I hired this company for a consult. The engineer's communication was subpar to say the least. On…read moremore than one occasion, I reached out to him for updates/developments and if I got a response, he would provide an excuse like a meeting taking longer than expected, having "projects to get out in the next hour" or the default, "I'll get back to you first thing in the morning" and then I never hear from him the whole next day or until I reach out again. People need to stop taking on more work than they can handle. There's no excuse to keep making commitments with customers, breaking them, and continuing on in silence after you fail to keep your word. Companies like this will slow your project down, but always send your invoice right on time and have the nerve to threaten you with a late fee as well as interest and legal fees if you don't pay them when they want to be paid. Time is money for the customers too, but they have no concession for you when they drop the ball and that's a shame.
