I bought a 2017 Silverado with under 58k miles on January 18th, 2025. On January 20th, I experienced the first issue being a faulty tire monitoring sensor. I brought it to them that day and they fixed it free of charge. The following week on January 27th, a "Service Battery Charging System" screen came on. I brought it back to them again. I assumed the dealership would take care of it considering the vehicle by this point had been driven less than 100 miles and just over a week of being bought. They messaged me stating the alternator needed replaced, costing $900. After arguing why this would not be considered a major component of the vehicle, making it covered under the 50/50 warranty, they agreed to pay for half. I asked them to provide the multi point inspection I was assured was done prior to buying the vehicle. They kept telling me to talk to one person after the next and still never gave me the inspection I wanted. I then told them to at least do a new one, which seemed to go unheard because they never did it besides a basic face value inspection, checking tires and the area that was being worked on. After that experience, I brought the vehicle to a mechanic that worked at Brondes Ford. They started their own mechanic shop and service all our commercial vehicles at work. They did a multi-point inspection on my vehicle and the results were not surprising to me. The truck failed a hose pressure check, resulting in 2 heater hoses failing. The next issue was a leak from the upper and lower oil pan. This resulted in both seals needing replaced. This required me to pay over $1700 for labor and parts to repair. They also mentioned a little rust on the exhaust and the tires needing to be replaced in the next year but that is minor compared to the rest. I contacted the manager via email and have not gotten a response. I emailed them February 2nd and still have not gotten a response in any form. I wanted them to reimburse me for this repair because I told them I was traveling out of state and did not want to be left stranded on the side of the road, yet they still did not do their due diligence in providing a mechanically sound vehicle. When purchased, I was told the truck was in great condition and anything that was wrong before was fixed before being sold. There was no "sold as-is" on any paperwork, sticker, or verbally. If you are planning on buying a used vehicle for yourself, or even your kids' first vehicle, bring it to your own mechanic to have it inspected before purchasing. You are just another customer to them and once the deal is signed, you are no longer a priority to them. read more

I had an okay experience car hunting at Perrysburg Auto Mall. The staff was relatively nice but the online listings for vehicles are not always as they seem. When we arrived and test drove a car; We noticed a multitude of issues with the car. When looking back over the listing, they either had incorrect features of the car listed, or failed to acknowledge the failure of the key features of the vehicle. After getting ready to mention these issues (of the display, radio, and rear view camera failing to work) we were met by our sales person immediately stating "yeah those features don't work, and we are NOT fixing any of them". This was highly off putting (considering the pricing of the vehicle reflected those similar in the market.... with fully functioning interior features). In the end we did end up purchasing a vehicle from Perrysburg auto mall after negotiating a price that better suited the current state of the vehicle. Not sure I would truly recommend car shopping here unless you plan to buy new. read more

Not a good experience. -Found a vehicle we liked online. -Selected the link to say we were interested -They sent us an offer that was guaranteed for 7 days. -It was a 1.5 hour drive for us to get there. We tried to go test drive the car/purchase it the next day. -However now the car was unavailable due to waiting on a part. -A couple days later: Now it was unavailable because it needed some scuffs fixed on the bumper. -The price on the website for the vehicle was raised about $2000 -A day later, now it was unavailable because they decided to replace the bumper instead of fix it. -I called to say that we needed to come do the paperwork because our price guarantee was about to expire. He said not to worry, they would honor the price, just send him the email that had the offer. He was then off the next 1-2 days and didn't get back to me until after the guarantee expired, just to tell me they wouldn't accept the offer now. -I still liked/wanted the vehicle (for some reason). I told them I had a trade-in, and he asked me to send him pictures. I clicked on the link on THEIR website to value my trade-in and it came back with a range of $6500-$8500. He came back with an offer of $4000-$5000. -I obviously said no thanks -Very shady business practices, stringing us along long enough for the guarantee to expire, and then offering barely more than half of what our trade-in was worth. read more

