It is far from the cemeteries you may see in horror movies. Every time I am here, I feel so relaxed and comfortable. I have gone to other cemeteries to visit friends and families, and it is just not the same. At Forest Lawn, it feels very peaceful. My entire family, including myself, have plots here at Forest Lawn. In a world full of uncertainty, it is good to be prepared and mark one thing off of our life's final checklist . It's near & dear to me because my paternal grandma & uncle are interred here. It is busy today as it is Day of the Dead. Greens are well maintained. Funeral services, viewings, cremations are available. Parking is usually plentiful except today. Traffic cops are manning the entrance to help control flow. It's peaceful & reflective.
