If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The guy working there got angry and started yelling at me just for asking for a sample of a cologne. How do you expect someone to blind buy a cologne that's priced 3x higher than normal without even knowing how it smells? The situation escalated quickly, and I had to be the bigger person and de-escalate it myself. Honestly, if I hadn't, I don't know what could have happened. That kind of behavior toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable. He was disrespectful, aggressive, and outright rude. Yelling at customers is not how you run a business. I would avoid shopping here unfortunately. Spent $70 on this perfume, told me they gave me a birthday deal of $20 off. I had never bought an official perfume before, but had a specific scent I was looking for and trusted them to help me find a match. I bought it because I trusted them & also felt bad leaving without purchasing something after having their "help" finding a scent match--even though they weren't actually very helpful and didn't even really smell the swatch I offered to compare. That should've been my first sign. After checking the price of the same product online, it was $25 everywhere else for the same Fl Oz amount. Knowing what I know now, I should've just "wasted" their time, because they took advantage of my trust & inexperience, pretended like they were giving a discount, and massively upcharged me. I wish Yelp did not make me enter a star...they do not warrant even one I cannot tell you enough to stay away from this store. I stepped into the store quickly last night to purchase a gift set for my mother. Without truly thinking about it, I rang out ($70) and headed for the door. I thought to myself this seems awfully high actually, and looked up the perfume online. Boy was I shocked to find it on Amazon from $26-35, AND on the perfume's own website for $45. I returned to the counter and told the salesman I was disappointed that he would overcharge me so much and asked for a refund. He refused the refund and then proceeded to explain to me that Amazon sells fake products, because he charged me his cost. Really?!? you didn't want a profit? Amazon sells fake perfume? Absolutely ludicrous. I have filed a report with the BBB, and am placing as many warnings in as many places as possible about this place. This is literally the worst company I've ever encountered. My husband bought me perfume from there, not realizing that it was a test bottle. He even asked the sales woman, "This doesn't look like the other ones from Sephora?" To which she didn't respond, but made it seem to him that this was last years bottle. We just went to return (who knows if we actually have the test perfume, it could literally be anything) and of course they don't accept returns. The woman who sold it to him refused to let us speak with a manager saying that they are not allowed to contact him. What?? If you are a business owner and you have upset customers, and your associates aren't able to help a customer. You need to be available for your staff. She made it seem like she would be fired if she called the manager. Which, I wonder if she is scamming the company someway?? Watch out for "Not for Resale" Sample bottles in boxes. Probably one of the worst encounters with an atrocious saleswoman I have ever had. Her lack of professionalism broke all rules of customer service especially when she yelled shut up. If I were her employer, I would have fired her on the spot. That is not how you treat customers if you wish to have any type of success in this country. I will never step foot in this store or any associated with it again.
