My last. 3 appointments with them in 2024 and 2025 were all canceled the day of or the day before. I was told things like "someone called in sick" which didn't make any sense to me. I also was told, as others were, that they were only doing urgent calls for months and no maintenance checks. This was the company that I bought a new AC system from a few years ago and the guys were always great. Then suddenly overnight it was "you need to buy this and that" and "oh, your system will fail if you don't get this." I noticed people in my neighborhood starting to complain about them for the very first time. Whoever bought this company really got a gem and they completely ran it into the ground. It's sad .

But he still unplugged the AC power and checked the capacitor which is also good. He put the panel back and told me the compressor is bad and the rotor is locked, so he suggested to change the whole system with an estimation of over $9400. Then he put the AC power key back upside down which is off. After he left, we found the power key was not placed correctly and put the disconnect key back to on, the AC started to work normaly... We had these guys come out last weekend to look at our AC unit that was making noise. They happened…read moreto have availability the following morning, so out of convenience, we went with it. The guy who came out was super nice. He diagnosed a bad compressor (in our 2 year old system) within minutes. Obviously parts are covered under manuf warranty, but we were on the hook for labor and somehow also the cost of freon (not unique to this company, but what a sham). Where it gets interesting: We were initially told it was $1600. Somehow after I had said yes, the estimate jumped to $2600. Supposedly this was due to the size of the unit and the amount of freon - our system requires 8lbs 2oz. Sticker shock on sticker shock...but whatever. We were just hoping to get out closer to the first estimate and moved forward with the appointment while the weather was nice. On the day they were scheduled to come, we were given a window of 8-12AM but told it would likely be around 10AM. We obviously made arrangements to be home. By 1PM, we had still not heard from them. My partner called to check in, and he was told by the office that they were running late on a job but would be there shortly. By 3:30PM, we had still not heard from their office. We ended up just canceling the appointment... These days, there's just no excuse for poor communication. It's super freaking rude to leave people waiting - people who have taken time off work to make sure they're there for the appointment window you provided to us. It's not that hard to keep people posted if things change. I fully respect the fact that other jobs can run late, etc. But to miss a 4 hour window by 3.5 hours without even a call to us is beyond ridiculous.