I already knew which vehicle i wanted before i got there. The sale went so easily, we didn't have to mess around haggling and waiting for the sales guy to "go ask the manager." I usually do not like doing business with car dealers, but Nick made this experience great. He wasn't fake and full of garbage like a lot of other sales people are. Being able to read a customer is a skill not everyone has, but Nick did. I have purchased many cars from many different dealers over the past 20 years, and never chose one to be loyal to. This Volkswagen dealership has got to be the worst in the country. From Sales to Service they seem to feel they are doing customers a favor to speak to them. After spending hundreds of dollars on "a complete check up" they refused to look at a "check engine light" that came on within weeks without me paying another service fee and leaving the car for an hour. When I asked about a warranty for their work the smarmy service rep said "maybe if the light came on the same day". Really? I will NEVER go back and strongly recommend you avoid this dealer unless you don't value service or courtesy. read more

We had a great experience purchasing our 2019 Atlas SEL from Perrysburg VW. The best price I could find within a reasonable driving distance of the Michigan metro area. Stephanie was great and helpful and always replied to my inquiries. Up front pricing with no hidden fees or surprises. We did all the paperwork we could prior to our arrival and were in and out in about an hour and a half, including a test drive. Great deal on an end of the year 2019. The only hiccup we experienced was the cargo cover was missing from the car, but we didn't notice until the next day. Stephanie was awesome and over-nighted the cover as promised. Aside from the dealership (Scott is great, highly recommend) Service center is a very big issue. Brought my car in after being recommended by Scott to have my rear view mirror fixed. Was told by a member there it was bad and was hard to see out of and they replaced my mirror. Fast forward a month later, same issue again. Now being told by the service center that I have to deal with it and that's just how the Jettas mirrors are. Spoke with several other VW service centers in the area who say this is an issue and needs fixed and none of their jettas have this problem. I've also reached out to several 2020 Jetta owners who do not have the same issue as I do. I have been to this service center in perrysburg several times and have not had my issues resolved and was told this is just the vehicle I purchased. I would not have purchased my Jetta here if I would've known about them having faulty rear view mirrors at this location. read more

I came in to buy a used car and the used car sales person actually helped me buy a new vehicle without breaking my price point and offered great service. I can't remember the name of who helped me in finance, but Ryan Kerekes was my sales person. I was visiting from out of town and they got me in and out with paperwork fairly quickly. My only complaint is they didn't get all of the adhesive off from the plastic on the new vehicle in time for me to leave so I'll have to get that removed myself. Negotiation and financing was pretty seamless and low pressure. I've dealt with a half dozen different sales people and different dealers in different states before landing here. I'm extremely happy with my new R-line VW Jetta (2019). I will say I expected a better interest rate than 5.64% on a new vehicle for a 800 credit score, however, I plan to pay off the loan early anyway and the rebates were a much better value than a lower rate. Everyone who helped me in the entire dealer was pleasant and they went through all of the tech and functions of the vehicle before I left. I would refer anyone to this dealer looking for a new VW! They did also have a good selection of used vehicles but I can only speak to a new vehicle purchase. I went to multiple VW dealers and looked at jettas before buying from this location! read more

I have been a loyal customer for the past year and a half from the time I purchased my first VW CC. Last week they thoroughly disappointed me to the point that I'm not sure that I would ever purchase a Volkswagen again. My car would not start and after an initial Green light given after this VW dealership told me the car was in great shape to purchase, a year and a half later I'm presented with the same issue. I'm then told my mechatronics unit was impaired and needed to be replaced for over 2,000.00 and I was just 3,000 miles over warranty, but there's nothing that could be done. The dealership found it crazy that this had has happened in a car so young with low mileage. They also told me that this was a weird glitch that could have never been predicted. I immediately called the VW company and spoke with a regional manager to see if they could assist given the car's history and the fact that the repair would have been covered had it been just 3,000 miles sooner. The regional manager then worked with the dealership to get some details and history about the car. While I waited to hear back I was using a rental so that I could make it to work. The dealership did NOT give me a rental but told me they had one at the dealership next door for a "discounted rate" of $35/day which was MORE expensive than going through a rental company. I was then told that there was nothing that could be done by thr regional manager because this dealership said that had I gotten my previous mileage service it may have been prevented....this contradicted everything they told me. The icing on the cake was when the regional manager said they would like to send me $500.00 for my trouble . She then tried to apply right to my repair invoice and they told her they would not accept it because they already processed the paperwork. Are you kidding me?!? How hard could it have been?? The regional manager in this case was the middle man and truly did everything she could. My fate was in the dealership's hands and they screwed me over. #shouldhavestuckwithtoyota read more

