I have been going to Personal Touch for years. Philip is WONDERFUL! He listens and gives me honest answers. We've had my hair short, medium, and long over the years and he is always respectful of what I would like, but at the same time will be honest answering my questions about what we should do. And I love how he chooses the perfect color for me. My grey is hard to cover, but Philip has conquered it! The salon is comfortable and beautiful. Marcos has done some facial waxing for me and is most attentive and tender. I have extremely sensitive skin and he was very sweet about the treatments. Phillip is very gifted hands down. This man loves what he does and it shows. I called as I had heard good things about this salon and talked to Phillip on the phone. When I first met Abby she had her own salon; she is very competent. I also really appreciated times when she wouldn't let me screw up my own hair with a new "idea" I came up with. ha! Beware! Got my hair cut there recently and it was basically butchered. So short in the back I wouldn't even be able to get a 1/2 inch curling iron around it. I have 1/2 inch lengths of hair right next to 3-4 inch lengths of hair. This place might be okay depending on who you let cut your hair, so be careful and research thoroughly. She just recently cut my hair into a cute a-line and all though i love my short hair, I was starting to miss my long hair. She color matched me to a piece they had in stock.
