they have proven that they are not dependable (especially around the holidays), we will be exploring other options. This has put us in a huge bind for the day and is not appreciated!! Pretty sad being this is a convenient location and the baby gets so excited to go. They have really let us down. This was handled very poorly!!! read more

My previous review was 5 stars. Now, I would not recommend this company. We had been going here for years. We have paid a ton of money to have our dogs groomed here. Brandi is wonderful and our dogs love her. However, the management tried to make money off the pandemic. They wanted to charge $30 extra dollars per dog to get them in for a groom during the pandemic. I called the other day to see if we can get in (i heard they had stopped price gouging for the time being) and the manager said they were scheduled out until April. Ha. Also that they had 600, yes 600, clients on their waiting list. This company used to be amazing. When it was purchased by new management, they have price gouged clients and are not the customer loving company they were before. I'd suggest going anywhere else. Anywhere. read more

At first sight we were really happy with our Bernese mountain dog grooming she really looks great BUT she suddenly started itching constantly as soon as she came home, this was never an issue prior. We're 10 days past grooming and now need to take her to the vet and see what is causing the severe itching. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. 9 months ago I brought in my dog and was not told about the price increase as well as how long they now take to groom dogs and I get huge anxiety, leaving my dog at facilities as I lost both my husband and my son and all that I have left is my dog. I expressed this to them and how unhappy I was and how horrible the customer service was with the girl I spoke to on the phone. My dog also got cut the last time he was at this facility. The supervisor was very uncompassionate and it took me calling some things out for her to then apologize to me. Fast forward to last week I decided to give them another try as in the past I liked their services just not the latest experience. I called last week and scheduled an appointment. I was then called yesterday to get them health records on my dog, so I got copies sent over via email and was told that they received it and thank you. I then receive a phone call today letting me know that they will not see my dog for his appointment in 3 days and wished me all the best with pretty much no explanation. I am still waiting to hear back from the supervisor but honestly it is a blessing in disguise. My dog deserves so much better than to be treated like this especially when he did nothing wrong, and they are the ones who have terrible customer service, lack of communication, and running a complete nightmare apparently. Thank you for wasting my time as now I can't get my dog in while I'm off this week. It just goes to show how much you guys don't actually care about the animal itself as now the only person that's going to suffer is my dog. I hope karma finds you as you all deserve it. If you love your dogs, just look at somewhere else! There is a reason why you can get your dogs in for a grooming appointment in less than two weeks where as most reputable companies take at least a month to get into. read more

We boarded our dog there and she came home sick, horrible barking cough which cost me an additional 300 at the vet to have treated and she had sores on all her feet that have taken 3 weeks and much TLC to get to heal. The cameras don't work there so you can't see your dog at all. We had used Dugan's for daycare in the past and she loved it but they did not have room and sent us here. I thought because they are owned by the same people it would be the same. Biggest mistake I've ever made. read more

Made an appointment for our puppy's first haircut. Waited the month to get her in, only to arrive and find out they never actually booked it on their end, even after we provided the required waiver forms, confirmed the time and put it in our work schedules. They told us they couldn't fit us in for grooming and the best they could do was give our dog a bath and brush, which we can do at home. Not helpful at all. Huge waste of time and waiting the month was a stretch to get our dog groomed to begin with. Now we have to find another place. Thanks for nothing. Not only did Alyssa do a fantastic job on my dog's bathing, haircut and nails, she communicated very clearly and took the time to understand what I wanted. Alyssa made some great suggestions and I'm sure my pup will be more comfortable outside this summer because of her expert grooming. Had a terrible 1st and only experience. My dog was shaved essentially down to about skin. He was matted and we were prepared to see him very short instead of how we like it ,but that poor guy had multiple clipper burns all over and was miserable for about the next 24-48 hours because he was shaved so close. He basically was traumatized by that experience and he wasn't himself until the next day. What's also a shame is I sent an email through their website and didn't even receive the courtesy of an acknowledgement or an apology from them. Would not recommend them to anyone who thinks of their pet as an actual family member. Did receive a call after this post and was offered my money back and an apology. Damage was done and declined the refund but the apology was appreciated. read more
