My first issue was when I tried to order a lug nut wrench from them. I placed an order to pick it up and when I got there the employee says that they don't have it in stock and he couldn't even issue me a refund or help me in any way, he simply told me to reach out to AutoZones online help because for some reason the people running the actual autozone couldn't do anything. My next issue was the same thing. I saw online that they had these specific headlights in stock and it said I could pick them up today. This time I didn't order ahead based on my previous experience. I checked around for the headlights, again this place is super disorganized with stuff just thrown everywhere and resealed packages everywhere. I asked for help because this place was such a mess and the woman couldn't help me. I showed her their own website that showed that they did in fact have my item in stock but she simply told me that whatever they have would be sitting in the clutter in front of me and she basically told me she doesn't know. It also doesn't help that people who are supposed to be helping you, don't even speak English. You can only get so far when people just tell you "I don't know" and just mumble to get you out the door because apparently they don't like receiving business. So in short, nobody knows anything here, if you don't know what your looking for they probably won't be able to help you unless your asking for a manager or something so definitely save yourself and don't waste your time here.

Zero Customer Service & Unsafe Advice - Demand You Drive Without Brakes…read more Do not expect basic customer service or help from this AutoZone location on New Bridge Road. A year ago, I purchased "severe duty" brake pads with a lifetime warranty from this store. After only 10,000 miles, all four pads are completely worn down to nothing. When I called to verify my lifetime warranty via my phone number/account before arranging a ride, an employee named Steven became belligerent, aggressive, and hostile on the phone (9/24/26 5:43pm-5:55pm call) I explicitly explained to Steven that my truck currently has NO BRAKES, making it extremely dangerous and illegal to drive, and that I wanted to verify the warranty before taking the vehicle apart or making multiple trips. Instead of taking 30 seconds to look up my phone number in their database, Steven began yelling over me--repeatedly shouting "Listen to me! Listen, listen, listen, you have to come in, end of story!" Refusing to do a basic 30-second account lookup and essentially telling a customer to drive a heavy truck with failed brakes into their shop is not only ridiculously poor customer service--it is a massive safety hazard. Steven was combative, dismissive, and utterly useless. AutoZone lost a long-time customer today. Avoid this location if you expect professional service or staff who care about safety. Customer service roles require patience, basic problem-solving, and a respect for safety--none of which Steven displayed. Store management needs to seriously reconsider whether someone with this level of hostility and disregard for customer safety should be representing their brand or interacting with the public. An employee who aggressively refuses to perform a simple account lookup and tells a customer to drive a vehicle without functioning brakes is a liability. AutoZone management should evaluate whether Steven is suited for a customer-facing position, as this level of misconduct actively drives loyal customers away and damages the company's reputation.
