Even the fries were oddly really good but it was because they season them, which sounds simple (And like a no brainer) but makes such a difference. And don't even get me started on the cakes. We found out the pastry chef makes everything completely from scratch, and she's insanely talented. The cake designs are next level, and they taste just as good as they look. You can tell they put a ton of love into what they do. The best part, though, was the owners. They were seriously some of the nicest people we've met and made us feel so welcome. You can tell they really care about their customers and their business. I really hope this place blows up because they honestly deserve it.

The guy who was working the truck said they were both great but it was the quesabirrias that is their best seller. With each taco being only $4, it seemed quite the deal! I chose to go with the quesabirrias and I am really glad I did. These tacos were made fresh upon order. They came out hot and crisp! I loved the melted cheese and the tender beef inside. I found that they were actually quite generous with the beef. It was very fulfilling and I was quite happy! I definitely want to also get the Birria ramen one day. I tried their agua de piña, although very good, VERY sweet for me. I would've probably added 1/2 water to the piña already. So if you do order it I can see you getting 2 servings out of it if you also aren't keen on the sweetness and add more water. Their churros, 10/10. I have not had a churro in forever and this one was amazing. Hot, chewy, not too sweet, perfect amount of cinnamon. Service was friendly! It's family owned and ran and they're sweet people. The ambiance is cute, it looks Hawaiian inside, maybe from a previous business that was here. Prices are very fair. Parking is on the street.
