I called several times with no answer, only voice mail. Left message and also text Landon again with no response. He reminded me of my appt. via text and showed up on time. I am so pleased with his work. My windows look amazing. He worked very hard to get them clean. He removed the calcium deposits off of my windows at the back of the house (they had marks all over them because of the hard water of the sprinklers). He is professional and easy to work with. He made sure that I was well taken care of. He walked me through the house to inspect the windows to make sure that I was satisfied. His prices were very reasonable. Take your business elsewhere as this seemed a bit outrageous. I would understand if they ended up spending 45 min or so on the labor but to charge 150 for 5 minutes if labor is excessive.

After he left both units were not working at all and they were working before just needed the drain pan replaced. I think he forgot to put a large coil tube back together. I am giving the 5 stars because he did come back and fix the issue and then both started working good again. I just wish he would have brought the old drain pan out of the attic as i fear it's a fire hazard but I will go get it out myself. Jose who initially came out and did the diagnosis did a great job just wish he had came out again to do the work. He asked if he needed to take his boots off and everything cause we have cherrywood floors.
