Talk about HORRIBLE customer service!! I rush to the mall and get to the store with 10 minutes to spare... which is perfect because I know exactly what I want to buy. NOPE! These two decided to close the store early 7:49pm (or sooner) and proceeded to do their best to act like they couldn't see me or hear me knocking on the glass. Then I call...and the girl at the register picks up the phone and proceeds to tell me that she "closes the store when her register says 8pm." I highly doubt your register is 11min fast. Pretty impressed with the service we received from Chad. My son was here to find a suit for prom, so first official suit ever! He was fitted with Chad, The Very Slim line was what he recommended. Thankfully they had the color, the size and no tailoring was needed! We even found shoes to go with the suit there! Priced well, jacket was $159.99 and pants was $59.99.. we originally went to MW where it would've cost us $250 to rent and $279 to own and they wouldn't have been able to tailor it in time for his prom. Chad was very helpful, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that not only was my son satisfied but my husband and I were happy with the selections. I ordered $400 worth of clothes from their website and three days later they had a 40% of sale and I would have saved almost $200 if I had known it was coming up. So I called them and asked if they could honor the sale with the clothes that were still in the mail on their way to me that I had just ordered and they wouldn't do it. I highly recommend checking out their clearance section in the back -- you'll usually find some heavily marked down items there. For some reason, this location carries similar items to its Premium Outlets (North) location, but at a better price. This store and its prices is one of the many reasons I enjoy going to this outlet center, even when it was completely dilapidated prior to the remodel. They tend to run off-season in terms of what they carry (as do most outlets), so my strategy here tends to run along the lines of buying staple items such as formal wear or light shirts that can be layered year-round. I recommend avoiding the printed Hawaiian shirts (unless of course that's your style, and if it is, then do you). read more

My husband loves Perry Ellis jeans and clothing because of the quality, value and fit. We always make sure to hit up the PE outlet when we are near by and stock him up on clothing. The young ladies at the store, I think Jasmine was one of their names, and the 2 other sales girls were SUPER helpful and very nice! Great service!! I love Perry Ellis and although this location is further, I seem to find better product availability at this one. The north location never has the right sizes it seems like! This store gets a little busy on the weekends though so if you need assistance, be sure to go early so you can work with one of the two employees that are working when I've shopped there. If you need a suit, Perry Ellis at the outlet mall is the place to go. We got ours for less than $178, includes jacket, pant, vest, tie and shirt!!! It's Perry Ellis! What more can you ask for??!!! I love shopping at this Perry Ellis location, there's plenty of styles to choice from here. The staff here is always so helpful! You get customer service there unlike CK which doesn't even say hi to you! Management was very helpful doing my exchange on my shirts. Esperanza is very friendly finding my sizes when I get there. After my absolutely horrible experience in Polo Ralph Lauren, we headed next door to Perry Ellis. I had never been in this store either. They had some deals and overall just really reasonable prices compared to everything else we had been seeing. The store was clean and we fulfilled most of our shopping needs here. And the entire staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. While my boyfriend was in the dressing room one of the employees even carried me a chair all the way out from the back room. It was such a refreshing experience and I would certainly return here to shop if there ever was a need. read more
