The owners on the crown/dress store on the left at the main front entrance, they are very RUDE and give you attitude. We have bought from this store many times and never had a problem until now. Some of the women who work there who are probably family, don't own up when they are wrong. They sold us a crown that was already broken(we didn't notice) after 2 months (because it was stored) we tried to get help and got dismissed. They gave me attitude at first and tried to say that we broke it even after having pictures of how it was when it was bought. They recognized it was already broken and still tried to blame us. The big secure guy and another one with long beard tried to insinuate that j was crazy and they don't care about customers. However, Roe the security guy was awesome and ended up being on my side and after seeing the evidence he knew I was right. Straight to the point!! The people who sell karaoke machines, speakers and all those electronics in there are frauds. Law enforcement needs to go in there and bust them. They are selling fraudulent electronics karaoke/speakers . I went in there to buy a speaker the lady said they only take cash first red flag! Second I open the speaker it doesn't even work I go back and the guy says it's not our speaker !!! At that point is when I knew they committed the crime theft by trickery. Wife and husband said that the company where they buy their merchandise doesn't accept the merchandise back. the owners said that they lose money if they exchange damage item for us. Do not buy jewelry from the stand that is right infront of the entrance. I bought a "silver necklace" only to find out that it was rusting a week later. When I went in to tell them about it he just took out a little rag and told me that I had to clean it once a month (when my son has only had it for a week) when I told him about the rust on it he went to tell me it wasn't rust and that it just had to be cleaned (he couldn't clean it off obviously) and he wouldn't return me my money even though he lied to me telling me it was real silver. I made an appointment with Daphne Corona aka daf nails and paid a deposit via PayPal. Before the appointment time, she asked to move the appointment time, I agreed. The next day my appointment was at 11, at 10:15 she messaged asking to move the appointment to noon. I asked if she had any openings for Saturday(the next day), she didn't respond right away so I said I would keep the appointment at 12. Daf still didn't respond. I again asked if I was supposed to come at noon. Later Daf said she thought I was coming the next day even though I didn't have an appointment time. I asked her to cancel and refund my money. After 8 hours and a few additional messages she finally refunded my deposit. She unsent all of her messages on Instagram also. She's extremely unprofessional. The mini mall is overall good. However, within the mini stores some of them are not quite professional with there "business" a jewelry store that's after a photography business and a animal shop did me wrong. The jewelry business has a whole pet wondering around the store exposing any children to get bitten in addition to not wanting to give me a ring size that I wanted because it was "finger to get married in". Indeed, they do have beautiful jewelry but if a diamond goes missing after they have sized it they will say "you should of told me in the moment, nothing can be done now" even though it could of been a mistake they done in the process of fixing the ring. The shop had a kid dispatching me. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not one is better I actually like my ring but due to poor comments my expectations towards the place for the price that my ring was paid for is disappointed.