I recently purchased a used VW with Brandon L. being the salesperson. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. He was open to reducing the price by a reasonable amount, then came back saying he could not reduce it and said I'd have to pay almost the asking price. To settle on an offer then retract it, without understanding or responsibility, seems like bad business. If I was not in a rush, I would have gone somewhere else to buy a vehicle. So, I ended up going with the vehicle. He agreed to make three fixes to the vehicle (the vehicle had been sitting on the lot for months, so it was confusing that two of the obvious issues had not been addressed before my purchase). I was happy to hear he would have them fixed, no cost to me. Except, there was a cost. I had driven three hours out of town to get the vehicle. He gave me dates and times for the fixes that turned out to take longer and span across several days, meaning I had to drive back and forth several times. Missing out on work and other obligations, I was also kept in the dark about the addresses and names of the shops until hours before my appointments, even though I had persistently asked for those details in advance. Some of these issues were out of his control, which was unavoidable and understandable, but the bothersome aspect is that he failed to show any understanding of the major inconvenience it placed on me. Furthermore, he failed to take any responsibility for his lack of communication even when confronted. He also preferred to communicate over text, which I would have been fine with if he did not avoid answering questions and fail to respond to some of my texts. Calling and in-person communication holds people accountable, and texting can let people off the hook too easily, unfortunately. In sum, he was unaccountable, possessed very subpar communication, and evasive communication when he did respond. I will say, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Others seem to have had positive experiences with other sales people, so I cannot speak to the dealership as a whole. But, I will not do business with this salesperson, again. I am hoping that things will change so I can rewrite this review to a positive one, but I hold little faith that the situation will be remedied. read more

*** Buyer Beware *** Made an offer a little over a week ago at $1200 under list price and was told they wanted the list price. Came back a week later and made another offer at $850 below list price in the morning and was told that they still needed the list price. Called at 1:55 pm and left a voicemail saying we would take the vehicle at list price. Never heard back even though Brian was supposedly really busy and there until 8:30 pm that evening (giving him 6 hours to get the voicemail). I contacted him again in the morning and he told me the vehicle was still available and wanted to know when I wanted to come look at it. So I started working on getting financing and insurance squared around because it's a 2.5 hour drive for me. Brian sent me a link to the website for the VIN number and when I opened up the link, the list price had jumped up by $2000 on me because the "sale" was over and they tried to sneak it past me. I contacted Brian back and asked if we were still locked in at the original price and he said he would have to talk with the manager. Came back a little later and said the price is the new list price. Even though I called yesterday when the "sale" was still going and offered the original list price. I reached out to the Richard Cronins, (the owner) and his response was to rub it in my face that they sold it for $4,000 over the original list price. If you read other comments, you'll find that I'm not the first customer to experience this. Just glad I saw the price change before driving 2.5 hours down there. Shady business practices and it comes from the top down. Feel free to contact me as I have all of the conversations documented and I'm open to share them. 1 week later - After Richard tried to rub it in my face that they sold it for $4,000 over the original list price to another dealer by sending me a screenshot of the transaction... the car is still listed on many websites, including their own. I'll be down to Ballas Buick GMC as soon as it comes in to pick up my brand new 2021 Yukon. No fuss or issues with Ballas. read more

All they wanted to do was to tow it in and work on it themselves. I instead finished some research myself and successfully made the repair. If I hadn't been successful there is no way my car was ever going to this place. By being unwilling to help someone out they lost at least one customer forever. read more

