Lomo saltado with upgraded fried rice.
    Diego C.

Honest review, I love Peruvian food it's my favorite therefore I tend to already know what to expect in regards to flavors. Lomo saltado it's one of my go to. The one I had here was below my expectations since the making of the sauce it's not what I wanted, the favor was there but a bit saltier than I prefer. The anticucho was awesome. But I wouldn't order a lomo here again, maybe next time I try something else. Ohh and the fried rice had a weird taste to it, not sure what is it, but not what I'm used to from a Peruvian restaurant.

This place is such a sleeper hit! The lomo saltado was incredible! Our server was constantly by our side offering refills and checking in on us. A very small dining room made for an intimate experience, I can see why it would be hard to get in at times, but it's worth the wait. I'll definitely be back, it was wonderful!

This is our first visit.... situated in a little strip mall... walk in beautiful little dining room; impressive wood wall feature, white tablecloths, very clean, nice table settings. Nice music in the background... The server came right away... offered drinks. My husband ordered a pisco sour... very tasty.. I ordered a chicken salad dish and yuca fries. My salad was delicious and beautifully presented on the plate. My husband had octopus with a vegetable salad... this chef obviously takes a lot of pride in the presentation and flavour of food. Nathi was our server. Great service, great food. Give this restaurant a try... you won't be disappointed.

The name is one big ball of confusion.

This place continues to bound from strength to strength. The quality of the food is excellent, from ceviche to the lomo saltado to some delightfully light (but deep fried) fish chicarrons. Also, a world-class passionfruit cocktail. Wow. Super nice folks who care about what they are doing. The dining room is cozy, but they make good use of the space. [The only drawback: when you order sparkling water they give you the lemon-flavored Perrier, which tastes exactly like a Wet-Nap pre-moistened towelette. Gross.]

Excellent authentic Peruvian food, very nice staff. We started with the Anticuchos which was excellent. For dinner we had the Chaufa di Pollo and the Pollo Saltado, both very tasty. While we skipped dessert they did give us a nice plate of Alfajores which was a. Nice gesture. They have a nice selection of authentic beers and other drinks. If you like Peruvian I would stop in!

    Leche de tigre and causa

A Peru native gives this restaurant 5 stars! The taste of the leche de Tigre with the white hue and strong flavors of lemon, onion, and cilantro was our favorite dish. We ordered it very spicy which added to the strong bite. Save the extra sauce to dip the fried calamari in the Jalea. We will be returning to try the other ceviche plates!

    Parihuela

Absolutely delicious food. The parihuela is the best I've ever had and is full of seafood. They also have a lucuma mousse that is incredible and a must try. It's so silky and smooth and really hard to find. I brought a friend from Peru and he said it tastes super authentic and loved it as well. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very polite as well. Ill be going back again soon.

Delish! One of our favorite restaurants. Some of the best food in town hands down. Every dish we have here is fabulous. Today was ceviche Wednesday

We have eaten at other La Granja restaurants in the past and they never disappointed us. This location was big, with a bar, and we arrived there with only one other couple in the place. It was right at opening so there weren't many people. However, once we ordered, people state pouring in and we had the feeling that this place was good and popular. The food came out. We had to pick it up from a central serving station. We ordered a lot! Chicken wings, rice and plantains. It smelled so good and fragrant. One thing we missed was the toppings bar at the front of the restaurant. Darn! It would have been nice to put some peppers and onions on our wings. However, the food was hot, delicious and satisfying. There was so much! The servers were friendly and accommodating as well as the cashier. The cost was reasonable as well. The place was clean, organized and comfortable. All in all, we would recommend a visit soon, especially to this location!

Our family tried a variety of dishes, starting with the Jalea, a fried seafood platter. While the portion was smaller than what you typically find at other Peruvian restaurants, the seafood was fresh. I just wish there had been more calamari, fish, shrimp, and fried yucca. We also ordered the Chicken (Pollo) Chaufa and the Seafood Chaufa. Both dishes came in small portions, and the seafood was only placed on top of the rice. Sadly, they lacked the distinctive Chaufa flavor and tasted a bit bland. The Lomo Saltado beef was tender but similarly lacked seasoning, and the Ají Amarillo was just okay. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the ambiance felt warm and inviting. It seems the food might have been adjusted to cater to a more traditional or less adventurous palate. Peruvian cuisine is renowned for its rich flavors and Asian influences, and I believe it has the potential to be truly exceptional.
