With my very difficult prescription the Dr. created a perfect pair of glasses , excellent job !

I had a great experience at this store. I took my 2 boys for their eye exams, got glasses and contacts, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was extremely kind and I recommend him to everyone I know! The lady that sells glasses kind of gives STRONG suggestions but you can stand your ground and go with what you like haha! read more

My fiancé and I came here for the first time today. Not only is the staff very nice, helpful and knowledgeable... but the doctor himself was amazing. I have a very complicated history when it comes to my eyes, and he broke everything down for me, explained everything, answered my questions kindly, and advised me in a professional manner. The woman who helped me pick out my new frames was a bright light!!! Energetic, funny, helpful and gave us amazing deals. Their selection is beautiful!! This lovely woman helped me get out of my comfort zone, and she made it fun and exciting. I won't go back to a franchise again. This was the best experience I have ever had at an optical office! I have been wearing glasses for 13 years! Also, their office was immaculate! Clean, sterile, masks on... I really have nothing bad to say! Thank you guys for all your help today!! read more

The sales woman there lied to me and told me that she could not run my insurance unless I also bought contacts or glasses, which is absolutely not true. She was extremely rude when I refused to do this, since the exam was 150 dollars more than what they told me it would be on the phone. She started shouting "she can't afford her exam can someone else help her". When I went to order my contacts online, they tried to give me a prescription for contacts that could only be ordered with them. Then they told me that I had Biofinity in my prescription, but they fitted me for Biotrue which is what I always wear. They sent me a nasty email (see picture) then had to apologize after I sent them proof that they fitted me for Biotrue. The sales woman was just trying to do everything she could to try and get me to make the sale through her... it's like going to a shady is Used car dealership...not a medical DOCTOR. Lastly, the doctor said I needed reading glasses but did not write down what strength I needed or the prescription because I wasn't interested in buying the glasses through them. What kind of doctor wouldn't write this down, even just to track my eyes' health over time? I'll now have to get another exam somewhere else to get this all sorted out. read more

Horrid experience, avoid like the plague! They shame you into buying expensive eyeglasses and contacts. Unfortunately, the woman that sells the glasses, after you see the owner optometrist, is rude, belittling and unscrupulously pushes the maximum $$$ purchase. If you cannot or do not want to spend an absorbent amount of money you will be shamed and treated horribly. She's been this way from the beginning so it's apparent the only reason she's still there is she's a big money maker for the owner. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

PAM the optician/lady that sells the glasses is AWFUL. called my father cheap for not wanting to pay her $702 for an eye exam, contacts and glasses. Went to Costco and for the SAME thing for $229. BIG difference. Had the nerve to call my father names to me (his son) then when he went in there to ask her what else she had to say, she acted clueless. Every bad review on this corrupt place is caused by PAM. Please read all other reviews to prove my point. Horrible place. read more

I have been going here for regular appointments for the past three years. The staff is professional and as friendly as they come. They ordered glasses for me that were, unfortunately,done wrong by the lab. They worked to get the problem fixed overnight and made it right much more quickly than I would have expected. Terrible service. The women at the front desk were awful to deal with. They did not follow through with the insurance company, nor were they familiar with my insurance. What a waste of my time. From the minute I walked in the receptionist was rude to me. I got stuck in traffic by the train crossing, and she actually reprimanded me for coming late to my appointment. I only came here because I used to see the previous optometrist, who I made the appointment with and they never told me he was no longer there. This place is great. I saw an add in my local paper for a free exam and some other goodies. When I went in they did me even better! The Dr was so pleasant and really helped me understand each of my questions. The ladies up front were a dream, they picked me out amazing frames and took great care of me. Not only did they all give me positive feedback on my new frames they also told me they loved my old ones too and I didn't feel they were just trying to push new lenses on me. They remembered who I was the next time I came in and each time greeted me with a smile and some laughs. This place really has a cozy friendly feel. I went back a week after for a slight adjustment and to send a pair back when I noticed a lens had a slight mark on it. They really stand behind their products and their customers. Disappointing and expensive. I ordered my first ever pair of glasses, and initially they were comfortable, easy to put on, and were nice and clear. When my wife noticed that they didn't have the self darkening feature, which I had already paid for, I went back and asked for a refund for that part of the already costly bill, since I hadn't specifically asked for that feature, and told them I didn't think I wanted or needed it. They refused. They insisted on taking back the glasses, and replacing the lenses. When I picked them up, they were ill fitting and uncomfortable, and awkward to put on. The ear pieces, which had been firm and straight were now soft and floppy and one of them was loose on the temple part. And the lenses were permanently tinted, which I had specifically said I didn't want, particularly since part of the reason my Opthamalogist prescribed the glasses was because I had trouble reading in low light. So now I am stuck with expensive, useless glasses that I can't stand to wear. read more