Worst car buying experience ever. I bought my new to me van from the used car department October 2019. It's a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country Touring. I bought the wheel & tire protection as well as the oil change package with it. The listing stated new brakes & tires which was one of the reasons I was sold. As a single mom, fantastic, less to worry about going forward! The car fax they gave me even showed in July 2019 they replaced all 4 rotors & front pads. I never once thought to question if they were in fact new brakes & rotors that were put on. Well needless to say there was squealing almost immediatly from the brakes. I called them & was told, no they're fine. It's super common with new brakes to squeal as they're breaking in. When I took it in for an oil change in January 2020 I mentioned it again. They told me there was nothing wrong. They were at an 8/10. I could not convince them anything was wrong. Fast forward to July 2020 and it still was just terrible. I was almost due for another oil change as it was supposed to be 7/20 according to my sticker as I was still under the mileage since Covid I'd only been driving to/from work & the store really. I had a mechanic friend look at them and he informed me there were gouges in my rotors and no pad left. That there was no way new brand new ones were put on nor was it possible for them to wear from an 8 that bad that quickly. I called up Perrysburg auto mall only to be rudely treated. They finally agreed to take a look at them. I dropped off my van only to receive a call back stating I needed all new brakes & rotors all the way around & for them to quote me over $800. I staggered at that. How can they possibly be trying to charge me for that? It was supposed to be all new when I bought it from them under 9 months previously & had questioned it since I bought it only for them to shrug it off. I asked to speak to someone higher. I was angry. After being given the run around I was finally offered that they would do it for $400, that was the best they could do. They're mechanic also informed me there was no warranty on the parts because they were in fact not brand new but practically new as he said it. I declined & went to pick up my van. My mechanic friend upon me showing him all my paperwork offered to help me. He got me all 4 new rotors & pads with lifetime warranties for $225. Needless to say I never wanted Perrysburg Auto Mall touching any vehicle of mine. They duped me & ripped me off with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went down & cancelled the maintenance & road hazard plans with them. They only gave me some of the money back even though I'd only used one oil change. But at that point I just wanted out, so it is what it is. I will never go there for another vehicle purchase & I've been warning every one. Seriously made me think of the dad in Matilda. Doesn't matter what family you put in danger so long as you make a sale! read more

We got there and had one nice sales guy that was willing to help us but wE had already talked to one online so we had to go with him. We test drive car and then wanted to talk price and that was the end he never called us back after multiple attempts to contact him. We called sales manager and left messages requesting to talk to him about our issues and crickets nothing. The service and response was so poor we found the car we wanted with all features in Kalamazoo Michigan aNd drove there just to not give the sale to this place. Worst experiencr and customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. The people in Kalamazoo were fantastic I recommend them. Don't waste your time here so disappointing! read more

Warranty problem-Certified Pre-Owned We bought a 2011 Jetta in Feb. 2012 (2011 May: manufactured, 2011 Aug: arrived at dealership). It was a certified pre-owned car. Actually, that was a demonstration car at dealership for 6 months. We were happy with Scott but found that he made a mistake about the 3 years of warranty and 2 years of extended warranty. Three things. 1) The starting day of the warranty was not the sales day as he had mentioned. 2) The starting mileage was not scratched out, 5000 miles, as he had mentioned. 3) The two years extended warranty was not bumper to bumper as he mentioned. There was a $50 deductible when we tried to fix the car with a problem (i.e., headlight switch could not be turned off, so the battery died two times) in Oct. 2014. We stopped by again to meet the manager, Nick Ort at 7pm. He gave us a letter of exemption of the $50 deductible on Ed Schumidt service after waiting 1.5 hours because of Nick's conference call till 8:55pm, on Monday (It has $50 deductible when we use a different service). We lost 6 months, 15000 miles worth of warranty based on the new fixed warranty which we did not expect when we talked with Nick. People can make a mistake, but I am uncomfortable with the process of handling the mistake. I appreciate Scott because I think he worked hard as much as he could have done but the general manager did not do as much as he could do. Our car has had small problems once a year. I may not need to visit many times for last of warranty period. I just feel upset about their attitude, not correcting at once and making a deal behind my back at 9pm, closing time. There was no time to discuss the warranty and what we should have had. My car, Jetta, has a good cornering. I enjoy driving because of that. Therefore, I do not care for visiting service to fix small problems (Engine light on, headlights on and leaking tire). VW lost a future customer who satisfied with their company because of a dealership. read more

Down payment was never applied to vehicle sale, price was raised on vehicle and have tried multiple times to contact the used car manager to discuss further with no reply in over 3 weeks. I've been here three times and every time it takes an unreasonable amount of time to complete basic maintenence. Over two hours for a scheduled oil change or trying to charge $90 for a free key programming doesn't help the experience. I always buy my vehicles from a dealer that is over three hours away. Don't waste your time here if you're looking for something used. Not even worth the 1 star but had to give it to review. We drove 2 hours out of state to buy a car here at an already agreed upon, credit ran and accepted price, it just needed our signature as along as the car checked out with my mechanic husband. The car had no power steering fluid and no cap for it, (they took it off another edge so we could test drive and get home) and the photos were clearly photoshopped, but we could fix the rusted area and scratches so we decided to go for it. Signed almost all paperwork, 99% of which was done on the computer but the guy kept rushing through and would scroll away when my husband tried to read it which was annoying. It wasn't until he was reading the only piece of actual paper that needed a signature that my husband caught that they were charging us $1000 over the price we'd been told all along. They refused to change the price to what they have it listed as/we were told we'd be buying it for and of course all three men each had different stories as to why. Wasted over 6 hours on incredibly slow and unprofessional business and we obviously left without the car. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

