The front of the facility is rundown dirty not maintained well. The gate has been broken for well over a month. No one has come out to fix it. The main access door doesn't even lock and on top of that the manager is only here when he chooses to be. It is an absolute disgrace to any sort of customer service job and this company needs to close this location down and sell it off honestly, I will never ever ever ever ever rent from this place again overpriced understaffed horrible location if I'm gonna pay $135 a month for a 5' x 10' only to find out that I can get a 10' x 5' for $50 less a mile up the road I think we all know which one I'm going to choose. When I signed up I was paying $68 a month, by the time I moved out, I was paying $155/month for a unit they were advertising to new customers right now online for just $72/month. When I reached out to ask if they could match the new-customer rate or offer something more reasonable, they only offered me $25 off. That didn't feel like much of a thank-you for being a loyal customer for half a decade. Facility also rarely had the restrooms open almost any time I visited, even during office hours. Most facility's I looked at have restrooms available during all access hours. I ended up moving to a different storage facility that's not only brand new, but gave me the same size unit for even less than the cubesmart new-customer rate. Disappointing experience overall--CubeSmart doesn't seem to value long-term customers.
