Big portions. Delicious. Usually get egg rolls which come with sweet n sour sauce and some kick your nose open hot horse raddish/wasabi sauce. Old school restaurant but very popular.

I haven't had Fu Sing in years because I live in San Diego and if I happen to be in the area, they happen to be closed for a holiday or vacation. Well, I called yesterday and they were open. I placed my order. Paper wrapped chicken, pork egg roll, sweet and sour pork, chow mein, and char siu. All old Tin Sing favorites. I was quoted 20 minutes and probably only waited 30. I was so excited! When we got home, I started with my favorite, paper wrapped chicken. Unfortunately, it had no flavor and was extremely dry. I was so disappointed. The chow mein also had no flavor. The sweet and sour pork was ok, as far as flavor but the pork was tough. The char siu and the pork egg rolls were good. I hope this isn't how it's going to be from now on or I won't be coming back because it is not convenient by any means.

Now yall definitely over hyped them Pork egg rolls they are very flavorless. The only thing good was the outter wrap. That log of meat wasn't it. It wasn't horrible but I definitely won't be purchasing again. Service was excellent

Stopped by this spot without much of a plan just hunger and I ordered the wings & wonton soup which came with rice... so delicious and full of flavor. Service was friendly. No indoor or outdoor seating- just food for pick-up. No problem with that! Everything was packaged well and I got to eat some delicious food in the comfort of my home. I'd definitely come back. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Also while waiting for your food I highly recommend walking around the plaza and checking out the local shops.

Fu Sing has some of the best authentic Chinese food this side of the town, it's a very small take out only restaurant with room just for two people to order inside, it is located in a strip mall with a lot free parking, there is one bench in the front to wait for your order. The owner is very nice and friendly "playful" I ordered the house fried rice that was very good, pork and chicken egg rolls was very good, shrimp with lobster sauce was very good, and chicken chow mein that was also very good, there menu has a variety of different option to choose from. They are close on Mon. & Tue. you can call your order in for faster service...this is a must, because this place is very busy.

This is classic cantonese food at its most authentic. The amazing chefs from the legendary ting sing created a new take away only chinese restaurant. They moved and changed over the years as they were in another location previously the loyal followers of ting sing have rejoiced as they have found their promised land.

Fu Sing brings back memories of a childhood favorite (Tin Sing) in a take out setting and the food remains just as good. The bok choy with black mushrooms, bbq pork, chow fun with black bean sauce and egg rolls are as good as ever with their rich, savory and crave worthy umami yumminess. The owner/cashier is very friendly and welcoming. Portions are on the small side for a family of four but that's a sign of the times.

    It's Fu Sing!

If you watch Seinfeld, then you gotta ask yourself, how hasn't this place made its way on the show?! In the past 5 years I've only ate here 3 times because they never answer their phone! I'm generally greeted with a recording that says "we're busy call back later" or sometimes we'll get a similar recording with "we're busy call back later, at [Time o'clock]". This isn't a joke. Fact: the place is ALWAYS EMPTY. Give it a shot! Calling this place is always a joy, it's like playing Russian roulette, wondering if I should order here. Odds are they won't answer, but if they do then let's give it a shot! There's no consistency in the food. First time it was solid, the fried rice and chow mein were solid and the beef broccoli was good to go! Second time, the food was....bland...flavorless but maybe nourishing? I'd had better at Panda Express if I'm being honest. Third time, in 2025, fried rice was bland, I had to doctor it up and refry myself and add some flavors and then it was solid. It's the slightest bit inconvenient when I need to refry fried rice and add flavor from a place that I expect to cook authentic Chinese food. Noodles I had weren't as great as the frozen ones I get from Sam's club or Costco. Let's be real, I only order here when they answer their phone and the recordings are hilarious. Give it a shot, try it, it's an experience. Will they answer? Post your experience! Sometimes, you'll get a message like "cook no feel good, we are closed". I've called back multiple times with recordings that have specific times like "call back at 7:45" and then you called back and you'll get "we busy call back later" or "we are closed" when yelp and Google show that they're supposed to be open. I wish this was a joke but it's been my experience. The fortune cookies are also...well sub par, lacking fortune cookie flavor and fortune? You'll know when you know. You just never know what you're gonna get here. You don't believe me? Check out the pictures, look at the paper sign on the cashier plexiglass. Let the facts speak. Will they answer my next call? Can I place an order? I guess time will tell...

Any relation to ting sing that was in Gardena years ago?

Actually not their son, he is the nephew. Raymond is the son but they are the same Chung family and the food is super good but you have to order way in advance or wait for 1.5 hours for pick up.

    Can we get delivery?

    No delivery

If you're going to close for extended lunch break, why don't you post when you close for lunch?

It's a super tiny restaurant. There ARE ONLY TEO PEOPLE WORKING. FYI. They do not have ANYTHING tech from the 20th Century. I'm sure that's very aggravating for younger generations. We native Southbay citizens also try to leave as much detailed…

Has anyone tried their egg foo young dishes? How was it? Any pictures to share?

Their egg foo young is the best...no one makes it anymore. It's thick and you can order it with any meat combination. They only make small batches and if you order it late in the day, you may miss out. It took 7 visits for me to get an order,…

Does anyone know if they will special order the old fashioned almond duck if requested? More actual duck meat and less batter.

Yes. You must partner with Allan and make a substantial order. Family size or enough portions for 8-10 people. It's a special order and made especially for you more or less. Any of the special entree is most likely sold as a *Daily Special. I have…

Has anyone tried the chicken fried rice?

Yes and it is delicious! I've had it several times...

My chicken foo young had some parts that weren't cooked throughout . It was like flour .the next time I order it can I request that it be cooked throughout? Also tin sing used bell pepper in the curry, why don't you use bell pepper?

Yes, you can. We had that same problem. The next time we ordered, we asked that it be "cooked Well Done" and they did. Enjoy!

After reading some of the…read morereviews, I felt compelled to leave my own because my experience was the complete opposite. A common complaint seems to be that the dim sum portions are "too big." Personally, I don't see how that's a negative. While dining here, I saw families with children enjoying the food without any issues--they simply cut the dumplings into smaller pieces before eating them. Larger portions mean you're getting more for your money, and the quality certainly backs it up. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff stayed on top of everything, from bringing out dishes promptly to keeping water glasses filled and checking in to make sure we were having a great experience. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. The restaurant also has a modern, upscale dim sum atmosphere that feels inviting without being pretentious. As for the food, the Shrimp Har Gow and Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai were absolutely fantastic. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and every bite was satisfying. At the end of the day, I'd much rather spend $10 on high-quality, jumbo-sized dim sum that actually fills me up than spend $20 on tiny portions at DTF. For me, Lunasia is an easy 5/5 and has become my favorite spot for dim sum.
