Despite how busy he was Steve made the time to come and help us.Usually in the springtime we get hornets nests and some beehives he does a fantastic job of alleviating the problem, which is important because we have small children who like to play in the yard. Last year we had a mosquito problem in our back yard and he brought his team and did a fantastic job of clearing the issue, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right because it was a tricky situation. We have not had any problems since! Steve and Vinny are both very hands on. We have recommended them to many friends and neighbors, and they have alll been very happy with his service! You can trust Guardian, they will give you an honest estimate and answer to your problem, and they stand by their work. They will follow up you and make sure that the problem was solved! Highly recommend!!!

SCAM ALERT! WARNING!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! DONT TRUST STEVE! HES FRIENDLY BUT INEFFECTIVE!!!…read moreDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! DONT EXPOSE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS !!! (Wish I could give stop signs or warning signals instead of stars) I called guardian one morning when I found a bed bug on my sofa! I reached Steve the owner who actually came out the same day! He didn't come out with any spray or major equipment just a light and electronic magnify glass! (First warning once you see one get a treatment) He was very friendly and assuring came in laid his coat and brief case on my sofa like an old friend would (second warning never let an exterminator place anything on fabric services in your home.) went through my entire apartment from top to bottom and then explained I brought home a hitchhiker and that was the only bug he found nothing to worry about! ($65) he caught the bug and put it in a plastic zippy bag! I asked why didn't he kill it and he explained he would use it to train his dogs to catch bed bugs! (There was no dog when he came 3rd warning) 3 days later I found more bed bugs (He ask if I could use a paper towel and put them in a zipper bag so he could tell the sex of each one. (Fourth warning, bed bugs don't need a mate to reproduce) and he came back ($250) this time with spray a vacuum and an assistant Terron. They vacuumed and sprayed every inch of my home and were distractingly chatty the entire process! Later during my home cleaning and washing process I found the zipper bag I provided him with under my bed opened with the paper towel on my floor! When I called to inquire about what I found he said he took the bugs in his brief case after inspecting them (why take them out the bag?! He never said he put them in another bag! Was it the same briefcase he had put on my sofa 3 days prior? Warning 5) he promised I had the guardian guarantee and that he'd be back in 1 week for follow up!! Needless to say he has not retuned and yes I was bit again (3 bites in a line/ trail that itch and burn) Educate yourself before calling Don't panic they take advantage of your fear. It's all business no friendly convo needed Get a receipt Use a check money order or card Get your guarantee in writing! DONT SAVE BUGS THEY DONT TRAIN DOGS AT GUARDIAN!!!!

I was going to see if I can take care of the problem myself but I went online and found them instead. They did all the work. They moved what had to be moved in my apartment to get to source. Not only did they kill the little critters but also sealed my mattress to prevent any further infestation. I highly recommend Ecology EP. If you ever come across this problem, do give them a call. Like I mention before they were courteous and expedient.Their prices too were reasonable and below the competition. For the relief they gave me, it was worth it.

I had bedbugs once before in 2007, and I've seen how other companies operate, so it's not for…read morenothing when I say I'm extremely impressed with Ecology EP and Arnold the director. (N.B. I will alter this review if their work doesn't hold up, so please take comfort if this is still here and still has five stars three months from now.) The thing is, when I woke up this morning to find a live bedbug walking across my comforter in front of my nose, I instantly went into full panic mode--not because bedbug bites are so terrible (you'll survive)--but because the PROCESS is MISERABLE. Here was what was horrible BEFORE I found Ecology Ep: *Landlord pretended like he'd never heard of such a thing, and only begrudgingly sent his "exterminator" who sprayed with generic chemicals around the perimeter and left me with hopping mad bedbugs. (Note to 25 year old me: Small Claims Court is your friend.) *I was poor and as a result (or so I thought) the guy I could afford said that I had to do a lot of work on my own. Meaning: *Bagging up everything I owned. *Carrying everything that I could wash to the laundromat. *Dry cleaning what I could afford to dry clean and throwing away the rest. *Buying a new mattress cover and putting it on my infested mattress all by myself. *Throwing out half my furniture. *And even then he had to come back twice, probably because I didn't do everything correctly (given that I was doing it all by myself.) Arnold put me through none of that. It was AMAZING. Here's why: *Great price written right on the website--and LESS than what I paid in 2007. That's shocking--you'll see why in a minute--but it was also great because it meant I could call my landlords and say: "Here's what we're doing, THIS is the price, you're legally obligated to pay for it, and we're doing it tonight before the problem becomes insane. Also, it's coming out of my rent." They said, "Oh my god oh my god fine!" *They guaranteed the work at the industry standard, also right on the website. Another thing I could tell my landlords. *They're licensed and insured and used proper invoicing, also great for dealing with landlords. *Ecology Ep showed up the same day I called. *Arnold brought a small ARMY of people. Four workers, all very sweet. *The price INCLUDED mattress covers for my bed AND my futon. *THEY put the mattress covers on (the worst job ever.) *THEY moved all my furniture--but I didn't have to throw anything away! *THEY bagged up all the things that needed washing. *THEY helped me carry all my stuff to the laundromat. *Instead of putting me through the cost of dry cleaning, THEY brought a steam cleaner and steamed all my good clothes. *AND they didn't just spray with Ecologically sound (but guaranteed!) chemicals, but they ALSO sealed the cracks in my floors and steamed all my books and things I probably couldn't clean on my own. *AND they found the bedbug nest. And killed those jerks. *AND they were extremely kind and lovely about it, from beginning to end. A real plus when you're traumatized by bedbugs. Also, I asked Arnold to check another property while he was in the area, and he found no bedbugs. He could easily have sold me on more work, but he didn't lie, above-and-beyond compassion and professionalism I found consistent with the negative review and his response listed here. Frankly, his straightforward response to the negative review on his free service was an additional reason for me to hire him. Arnold told me he has a lot of contracts now with a lot of large shelters, dorms, and schools, and I believe it. As a young single woman, Ecology EP's help was enormous at an unbelievable price. I strongly recommend them to others who need help.
