I spoke to a gentleman about getting two backpacks embroidered, he assured me that it could be done on the same machine that the caps were done on. He drew up the words on the screen and I took a screenshot to send to my brother for confirmation. He then told me that I cannot use the phone while placing an order. I asked how can I confirm if it's exactly how my brother wanted it. He then says, it's his policy for over 10 years. I then asked what the problem was & he replied that is someone walked in to place an order while I waited on a reply, he would have to take that person's order. I looked around & I was STILL the only customer there. I reply there is no one else here. He gets louder and says, well IF someone walks in, I will take their order. Again, I look around and said that's fine but there is no one else here.... At this point he is literally shouting at me, telling me that this has been his policy from doing business for over 10 years. I simply grabbed my backpacks and walked out! Nobody deserves to be treated like that when they are simply trying to do business. To this day, I still cannot imagine what the hostility was about.....
