    F- STAY AWAY-double dipping greedy people!

    THEY SUCK...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! beware. GREEDY COMPANY!!! They charge double this $195.00 FALSE ADVERTISING. DIAGNOSTIC REPORT AMOUNT WAS NOT LISTED on the Wall with rest of prices It turned into $395.00 Not including the $25.00 also if you don't let them charge your Bankcard, they charge an additional 3% and they blame it on the credit card company an it Not listed on the invoice They attach another separate invoice an the last line on the 2nd page, the last word is the 3% amount. What should have been $200-220 was A whopping $430.00 for A DIAGNOSTIC l see that their reviews R horrible. They should be investigated. They told me it would cost $4,040.00 to fix the vehicle. Added in $500 for brakes, l never asked about?? They have lost their minds, an that my parts aren't available anymore hummmm

    Awful dealership with extremely shady practices would not recommend even inquiring about a car here they are completely ok with their sales people lying and downplaying issues on vehicles to make a sale! Very very very shady place STAY AWAY!

    On June, 5th 2019 I was approved for a loan from here and purchased a car from their affiliate…read more.. Peruzzi Mitsubishi. I was ecstatic that they helped me get a car. My payments were made on time... every two weeks they took out $213.46 (I actually paid a day before they were due). On October, 3rd 2019 I was involved in a auto accident. As a result the car was totaled by the insurance company. It appears that what the car was worth was way less than what these people were charging me. $3,000 less to be exact. I immediately contacted PA Auto Credit to see what I could do regarding the difference as I would still be liable for the difference. I received no help! They could care less! In-spite of being approved for a check from the insurance company in the amount of $8070 they were unable to renegotiate the loan for the remaining amount. On the contrary, they suggested I take out another loan out to pay the balance or see about having Peruzzi roll the remaining balance into a new loan as "they do not refinance their loans". Why would I go back to purchase another vehicle through them when what they are selling you is not worth the price they are charging? They didn't even talk to me about GAP insurance because according to them " it is not available for used vehicles). As a result of this accident I was forced to redirect one of my payments into something else... unfortunately causing me to miss one of the bi-weekly payments. As a result of this Allen found it necessary to contact me at work only to harass and demand I make the payment and to also educate me on what to expect if the payment wasn't made... To include garnishing my wages, putting a lien on my personal property etc. Really?For one missed bi-weekly payment? I have never said that I did not plan on paying what I owed! On the contrary... I have been on the phone with them almost everyday updating them, keeping them informed and trying to see what they could do to assist me. Unfortunately, according to them "they can't do anything". I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN and I encourage those of you who are thinking about it to not do so! They only care about getting their money and not the consumer. Sad really!

They have GPS's installed in all the cars they give loans on. (Breach of privacy?) I Would never do business with them!! let's say your payment is 160 a month and you go in there with two $100 bills, they don't give change! You must put the extra money towards the car/or incredibly high interest! That's BS!

I drive off again and after 25min or so the same issues where still there! so again same thing calling and calling and texting etc. to make a time to get it looked at again. has not even been 3 mo. and all these issues. I can go on an on lol but I said a lot but not enough. this business is definitely ‍ no go for all. they will pull strings to get you approved because they know the card they have are straight horrible and they just want that commission after they get you they forget you. Less than six months ago, I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership for my daughters to share. Recently the service light came on, and after bringing the vehicle in for service at Fred Beans Hyundai (as recommended by the Kia service department), I was told the car needs a complete transmission replacement costing over $3,300. A major mechanical failure like a transmission should not occur within six months of purchasing a vehicle. This raises serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle when it was sold and about the dealership's inspection process. Vehicles sold by dealerships marketed as fully inspected and reliable, yet here we are facing a major failure almost immediately. After doing some research, I also discovered that transmission issues with the 2017 Hyundai Tucson have been widely reported. As a customer, I had no way of knowing this history when purchasing the vehicle, but a dealership that sells cars for a living certainly should be aware of common problems associated with certain models. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of support from the Fred Beans organization. When I reached out, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. The Kia dealership and Hyundai dealership--both part of the same Fred Beans company--seem unwilling to work together in any meaningful way to help a customer dealing with a major failure shortly after purchase. To be clear, I was not asking for a free repair or a new vehicle. I simply hoped the dealership would show some level of customer service and work with me toward a reasonable compromise given the circumstances. Instead, the response was dismissive and left me entirely on my own with a $3,300 repair bill. Situations like this are exactly when a dealership has the opportunity to show integrity and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. At this point, it feels like once the paperwork is signed, customer support from Fred Beans disappears completely.

The paint on my vehicle began peeling in sheets, exposing bare metal, even though the car was well maintained and garage‑kept. This isn't an isolated issue. Consumer complaint data shows: * Most affected color: Snow White Pearl (SWP) * Typical failure window: 3-6 years after purchase * Nature of defect: Paint separates from the primer layer, not caused by chips or impact * Estimated repaint cost: $2,000-$6,000 out of pocket On top of the paint problems, my engine burns oil at an unacceptable rate -- another issue many Kia owners report. A modern engine should not require constant top‑offs or risk long‑term damage. Between the defective paint and the engine problems, I will never buy another Kia again. A manufacturer should stand behind its product, and Kia simply hasn't.
