Went for a lunch with friends, a group of 24. Called them up and they arranged table for us all separate from main area. Food was tasty and there is quality. Some of my friends are vegetarians they liked the food too. Non veg was spicy and tasty. All of us liked every dish we ordered. Kids loved their mango lassi. Malai kofta was Tasty and creamy. Butter chicken was delicious. Only suggestion would be the biryani was tasty but pieces could have been more tender. Manger and staff were friendly. Will visit and have some food again.

I really enjoyed Persis. Service was friendly and food was delicious. For lunch, there are no lunch specials. Prices are a bit high for lunch. Also, if you're in a rush this is not a great stop for a quick lunch. Food took a while to come out but it was fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself is very spacious and modern. There is plenty of parking in the lot too. Will definitely be back on one of their buffet days to check it out.

Upping my rating to 5 stars as the food here is high quality, and was well-liked by all members of my dining party. Music has changed for the better & service provided by Sameer was excellent. The prices of appetizers, desserts, & certain other menu items seem on the high side, but I stuck with main dishes on my most recent visit, which were flavorful & tasty. The Yelp check in bonus is honored without any fuss.

Good food! Goat biryani was flavourful and had nice, well cooked rice. (Not always the case). We'd asked for a well done roasted chicken and it was well worth it. There is ample seating during lunch to call a big group without making reservations,it's well spaced out (almost too much). Come for a nice meal, you won't be disappointed

Forewarning: I am extremely particular with Indian cuisine. The food yields 3 stars. It was reasonable, but unfortunately nothing that knocked my socks off! I found that the complimentary farfars were exceedingly oily; it came with a mango chutney that was also subpar. The Gobi 65 was fine, slightly on the soggy side - food coloring made it look better than it tasted. For entree, the Kadai Paneer was also just okay. The paneer was too soft for my liking, but they definitely did not cheap out on the quantity. My fiance and his fam had the Butter Chicken, but they thought the chicken was overcooked. The naan was the saving grace! Buttery and fluffy - just the way naan should be... delicious! What brings my rating down to 2 stars is how pushy our waiter (whom I'm assuming is one of the managers) was when choosing what to order. He insisted we'd like certain dishes and kept insisting we order them. We caved and ended up ordering the biryani. Then, we told him there was a birthday in the family and he kept persisting we order the halwa. Despite me saying I don't like halwa, he was pushy about it. We said we'd let the birthday boy chose when he returned from the restroom. We ended up ordering the brownie sundae, which came out without a candle... Confused, we questioned it discretely and he brushed it off and brought out another sundae after we were done with the first with a candle. It was $12.99 for this brownie... absurd! Mind you, if we were given the menu like we asked for rather than just verbal options - we would've noticed the pricing and known that that tiny sundae was not worth the same amount as an entree. It also had a distinct Indian taste, and my taste buds were not a fan. I'm very spoiled by amazing Indian food so my standards are pretty high when it comes to this cuisine so take my review with a grain of salt if that's not you!

I rarely go out for Indian food but this is a great place down the road from the house. I like to try something different each time I go...this time it was the tandoori pomfret and buttered chicken with roti and naan! Let me just tell you...not disappointed! As you can see...the fish bones are left! Next time, I will try it with more spice. The last time I came here, I had the sizzler and chicken biryani! Both we exceptional! And they have thumbs up soda as well.

Good selection of hot food too. The service was quite slow even though the restaurant was empty. It took a while for the sushi to arrive, and by that time, we started feeling full from the appetizers. We knew we were not going to get our money's worth tonight. Towards the end of our meal, we started smelling a poopy stench in the air - yes you heard me, POOPY! It made me completely lose my appetite. I'm so done with sushi buffets...never again :(

The menu was a mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes. Unfortunately they missed the mark on both. At some point, halfway through the meal I thought to myself, wow these flavors are way off, do they even know how to cook or know the flavors that the customers are looking for. (Why would you put wasabi in the bbq squid that comes with teriyaki sauce), to order hibachi you need to order everything separately. The service was kind and attentive but very disorganized even though it was only 2 tables being served. Do NOT order the all-you- can-eat, waste of money, too expensive for the quality and flavor combinations. Only get it if you just want to shovel food down your gastronomical hole. Hate doing poor reviews!!! This is only meant for the owners/managers to take note and fix it all, and create value for the customer.

I thought that was odd but okay. Since I've never frequented this establishment before, I always order the Drunken Tofu Noodle along with curry puffs to see how it is. It's my barometer for judging how they are as a Thai restaurant. The server mentioned their curry puffs contain chicken as an ingredient. I was fine with that. The server boasted that they make it in-house, so I was looking forward to it. After she placed it down and I took my first bite, I was expecting it to be crunchy as it's fried. I was met with it firstly, with it being room temperature. Taking my initial bite, I was disappointed with the lack of crispness. The stuffing inside was also very mushy, and it was supposed to be chicken curry puffs. I was, however, able to taste the curry powder, so that was good. The Drunken Noodle had American broccoli and baby corn in lieu of onions and carrots for vegetables. I was expecting the usual long flat noodles, but the flat noodles appeared to be broken into shorter pieces. At the time of my ordering, I had no idea it didn't come with the standard tofu because they kept asking if I wanted shrimp, chicken, or beef. I was surprised when they upcharged me an extra $2 for the fried tofu. My stomach was bothering me today, so I asked for it to be mild. It definitely took me by surprise as it was spicier than I planned for. It was extremely greasy; however, the taste of chili paste was evident, giving it a good flavor. After finishing up, the employee asked me a couple of times if I desired any dessert, to which both times, I indicated I was quite full, declined, thanked them, and requested the check. I could see the clear disappointment on their face. The ambiance is quite beautiful, and their food was tasty. Being seated at a booth allowed me to feel deliciously isolated and get some reading done.

Even if there is a wait, we have never waited longer than 30 minutes for a table. The service is very prompt and waiters are very good at checking on you and refilling your drinks, cleaning up your table, or asking you if everything is good. The food is ordered via paper and pencil, you select what you want and provide it to the waiter. They send the order to the kitchen and you receive the food when it comes out. For an AYCE buffet, the fish quality is consistently pretty good at Hiro. They offer Nigiri and Sashimi on the menu, as well as classic and specialty rolls. If I could suggest one thing it'd be adding hand rolls to the menu. The tuna and salmon here are consistently good and the yellowtail was surprisingly good. They have a bunch of different appetizers ranging from edamame, sushi pizza, to tartar, most of them are actually very good. The kitchen entrees are very good as well such as the kimchi fried rice and the Mongolian beef. Although it's not the most spacious inside, the way they set up the booths and tables it gives you enough separation from other tables to not feel super crammed inside. Highly recommended for an AYCE sushi spot in Central NJ!
