The owners on the crown/dress store on the left at the main front entrance, they are very RUDE and give you attitude. We have bought from this store many times and never had a problem until now. Some of the women who work there who are probably family, don't own up when they are wrong. They sold us a crown that was already broken(we didn't notice) after 2 months (because it was stored) we tried to get help and got dismissed. They gave me attitude at first and tried to say that we broke it even after having pictures of how it was when it was bought. They recognized it was already broken and still tried to blame us. The big secure guy and another one with long beard tried to insinuate that j was crazy and they don't care about customers. However, Roe the security guy was awesome and ended up being on my side and after seeing the evidence he knew I was right. We ended up finding a resolution at the end but I recommend not buying from that crown store at the main front entrance. (When you enter the front main, very first store on the left).

She took the time to neatly fold my clothing before bagging it instead of cramming everything into a bag. It may seem like a small thing, but it showed she genuinely cares and respects that customers work hard for their money. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Michala hala's attention to detail really stood out. You can definitely tell she was raised right and kudos to whoever hired her! I've had so many bad experiences where I told associates there I was sold my own clothes and put them in the bag not just roll them up or ball them up. Ross is lucky to have her! I may have spelled her name wrong, but I put her associate number in.

First time at that shopping center off Perris Blvd and it was a big center and busy before 10 a.m. They did the return and then I went looking in the doggie area. Found 2 different harnesses and a super cute black blouse for me in the ladies section, and some buffalo lung treats for my dog Bella. She loves them. The service was great and they had only 2 gals working, and when I went to go checkout, there must have been 10 people in front of me, and 2 gals behind the counter working . I must say the 2 gals working did a great job getting those people taken care of . They were very organized,fast, friendly and very good at what they do. I will go back there again. (I have to anyways, because 1 of the harness is too small)

I'm happy to see that there is a location with a full grocery section closer to my house because I used to always love shopping at the super centers. I actually came in because I had ordered an item online and received it damaged and this was the only location nearby that had the same item available for purchase so I retuned and bought a new one same day. The return was very quick and the service was friendly. I needed a few other items while I was in store and was happy that I was able to get my grocery as well as household items all in one place. The wait was minimal for self checkout so I was in and out in no time. The gentleman checking receipts on the way out was really nice and funny as well. Overall a great experience and I'll have to keep this location in mind from here on out.

I was in Burlington Coat Factory yesterday and was very impressed with the service Saul gave me…read more I had a rug in my arms with no price tag. I asked a young lady at #1 check out if there was a floor employee who could give me a price for the rug. She told me to get in line. I explained to her that if I waited in the long line and I might have to wait for nothing since that would be my only purchase for that day I would have waited for nothing if the price was outrageous. That was when Saul told me he would help me after his customer paid for his purchase. I waited. He took the rug compared it to others and gave me the price. I then went and got in line and wait my turn. This is what makes a truly dedicated employee. Saul went the extra mile to make sure the purchase was made that day. Saul is an asset to Burlinton Coat Factory in Perris. Because of my experience with Saul I will shop this store often. I stopped shopping at the Moreno Valley Burlington store because two employees there were unfriendly and rude. They did not make me feel welcome and acted as though they were doing me a favor by taking my money. Great job Saul. I'll be back.