Took my Terrain in for an oil change and ended up needing major service work. The work was covered under warranty and was given a rental vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out with the rental. The real review for this visit is about 2 employees that really went the extra mile for me the first was Andrea Bender. She was very friendly and helpful. I felt bad that I kept calling with questions and each time I called she was very helpful and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle I still had questions and spoke with Justin Jacobs. He took time from his busy schedule to answer all my questions and explained everything that was done. Both were very professional and made me feel very comfortable about the issues I had. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. read more

Took my brother-in-law there to look at a used van, we were shown a list of service that was reportedly performed on the van. Come to find out none of the listed service was actually done, also upon further investigation the van has a bent frame and should have had salvage title! Car fax report was negligent in reporting it, claimed information was reported to them(car fax) only after the vehicle was sold. (????) This place is a joke! My husband bought a brand new VW there in 2015 and as soon as his warranty expired has been treated horribly and don't want to give him the time of day when there is an obvious issue with the car. The volvo side for my two Volvo's is the worst I've ever been to. As a result, I end up driving 2.5 hours to Columbus to a competent dealership. I've owned Volvo's since I was 15, while I'm no mechanic, know more than they do. I was told they would have to send my dash to S.C in my 91, to fix my odometer and that it would be at least $900. Good thing I'm not dumb and googled the problem, $20 part and 20 minutes later and fixed it myself. Haven't had the 91 back there since. I wanted to add cruise to my c30 and after having to complain, bc no one would even return my call was told they can't do that. Oddly, got that done right away in Columbus. I thought there was a chance they just may not know anything about the older volvo's and Recently decided to try again with my s60 took it in for a noise in the front when I turn and was told that nothing was wrong. Took it to Tuffy for an alignment and they diagnosed my need for new struts right away. It's pretty bad when a dealership can't figure out something so obvious. Decided to test them again the same day by seeing how much it would be to add a heated steering wheel. Again, didn't think it could be done. Fast forward 2 hours later when they finally figured out it could be done and quoted me $1900. In the meantime, I had already called Columbus and got a quote of $1100, no doubt that it could be done, and an apt booked in 5 minutes. It's like the dealership is trying to go out of business. I've always been okay with paying good money to have my Volvo's serviced by competent people, but that has definitely not been the case with Ed Schmidt. read more

This is in relation to the rental department. If you have to return your van after closing take pictures of all side of the van. This van was inspected by myself, the valet at the hotel in which we were staying, and my husband. Yet somehow after we dropped it off, a huge very noticeable scrape appeared down the side. Unfortunately after speaking with a lawyer, the lawyer fees and court costs would be more than the deductible on my insurance. Of course we asked for video footage of the lot where the car was parked and they couldn't provide it!!! SCAM....One of their employees is a rotten crook.... read more

Ed Schmidt did a horrible job on my 2010 Chevy impala. They replaced my transmission 18 months ago and it went out again. They told me there was nothing they could do because the warranty was up. They neglected to tell me that GM corporate would of helped with some of the repair costs. Now I am stuck with an 1800 dollar bill. I used to be a Chevy guy but I am rethinking that. Ed Schmidt is a horrible business. I would suggest taking your vehicle anywhere but there. read more

