I returned a Uhaul truck at this location. Customer service was great! I read the fine print and…read moreunderstood the drop off policies and the filling up of the gas, and the mileage because I asked questions to make it clear to me and I double confirm it with Uhaul Corporate as well as the the local businesses that works with Uhaul for the pick up and drop off of its trucks to make sure all parties are on the same page. When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. The Assistant Manager Arnie was very precise, professional, answers all questions, direct to the point and no BS! Ask the right questions and you get the right answers fast with superb service!

When I walked out there, I saw there is a bell button to ring for propane service. I'll remember that for next time. The employee was prompt and helpful. He was also very honest. He said my tank was half full! I had no idea. I just knew it was taking forever for my food on the grill to cook. If you pay by cash you have to go inside the store to pay; If you pay by credit card they have a swiper on their hip that you can pay with. Pretty neat! Parking is weird but plentiful. They have to keep lanes open for their moving trucks and trailers so it's lined up weird. Keep an eye out when you're parking. Inside the store they have a lot of boxes and mattress covers etc, all the things you'd expect of a Uhaul store. I can't speak to the availability of their moving trucks. I will continue to go here for propane. I feel like most places charge a similar amount.

I finally called the U-haul national number and made a complaint there and after more interactions, I was reimbursed. But not for any of the time I wasted!

The last facility that we had our travel trailer at was not secure and did not seem to care about our property. This facility packs stuff in tightly and you call ahead of time to have them remove your trailer and get it set up for you, which is a nice feature. Noah helped us get set up at the facility. He was really nice and answered all of our questions without any problem. Since the staff gets your travel trailer out and set up in the staging area you are not able to access it 24/7, but that is not an issue to us. And we think the price is reasonable for storage. Rating from F to A+++, we give it an A+++.

The facility is about 35 miles away from home for us, but worth the drive. We store our RV in the covered area, which is huge, literally hundreds and hundreds of spaces, and somehow, they manage to keep it all organized. It is more expensive for the covered spaces, but in the Florida elements, it's a must. The facility provides a dump-station included in the fee and there is also a detail service available on site for a nominal fee. When it's time to pick up a 'Toy' the staff will move your vehicle out for easy pick up. There is a key-pad/lock protected area to pick up your vehicle should your schedule fall outside of normal business hours. The staff is amazingly FRIENDLY and knowledgeable about all things RV related, which we appreciate being newbies to the RV world. Safe, secure and service driven. A great place to do business.
