All the staff people were pleasant and helpful. The check-out line was long, but the cashiers were quick and efficient. More so than a lot of other stores. I was happily surprised. Training must be excellent here. Multiple thumbs up to them! There is ample parking and access is easy. Well, when I arrived home, I found I had picked up the wrong size shirts, so I returned. I popped in here for the free Kohl's Cash event and while I only scored a free $5, I still found a couple things to spend it on (and then some). Staff on both floors were friendly, and there were deals to be had. But it was odd to see large chunks of the salesfloor devoid of any merchandise. With the clearance racks unorganized and crammed full, why you wouldn't spread things out more to make it easier to look at the racks and use up the empty space is beyond me.

I ended up liking everything I tried on. I couldn't select so eventually an employee was walking past and overheard my conversation of debate. She helped me pick the perfect outfit! It was so nice having her help. Their customer service is so outstanding that I don't feel cluttered or like they HAVE to say hi to me and say a certain phrase. Environment is super clean and you can tell the manager/employees take pride in keeping the store looking good even when grown adults are messing everything up. We're all grown adults and it was probably the most disgusting behavior i've ever seen whilst shopping.
