Wagging Tails - Busta

A message from my heart to Wagging Tails. Thank you from the bottom of my heart…read more Wagging Tails has been one of the best decisions I've made for my furbaby, Madam Fifi. From day one, they've been transparent, caring, and always go the extra mile to make sure every dog receives plenty of love and attention. They also understand how much our pets mean to us and are incredibly mindful of pet parents' feelings. A special thank you to Crystal, who has the heart of a teddy bear and treats every pup like her own. James has the perfect balance of structure and compassion--his gentle soul shines through in everything he does. Danny and Jen are amazing caretakers who genuinely love my baby and make me feel completely at ease. I am so grateful for the recommendation that led me to Wagging Tails. Seeing my baby grow, thrive, and be surrounded by such genuine, caring people has been an incredible experience. I couldn't ask for a better team to care for my furbaby.

She got to enjoy a spacious backyard as she has at home and got her pick of comfy, soft beds(including her own) to choose from. I was able to truly relax and have peace of mind while out of the country, knowing that my baby was only a call/ text away. And seeing my furbaby meeting the Easter Bunny and making friends thru Instagram was truly the icing on the cake!!!! I was also lucky to coordinate with her groomer Kerrie to get her back fresh and clean on pickup day. I do have to say that she's so popular that she books up quickly, but if you're planning a vacation it's worth a shot to reach out to Crystal the minute you book your trip. Despite its prime location along Queens Blvd, it's a little too easy to miss Wespaw Pets. It's by…read moreno means a large pet store, but I'm fairly confident it's the best one in all of Sunnyside. I've always been super impressed with their helpful customer service, super niche inventory, and how organized everything is in the store. It's certainly not like the chain'y mega stores but it is quaint and clean. They have a good number of things: pet food, pet toys and everything in between it all. Most of the stuff is geared toward cats and dogs, but they surely have the supplies for folks bringing up a ::insert animal:: into their home. Another bonus? It actually smells good in here. (#1) As is the deal with most stores with premium goods, their stuff can get expensive. While most everything can probably found online for cheaper, it's the best option for being able to get something in person without the wait for shipping. For those not able to make to the store, they also deliver for a fee. Lastly, keep an eye out for their monthly sales -- that's the best time to come. ____________ (#1) You know that odor when entering some pet stores? Not here.

Monster Aquarium is a great place for aquarium enthusiasts. They carry a huge variety of fish and…read moreeven have a small selection of amphibians. Honestly, if you're looking for a specific fish, there's a good chance you'll find it here. The prices are reasonable, the store is clean, and all of the tanks are well maintained. I've been a regular customer for a while, and this place never disappoints. The staff is knowledgeable, and it's clear they take good care of their animals. If you're into the fishkeeping hobby, I definitely recommend checking out Monster Aquarium. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced hobbyist, it's worth a visit

I ordered two Red-Tailed Red-Eye Puffers (Carinotetraodon irrubesco) from Monster Aquarium. What…read morearrived were two completely different fish--large, highly aggressive Pao puffers, apparently Pao abei and/or Pao cochinchinensis. These aren't species that could reasonably be confused in terms of size, temperament, or care requirements. This created an immediate problem. Irrubesco are small puffers that I had appropriate housing prepared for. The fish I received were roughly 3-4 inches long and belong to a group notorious for extreme aggression, requiring secure individual housing. I had to improvise emergency setups to keep them separated from each other and from my other fish while figuring out what they actually were. The most disappointing part was the response afterward--or lack of one. I contacted Monster Aquarium about the misidentification and sent photographs of the fish. I never received a response or any attempt to resolve the situation. Fortunately, a knowledgeable local aquarium store was willing to take both puffers, and they are now safely in experienced hands. But I had to solve a problem that never should have been mine in the first place. Fish identification matters, particularly with puffers. Sending someone a potentially extremely aggressive Pao in place of a small Carinotetraodon isn't just getting an order wrong; it can put the fish, the customer's existing livestock, and potentially the aquarist at risk. I understand that mistakes happen in the aquarium trade, especially with species that can be difficult to identify. What makes this a bad experience for me is that after a very consequential mistake, the seller simply did not respond.

A tip for what exactly? She said they work hard and the price would have been much more so maybe we should tip them can you say unprofessional! The worst part was that my dog came with a raw wound near his rear end that was not there before the appointment. When I pointed it out, there was no apology, no concern, and no accountability just an immediate attempt to blame me. Charging more than quoted, asking for tips before earning them, and returning a dog injured while refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. My dog deserved better, and so did I. NEVER AGAIN

She took the time to really listen, asked thoughtful follow up questions, and made sure we were completely aligned before starting. That level of communication is rare and it immediately put me at ease. What stood out the most was how gentle and patient she was with Capri. You can tell she genuinely cares and handles dogs with intention, not just routine. Capri's blowout is flawless. Her coat is soft, silky, and perfectly fluffy. This is the best she has ever looked. I am very particular about Capri's grooming, and I have had experiences where instructions were not followed, so trust is everything for me. With Kris, I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. So happy we found her. 5 star service. Highly recommend.
