I don't like to cook it at home, so I'm always on the lookout for good octopus dishes when I dine out. Peru Wok is one of only a couple of places that has a regular octopus dish on the menu. Prepared with fresh vegetables like zucchini and tomatoes it is really good. This is a locally owned business with conscientious owners. There are a number of delicious items on the menu too / if your not a fan of octopus! One of the best peruvian restaurants I have been to. I am peruvian and have been to several restaurants in the US in New York, Miami, near st Augustine and obviously Peru and this place has been very consistent with the food quality and taste. I even took my mother who owned a peruvian restaurant and she gave gave me props for finding this place. Its very small and only has 2 waitresses. Everything is clean and well organized. First off, I've never seen a cleaner restaurant. Both the dining area and open kitchen are spotless. Good sign. Second, the service is impeccable - easily as good as any high end place around here. Lastly, the food is incredible. Didn't take photos and frankly not even sure what I ate but it was incredible. Chicken, red onion and pasta in a sort of Asian lo mein'y type sauce. Mind blowing. We were there today with the whole family (10 people). Everyone loved Perú Wok. The owners personally took care of us, and the food was amazing. High quality ingredients, awesome flavor, welcoming ambience. We tried lomo saltado, cebiche, jalea, papa a la huancaina, parihuela. Super yummy! We consider ourselves demanding Peruvian customers when it comes to our cuisine and Perú Wok exceeded our expectations. We also tried the Lucuma mousse for dessert. What a treat! In short, the customer service was pleasant, the food came out in a timely manner, and llamas were present; thence, methinks tis a very fine dining establishment. First time having Peruvian food. The menu is seafood heavy but enough chicken and beef dishes to satisfy anyone. Even a small kid's section. Small restaurant in a typical strip center with seating for about 20 and a few counter seats. Comfortable and very clean but a little cold blasting the AC. I had the fish ceviche and asked for it medium hot. Unless you really have an asbestos palate ask for it mild. But a generous sized fresh and delicious portion of fish. Thankfully, I had a cold Peruvian lager at hand. My entree was a Peruvian fish soup called Parihuela. A tasty, spicy broth in a large bowl with shrimp, fish, bay scallops, mussels and squid. Admittedly I'm a big eater and infrequently take anything home but between the ceviche and soup I brought a fairly large portion home. It was delicious. Similar to other Mediterranean fish stews and soups but with a bit more heat and different spices. Seafood was properly cooked and was fresh. My wife enjoyed Lomo Saltado which was a serving of wok fried steak with tomatoes and onions in a soy/wine base sauce. It was served with rice and another side which frankly I can't remember. She said that the steak was tender and flavorful and was full upon finishing. She enjoyed it. Warm rolls baked on premises were soft and delicious. Casual atmosphere with well made creations. Somewhat of a fusion menu but not being well versed I couldn't tell what was traditional Peruvian cuisine. Give it a try. Prices are very reasonable for a Jupiter location and quality of the food. This was my 2nd sit down to eat experience at Peru Wok! It was another excellent meal! My fish & yucca were fried with a very light coating of batter so it felt like a light meal. The Leche de Tigre appetizer was not overly seasoned and was very fresh. Such a clean and well decorated place! It's a husband & wife team and the pride of ownership is evident through out. Hands down one of the best peruvian restaurants we've came across. We had the pleasure of stumbling into this gem on vacation in Florida from NJ and we are sooo happy we did. This is by far the best food we've had all vacation, knocked a luxurious peruvian restaurant in Miami out of the ballpark. Very average experience. Ordered the lomo saltado. We said medium well, but it was still pink and chewy. The juice was more of a sauce and it was very thick and salty. I would prefer less juice next time. The rice was dry and crusty on the outside and well done on the inside of the pile they serve. The fries were honestly the only redeeming part of the dish, and they weren't even the traditional straight cut fries, but instead crinkle cut. I've had lomo many times before and this didn't stack up, especially for the price. I also came in the middle of the day on a weekday though so maybe this had something to do with the types of cooks they have during the slow hours of the day. The staff was all friendly and it was clean. I'll come back again in a few months and see if anything has changed. read more

This place has become my local favorite. The restaurant is located in a strip mall on Indiantown Road. It is tastefully decorated. The food is amazing, tasty, and beautifully presented. Prices are fair, and the service is impeccable. I was able to find vegan choices, and the chef was super accommodating. The wine list is short but quite adequate. Hands down best Peruvian restaurant I've tried. I'm Peruvian and guarantee this is by far the most authentic flavor I've had in the states. Better than places in Miami. Better than places in NYC. My Peruvian parents were delighted to eat here! Every single thing we ate was delicious. I went to this restaurant with really H High hopes and I wasn't disappointed. The "leche de tigre" was really good, you have to know that is a very acidic dish so, keep that in mind. I think the place has good vibes, intention and a good business concept. However, we didn't have a good first experience and I'm afraid it may be due to the chef's lack of experience. The ceviche was extremely salty that even my molar nerves hurt (I was determined to not throw it away since I love ceviche so much). The Jalea (fry seafood mix) was overly fried so the seafood was tough and dry. The lomo saltado was a little better than the other dishes but it lacked a little of the oaky flavor it's known for. Overall, I will go back to my regular Peruvian food restaurant and will try this restaurant again in a couple of months to see if they got it together. read more

The girl who took our order showed us on the iPad what different dishes were since we had not eaten Peruvian before.