Unfortunately we waited over 1/2 hour (walking from the front lot and side lot of Volvo) and no one came out to talk to us. Throttle Body failed on 12/29/14. Tom Fitkin at Ed Schmidt is a great guy and helped us out in a difficult situation (car failure when in town for a family funeral) Paid $428.00 for TB repair and 4 new sparkplugs. 2/29/2015 TB failed again. Replacement cost $550.00. Ed Schmidt Service Mgr. Eric Scott refused to honor 12/12 warranty on repair saying 12/12 only covered new spark plugs ($55.00). My wife and I went there to buy a used vehicle after an extensive search. The staff treated us like we were second class citizens because we weren't ready to drop 30k on a new Volkswagen. Then, after the loan papers had been received, the dealership surprised us with a $250 "documentation fee," essentially charging us another $250 to sign over the title. If we had not been so tired of car shopping, the process would have ended then and there. Then, after buying the car, in short order we discovered that the windshield leaked, there was an abnormal vibration at interstate speeds, and the Onstar did not work. My husband and I have been looking to commit to a car for a while. We have gone in three times to the Volkswagen dealership just to be spoken down to and treated disrespectfully from the sale manager Adam Stockburger. Each time we have dealt with the sales consultant that evidently understood the basics or shall we say the 101 of customer service and how to sell. On the first occasion when my husband and I looked at upgrading our VW in 2009 after working with an intern on the sales lot and allowing us to test drive the jetta, new rabbit, beetle and golf, we decided let's see where we can take the new rabbit. Adam very enthusiastically told us "these are priced to sell, that's why we sell 70 cars a month and any other dealership can not compete, so just to make you feel like you get a deal I will knock a couple hundred off." My husband and walked out and said Thank you and took our business else where and second guessed the purchasing of a new VW and overall the service just really made it seem like, well they don't need us they sell 70 a month without us. I understand that our younger consumers, which I am one of, do not value the service industry of being taken care of and in all honestly sales people being nice, matter to me. We know why you are here and you know why we are here let's negotiate and be friendly, but Adam unfortunately is a young manager that does not get he scope managing and supporting his team on the sales floor and apparently must be related to someone that owns Ed Schmidt considering the audience in Perrysburg would expect nothing less than someone truly treating them as the most important people. 101 of sales, just for those that are not in sales, do not sell from your own pocket and do not prejudge your customers. To continue, my husband and I thought it has been some time we will go back to VW in December 2010. We looked around and wewerereally interested in purchasing from our salesman, a Jetta, he was extremely nice and we thought this was the time to buy. Unfortunately same scenario as previously experienced, and Adam strikes again being disrespectful and tell us he sells 70 cars a month (which apparently his sales goals never go up at this point , or he is a bad sales person, not a good manager, and is related to someone who owns the business or some other ethical issue) Interesting side note, I have really never see the same sales people in VW dealership but him, hmmmm, makes you wonder who the problem is, Adam Stockburger or his sales team. Can you guess who my vote goes to? So third time is the charm in March of 2012. We are buying a passat, we are all in at this point, but we did all our homework, we knew what Edmund's reported, Kelley blue book, and across the country prices were.So we worked with an amazing sales person that was so understanding, thoughtful, funny, energetic, knowledgeable, drove VW, and was just extremely nice.We started talking numbers and we pulled out our information regarding Media, OH price's compared to thiers and we got the hole song and dance (which could be true or may not be) of well doc fees, transportation fees, hidden fees, and ed Schmidt treats you like a vip that why you want to buy here. Ok, so I will bite, how do we get close to what Media is offering. So we got closer after 10 minutes (Adam used a calculator to give us incentives and rebates (which none are listed, hmmm)) I thanked the lady and said we are close but we really are looking for out the door pricing and if she could give us the price match and that was out the door I would be on board with purchasing today.Not 5 minutes later Adam the bouncer shows up at our table hands us his card, is clearly frustrated that we have the gaol to ask for the pricing in Medina, tells us well look you can go to Medina if you want, but you won't get the customer service and they do not follow VW rules, and you will pay a $400 trans fee, so those aren't real pricing, I mean that is why we sell 70 cars a month and they sell 10.Again no sales goal increases in 3 years.Ok, so we are escorted unceremoniously out of VW with the sales person looking upset and was apologetic to us. We said Thank you did not make a scene and walked out to my husband car and made a deal with Medina on the phone for $1000 less at 1.9%, one more time on the phone did this.Yep boy oh boy was Adam totally and completely wrong. Evidently he was absent the day they taught ethics in sales or was left without a mentor which leaves me to believe he must be related to someone at Ed Schmidt as to close a deal you counter offer, you do not go out and slander another or shall we say all dealerships in the area and give a card so they will follow up to be treated poorly.So after making the deal over the phone with Medina, I went to Bowling Green and purchased a Lincoln MKZ, yes we paid more but it is 3 times the car the passat is, but the real reason why because customer service and how you treat everyone matt read more
