We had a great experience working with Luis & his company for the custom shutters in our first home! They were very budget-friendly compared to other options we looked into, while still providing a beautiful finished product. There were a few mishaps along the way due to manufacturing issues, which understandably caused some delays and required a few adjustments. However, what we really appreciated was that they continued to work with us and made sure the job was completed properly. Their willingness to address the issues and follow through made a big difference. Overall, we're happy with our shutters and appreciate the effort they put into getting everything done. If you're looking for custom shutters at a reasonable price, we would definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

Wow I cant be more pleased with the installation of my motorized blinds. Luis came the same day when I asked for bids and hung my 4 blinds. Their pricing was very reasonable which was stated up front. They were prompt and told me when they were 20 minutes to my home . I am amazed how fast they got the job done with even had to call Bali to have blinds programed to remote for us. I can highly recommend these Luis. Thank you for an awesome job! read more

Worth every cent. Luis is kind and honest. He is a professional and the work is excellent. What I appreciate most as a customer is that he kept his word and modified anything that needed to be done to ensure a happy satisfied customer. He is returning to finish up my bedroom and I trust he will do it. I had him do work in my living room and two bedrooms. He gave me fair prices, not cheap but very fair. I recommend him whole heartedly. read more

Luis at Personal touch window coverings really came through for us on our project. We have some really odd shaped windows and were getting really ridiculously high quotes from a few other places. Luis came in with not only the best price but also he was professional, prompt, and did a great job installing. I can't recommend enough! read more

I requested a quote for a wooden shutter for an oval window. I sent a message and within minutes I had a response. Luis came to my house the same day to measure and gave me pricing. The pricing Luis gave me was far less than what I was quoted by other companies. When he came to my house, he arrived with lots of shutter samples. He looked at the shutters that we already had around the house and using the samples we were able to choose the color and trim that matched the existing shutters. Luis is very professional and responsive. I am very happy with the service and the quality of the shutter. 10/10! read more

We have windows ~30 ft above ground in our townhouse, and needed someone to install blinds there for us. The quote was reasonable and they performed the install quickly and professionally. The only gripe is that we had to reschedule due to the installer blowing out a tire, but communication with Luis was well maintained throughout and he was responsive in the whole process. read more

I'm a realtor and was selling a home which needed a couple of louvers to be replaced. Luis did such a great job doing a temp fix (while the part was on order) that the new owner nor the inspector didn't even noticed. So kudos to him. The part took 5-6 weeks to get which seemed ridiculous but it is what it is. The only reason I'm giving him 4 stars instead of 5 is that IMO his communication responsiveness could have been better. He knows this and also agreed that he could have done better. No one is perfect and we all have our faults. But please know, he does good work. read more

I had a great experience working Luis, he was very responsive, knowledgeable and made the process very easy. We ordered replacement faux wood blinds and Luis was able to match our current ones perfectly, he also installed them in record time! Would definitely recommend! read more

Luis has been absolutely amazing to work with. We previously were using a company I won't mention by name & were tired of the insanely high prices and long lead times for installation. We were recommended to Luis/Personal Touch Window Coverings by an employee, and he has now completed two projects for us. We couldn't be happier with the pricing and quick installation time. We look forward to using his services on all future projects and would recommend his company to anyone looking for a responsive, professional and fairly priced window coverings for your home or business. read more

Luis is fantastic. New shutters put into 2 bedrooms and he did a quick fantastic job. Very fair price. He came out after hours to measure and on a weekend to install. We live in Pacific Beach so it wasn't that close to him. Very professional and kind person. His son seemed to be the same way as he was helping his dad. Highly recommend this company. read more

What a great experience working with Luis from personal touch window. Had several people come over to the house for estimates on a few windows for my living room. By far Luis was the most professional and straightforward person I dealt with. I even had a estimate that was less then Luis quoted. But his professionalism and superior product with a life time guarantee where a no brainer. The shutters were installed today by himself and his son Gilbert who done an excellent job as well and l can't say how wonderful they look. I definitely recommend personal touch window to anyone considering new window treatments! Good job Luis & Gilbert! read more

Luis, was awesome! We ordered shutters online for a window thinking we could install ourselves. After the shutters arrived, we realized we had bitten off more than we could chew LOL. I went on Yelp looking for an installer. Luis called us within a couple of hours and said he could come out the following morning. Luis and son both were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fast. They cleaned up after themselves and took out the empty boxes. I would definitely recommend Personal Touch for your window needs read more
