Don't trust them with your billing information. They will continue to take your money! Issue still unresolved! This issue is still on going. I mean seriously! They had good availability, were initially very responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. We did our research so we knew some questions to ask and the specialist that came out couldn't answer most of them. In fact, we were told it was his first time really doing this on his own which really didn't inspire much confidence. We asked for quotes for a few different types of treatment options. We only got a quote for one despite repeated attempts and it seemed because he wasn't knowledgeable about those other options and was going to check with his boss. There was no follow up on these. What really turned us off of Bulwark though was how predatory they are about getting you to sign up. They called both my husband and I multiple times a day for at least a month from some franchise call center. The frequency went down but it was almost non-stop for months. We were really hoping to use them for this specialized treatment and potentially sign up for their regular pest control services but the lack of follow through, lack of knowledge, and nonstop phone calls with high pressure tactics are a hard no from us. Cannot recommend.

This past summer we had a bunch of sugar ants in the bathrooms and bedrooms. I was trying to combat them myself using an eco-green type solution. But it wasn't working. Then one night a huge centipede about 7-8" long slithered across my floor. We caught it and threw it out, but I was up all night freaking out. At 6am I started calling all the companies from Albuquerque to Bernalillo to Rio Rancho. Rio Rancho Pest Solutions called me back right away. The woman that called me was so helpful with educating me on bug habits and habitat. She suggested sending out the owner of the company right away. Apparently he has a degree in Entomology (Insects) so that's very cool. She gave me a new client discount and quoted me a price that was more than fair! They were super thorough and I felt very safe with them. They do offer a subscription service but she wasn't pushy about it. And after the treatment, all of our problems are gone. I would definitely use them again with any pest issues!! Pricing: Very fair Response time: very quick Knowledgable: exceptionally Safe: yes. They're bonded and insured. Customer Service: Fantastic.

I've been meaning to update this review for YEARS…read more Since our first appointment with Harmony Pest, we've never wavered from the company, never even considered it. New Mexico has a fine assortment of bugs, including a few that you really don't want to mess with, and Harmony has stepped up, year after year, to help us "manage" the critters. They communicate via text, messaging about a week prior to the next scheduled visit, and they're responsive to the texts you send them, like the time we had mutant mice running through the living room, the wasp nest on the fence, a black widow party on the porch, and most recently, the mid-January ant invasion. Not only was Dylan on time and extremely personable (including admitting that the attack on the Capitol was impacting his mental health that day), he was thorough. Masked and distanced, he surveyed areas of the room where the ants were entering, adding pet-safe plastic baits in well-hidden places, and he sprayed outside, as well. "If I should come back, just call -- I'll be here as soon as I can." This example isn't an outlier, it's the norm. This is a family-run local company that uses organic, earth-friendly products and they hire great people. Hire them. They also relocate honey bees.
