Slow. Arrived 9:15 paid at 9:22 (receipt says 10:22) bought Regular Wash. Out at 9:45. I was the second car of the day. Why is there a wait? Filthy. This place is nasty inside and outside. The video games, the floor, the restroom, the massage chairs (an alarm sounds if you sit in them and don't pay), the ceiling, and the merchandise is dusty. Poor service. When I pulled up three guys were standing around. I asked if they were open. Took them a couple minutes to finish their conversation before they came to my car. The lady inside is watching tv. Um...there is LOTS of stuff she could be doing to make the customer's visit pleasant, starting with a rag and some all purpose cleaner. Good value. Paid $14.99 +$3 tip. Vacuum, wash, windows, mirrors, wiped seats down, armor all, smells great. Attention to detail. Looking for a clean car and don't care so much about the experience? This is a good place. Took my REALLY DIRTY car to get the inside cleaned on Friday not only did they do an amazing job and got all the stains out which was bad because I have 2 small children but they charged me an acceptable amount and did an amazing job I really like this place and they r really reasonable too. I spilled a disgusting mixture of soy sauce and greasy salad dressing on the front passenger seat of my car, so I brought the car here to see if they could clean it. For $40.00 (in which price was also included the washing of the outside of the car), they cleaned that seat so well that not the faintest hint of a stain was left (nor any odor). Excellent work. Let's begin: -Incredibly long wait for reasons I have yet to discern. -Overpaid and under-delivered- The $20 car wash that I paid for looks like a $4 wash at a drive-thru gas station where the 'interior cleaning' is not complete. - Random Customer Service - read the reviews before this one, need I say more? -Packed external driveway - because they packed the cars in so tightly you can't pull out when your car is done if there's others waiting in front of you - Cleanliness - "WHAT?!" I went to Perris Car Wash today to clean a rental car that I wanted to turn in today. I bought the $18.99 car wash. The guy doing the detailing after the wash did a good job! It was very hot and all the detailers were working hard so I left a $20 tip out of respect telling the one who did the detailing to make sure that everybody got some of it. On the way home, my lungs filled up with this terrible smell and I started choking. I already have lung cancer so you can imagine the pain I was in. I didn't see anyone in authority who held who ever did this accountable. In fact there was no one. I am going to have to hold the rental car one more day now and pay for it in order for the car to remain in my garage overnight and hope the smell goes away! I purchased the "Platinum" car wash, which I suppose realistically means I'd like my car hosed off and returned to me 30 minutes later with water spots everywhere to the point that I can't even see out my wind shield while driving and dirt all over my car still. I'm extremely angered that I had to come home and rewash my car after spending 30$ to get my car washed. I will never be returning, simple as that. This place is a total rip off. They have this huge sign that says "super clean $29.99" and up. Well I have a tiny car tell why when I tell the guy I want the super clean he says $35. What?! I let him know it says $29.99 and my car is small so it shouldn't be any more. He said the sign is old and management hasn't taken it down the price went up. Then he still tties to tell me it will be $35. Ha, this is not how you run a business people. When you have a huge sign that says $29.99. Guess what that's the price. read more

I woke this morning wanting to have a good wax detail done on my SUV. I called this place and spoke to some man that was not well versed in customer service. I asked about the range of services they offer. His response, "They start at $11" and then he hung up on me while I was still talking; trying to get a clarification. Terrible service. I paid $50.00 for my car wash and gave a $10.00 tip, but didn't realize until I got home that they just do not care about doing a good job. My rims still had dirt on them. They missed spots in my backseat, my center console, my floors, and the entire exterior of the car. They didn't switch rags when washing my windows after rubbing thick heavy armor all in the inside of my car. I could barely see through my windows because of the thick greasy film. When they washed the inside of my back window they carelessly ripped off the plug to my window defroster and damaged it in the process. I didn't want to go alone and brought a family member with me who had a broken foot. When we walked out to my car she was on crutches and I didn't spend time to evaluate the job they did. It wasn't until I arrived home that I realized what a terrible job they did. I sent my boyfriend back with my car to have them do what I paid them to do, but even then the job wasn't complete. My boyfriend ended up rewashing my windows to get the thick greasy film off. I don't always pay $60.00 to get my car washed, but when I do expect a job well done. The workers stood around talking the entire time. There were over 5 men standing around my car, but not one of them cared about doing a good job. The staff inside weren't any better. The cashier was unfriendly and off putting. I got the impression she couldn't care less about the customers who came in. I seriously regret wasting my money here. read more

