I called a different company. They did get the sprinkler system working, but then they quoted an exorbitant amount for a sprinkler repair job. We didn't have them do anymore and we were going to leave it alone until a leak, in the front yard, showed up about two weeks later.I, then, remembered I had used thenmechanically incline machine company before. Today, they took care of three or four leaks They made sure my system was running perfectly. They are so reasonable in price and honest. I truly appreciate all their hard work. They got it all done in just a few hours. The owner, Mr. Jesse, was very calm and said "it's not going to be problem." This really made me calm down as a homeowner, and not feel stressed. Also, Mrs. Barbara takes all the calls her family business, and she is fantastic! She has great communication, calm, friendly and cordial! I highly recommend this company!

**1 Star - Buyer Beware!**…read more In October 2025, Dyezz Surveillance and Access Inc. hired our company to install an access control system for one of their customers. We completed the nearly $10,000 project as agreed. Unfortunately, getting paid has been a completely different story. For nine months, our calls and emails regarding payment went unanswered. Eventually, an interim manager contacted us and managed to get us a partial payment of $3,000, with assurances that the remaining balance would be paid by the end of August 2026. August came and went, and so did September. Here we are at the end of October, still waiting for payment. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this professionally, we continue to hear that a "manager will get back to us." That call never comes. As a fellow business owner, I understand that companies occasionally experience financial difficulties. What I cannot understand or excuse is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. **Buyer beware, especially subcontractors and vendors considering doing business with this company.** We fulfilled our obligations, delivered the work, and have spent an entire year chasing money we are rightfully owed. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I would recommend Schrade Plumbing in a heartbeat! They treated me right and did a fantastic job…read moreon my repair. Our house was damaged by the tornado in October, and a tree fell across our gas line and damaged it. Schrade was recommended to me by a neighbor after I told her another company couldn't come out for a week. Schrade came out THE SAME DAY to assess the damage. They gave me the best estimate of all the plumbers I saw and were the nicest, most professional people. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or overcharge for the repairs. They got my gas line replaced, brought my appliance connections up to code, and replaced my water heater in two days. I have an older house, so all of these things were a little challenging as new appliances don't always fit into older homes. They did all this work for the best price, the quickest response, and with a fantastic attitude. I was treated like family and greatly appreciate the work that they did. Thank you!
