Noops with original warranty "received that" part and sent a couple of guys ti install the part in less then 2 hrs. I was billed $1250.00. The next time to use the air conditioner the capacitor in the unit outside went out, Noops tech didn't have the part, had to get it. Just decided to go with a different company. Today the new company showed me that capacitor wasn't secured in the unit just hanging there with no protection from shorting out. After over 20 years I'm done.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with W3 Electric Heating & A/C. Our AC went…read moreout during the recent heat wave, and because it happened late in the day, I spent quite a bit of time calling around trying to find someone who could help. I had called W3 but did not leave a message, and first thing the next morning they actually called me back after seeing the missed call. I believe it was Alison who helped get everything scheduled, and she was incredibly kind and helpful from the start. They were able to get a technician out to us that same day. Chad and Sam were both fantastic throughout the process. The issue turned out to be more complicated than a simple repair and was ultimately traced to a failed control board that had to be ordered. Rather than simply leaving us without AC while we waited for the part, they took the time to set up a temporary solution so we could at least have cooling during some of the hottest weather of the summer. When that temporary fix stopped working the next day, I called W3 and they sent someone right back out. Fortunately, it was a small issue with the temporary setup, they corrected it, and it held until the replacement part arrived. Once the new part was installed, everything was restored properly, and the system has been running smoothly ever since. What impressed me most was the responsiveness, professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to actually work through the problem instead of rushing the diagnosis or leaving us to deal with the heat while waiting on the part. From the initial scheduling call through the technicians in the field, I genuinely felt like they cared about getting us taken care of. I was so impressed with the service that I ended up signing up for their maintenance membership so we can stay on top of regular HVAC inspections going forward.