A couple of things annoyed me on my visit today. For one they are fairly slow on getting the car through the wash bay as compared to other car washes I've been to. But the one that really got me was that they don't process the vehicles in the order in which people arrive further costing me time. A couple of people had their cars come through before mine. I've also had times where the wash bay guys don't do a good job and only half the bugs are washed off and I have to ask the detailer to get the rest. Now the good. When the guy comes around and cleans the windows and does the detail work he does a good job. If you see any spots you want touched up most of these guys/gals will happily touch it up for you no big deal. Of course there will always be a bad apple anywhere you go but I've been lucky. They wipe down door sills and interior panels and do the windows and spot clean the wheels. They also wipe down any drippage that may happen. The lady at the front was friendly and even broke a large bill for me. I've known many places to be snobs on making change. She was courteous and didn't mind my chattiness and didn't try to hurry me off. I'm only giving three stars based on being skipped at the beginning of the deal and because the wash bay guys are so slow. read more

How funny how I submitted a review and now its gone. My experience was HORRIBLE. I just bought a 2015 chevy silverado took it in for a car wash after 1 week of purchase, and it was the WORST MISTAKE. They was and dry our cars and trucks with regular bath towels!!!!!! WHO DOES THAT??? They scratched my brand new truck in the worst way possible and when confronted they said I was crazy.. that is normal they said... WTF when did washing a car or truck with regular bath towels and scartching the hell out of it becoem normal. They laughed at me and told me there was nothing they could do. 1 week after purchasing my truck it looks like it is 5 years old because of all the scratches. PLEASE dont take your cars here to be washed they will ruin it, and for their prices they should have better quality. They got two stars because the workers there are actually hard working and do a good job. But the presentation of the facilities is poor. All items for purchase inside are scarce, dingy, dusty. Additionally, the outside could use a good high pressure washing. The rates here are actually slightly priced higher than some car washes in Murrieta and Temecula yet they have a better business presentation. Great job to you men and women working there and owner take pride in your business if not for yourself you could the community and your customers. read more

Yes, it did take a while for my car to be completed, but I was told of the estimated time when I arrived. The two men that I spoke to were very friendly, and helpful. The job they did was great. Paid for $35 for a Super Clean, but will need to go back for a deeper interior clean bcuz my leather needs some work. read more

The closest hand car wash to me. It's not the cleanest of places but I'm not here to take a shower my car is. The workers are hard working and if it's not done to my satisfaction they will do what it takes to get it right without a frown on their face, therefore I don't mind giving them a good tip. BE VERY AFRAID TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Customer Service does not exist here. This is absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to. First the wait, then you get your car back with more crap in it than it went in with!!! The wait is excruciatingly long (way over 1 hr), which should be a huge indicator of "they just don't care". Paid $21.99 to get our car back only half dried off, so driving creates water streaks and spots. The car also managed to acquire a huge spray of orange streaks across center of headliner ... on the inside of the car!!! A spray under pressure which obviously started close to floor level by the spots being on the underside of an opened right rear passenger door, across and up the vinyl door panel to the underside of the door channel on the top of the car then a huge spray across the headliner a total distance of about 7ft. Manager said it was ketchup, Owner said it was soda!!! (this car is new, low mileage, owner is retired, no ketchup eating, soda drinking backseat rabid passengers!) Obviously this business is denying any culpability with making these ridiculous assertions as to extreme eating habits of occupants. These orange stains were not there before!! If there was any desire to provide decent service for the money paid it is not reflected in any part of the business, the building and facilities lack any care or maintenance, the manner of the owner and employees lack any consideration for their customers, and what this business considers a completed job is extremely substandard for any other competent car wash company. read more

Horrible place to take your car. Unbelievably slow. went early on a thursday, and it took over 45 mins for a simple regular wash !!! The place is old and out dated. The benches and chairs are either dirty or broke. Never will I return here to get my car washed. read more

I had been going to this place because they are the only hand car wash I know about in Perris. I got one of their frequent visitor cards and as a military retiree the woman who works behind counter would give me a military discount. I do my best to support local business especially if they give military discounts! I went in one day and the man was behind the counter. I showed him my visitor card and my military ID. He told me since I am retired I can't get the military discount, only for AD. That is the dumbest thing I had heard in awhile. Kool he wants to give AD their discount, however as a retiree I served 20+ plus years. Any business that does not honor military time served and only those currently serving will not get my business or any of my friends that are retired military either. read more

Brought my optima here. Paid $23 for a wash with undercarriage cleanse. I had been driving off road the week prior and got mud stuck in the wheel well. When the car came out, the mud was still there. When I asked what the undercarriage wash was for the guy said it just sprays with water but doesn't actually clean the bottom of the car. What a joke!! When they were done there was tons of dirt spots on the exterior and the interior was not very clean. The wait was awful too. Over an hour at 8 in the morning for a mediocre wash.
