Nasty and unhelpful. Everything you wouldn't want in a business. Corporate needs to clean house.

This is by far the most incompetent bodyshop I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Brought…read moremy car in the beginning of February to get suspension and bodywork fixed after a minor accident. Got the car back at the end of march with the suspension/wheel fully out of alignment and wobbling worse than when I brought it in. The rear passenger door was misaligned with a broken door handle (it was opening perfectly fine prior to bringing it in, it was only body/cosmetic damage) and I could not open my rear door at all, the handle was useless and actually half of it ended up falling off in between visits. They did an absolutely horrible job repainting, you can see every little paint line and the wheelwell itself is lumpy and not smooth and noticeably different than the other 3 wheel wells. I'm not expecting factory/stock level perfection but it is blatantly obvious where the wheelwell had to get fixed and the paint is not smooth. When we brought this up to the manager, all he said was "Oh well try to sell it when the sun's going down and they won't be able to see it". Finally brought the car back in to fix the now completely useless door handle, the paint and bodywork, and the wobbly wheels. When I picked the car up another month later, the paint and bodywork was not touched, and the door was still extremely misaligned (it sticks out so far it looks like the door is open). They also filled my tires 20PSI (TWENTY!!!!!) higher than the manufacturer recommended amount, and when I tried to bring it to his attention that they read my sticker completely wrong and it was supposed to be 44psi not 62psi, he continued to ignore my comments about it not being that high until the third time I brought it up, when I finally had to get a little short to get him to look at the manufacturer sticker with me and let the air out of my tires. Did not get an apology either. I'm just thankful he made a condescending comment about my tires being "way too low" and that they "fixed it for me" because I can't imagine what would've happened if I drove out on those severely overinflated tires. The fact that they can't even read in a straight line on a PSI sticker makes me question the quality of the rest of the work. My final straw was when I finally started pulling out of the service garage, only to immediately feel thumping and wobbling in the wheel before I even pulled out of the garage door. I drove down the road only for it to get worse and came back immediately. They found a GIANT flat- end, nearly 1/2 inch diameter bolt and washer fully stabbed into my front tire. The manager had the nerve to try to blame me and suggest I picked it up in the 5 minutes it took me to go down the road and come back instead of taking responsibility for damaging my tire inside their shop. I felt the bolt the second i put the car in reverse to pull out of the service garage. They did not replace my nearly brand new tire and just gave me a plug which is leaking and I've had to fill the tire 3 times since getting the car back. Also recently noticed a loud creaking and rattling from the back door that was "fixed" and realized that the entire interior panel of the door is literally coming off and not secured to the door. I don't think there are any words to accurately describe the horrific job they did and this shop should be ashamed of themselves. I truly cannot believe how bad of a job they did. Stay far, far away from this shop. I've never been treated so badly before and my car is honestly in worse shape now than it was when it was brought in. A quick door and wheel fix has turned into over 4 months of back and forth to fix their mediocre and unacceptable work. I dont expect perfection and I know my car will not be exactly the same as before the damage, but the lack of care and just overall terrible quality of work is absolutely unacceptable.

We were able to get a lot of paperwork done prior to my arrival and made the entire process simple and pleasant. Will I buy from this dealer again absolutely and would love to work with Fabian again!!! Hats off to the service department also, I had a very minor issue with the steering wheel alignment and the entire process from scheduling, arriving, being offered a shuttle home and taking care of the issue and then returning me a clean car gets 5 stars and could not have been any less painless. Thank you BMW of Morristown!!

Diana Lynn turned my dream car into a reality and raised the bar higher than I thought possible…read more Let me start from the very beginning. I called Diana on a Friday. Just a random Friday afternoon. I asked if she had the specific Z4 I had been dreaming about for months. I expected a polite "let me check" and maybe a call back sometime next week. That is not what happened. Diana went into action immediately. Right there on that Friday phone call, she started moving pieces, checking availability, and making things happen. She did not hesitate. She did not put me on hold forever. She just got to work. Before we even hung up, she took my deposit for my dream car. That moment was when I knew she was different. From that first call, Diana made it clear this was not just a transaction. It was an event. She didn't just help me get my dream car. She made me feel like I deserved it. Every step of the way, she stayed in constant contact. Not the kind of automated, impersonal updates you expect from most dealers. Real, thoughtful communication that made me feel like I was her only customer. I especially loved that she facetimed me to show me that beautiful San Francisco Red Z4 in the show room! What truly set Diana apart was her communication. She reached out to me regularly, always with a warm and genuine tone. She kept me informed about every detail, from order confirmation to production updates to delivery coordination. There was never a moment where I felt left in the dark or uncertain. In fact, I started looking forward to her messages because she made the whole journey feel like we were in it together. She sent me photos, vidoes and was doing so unprompted! And the friendliness. I cannot say enough about how incredibly kind and approachable she was. There was no pressure, no hard sell, no corporate stiffness. Just a real person who clearly loves what she does and genuinely wanted to help me. She celebrated with me when things moved forward. She reassured me when I had questions. She made something that can often feel stressful feel effortless and joyful. Now, here is the part that really shows you how far Diana is willing to go. I live in the South. The car was shipped all the way from New Jersey to me. That could have been a nightmare. Delays, miscommunication, hidden fees, damage in transit. I have heard so many horror stories. But Diana handled everything. She coordinated the shipping, stayed on top of the logistics, and made sure the car arrived in absolutely perfect condition. When that truck pulled up and I saw my 2026 Z4 for the first time, it was flawless. Exactly as promised. Not a single scratch, not a single hiccup. She even called me while the transport company was arriving in Jersey to ensure I knew it was loaded carefully! That is what I mean when I say Diana takes service to the next level. She does not just sell you a car and move on to the next customer. She owns the entire experience from start to finish. She treats your excitement and your investment with genuine respect. She goes beyond what is expected and makes sure that no matter where you live, you feel like a VIP. Because of Diana, I have made a decision that even surprises me. I will no longer use my local dealer, even though they are twenty minutes away and I have bought two cars from them. Instead, I will work with Diana every single time from now on. Even if that means shipping every future car from New Jersey to the South again. That is how much trust she has earned. That is how powerful a great experience can be. Diana Lynn reminded me that buying a car can be special. It can be an event. It can feel like a celebration rather than a chore. She treated me like a person, not a commission. And in an industry where that kind of authenticity is rare, she shines brighter than anyone I have ever worked with. If you are looking for a BMW and exceptional service, do yourself a favor. Call Diana on a Friday. Or a Monday. Or any day of the week. She will spring into action like she did for me. She will take your deposit and make your dream real. Drive to her. Ship from across the country if you have to. She will make you feel the way every customer should feel when they are about to drive off in their dream car. Excited. Valued. And truly taken care of. Thank you, Diana. You have earned a customer for life. And you have completely changed my standard for what great service looks like.

This is a combined review of many things. Deal with it…read more #1. I got my S All4 Countryman from here in 2018. When I originally went in, the person helping me didn't seem interested in closing the deal. Big mistake. Huge. Julia Roberts. So I left. 3 weeks later, dealership calls ME asking (begging?) me to come back in. I walk out with a top of the line vehicle within an hour and a great salesman. #2. During the panny, Husband took the car for oil change service when it was under maintenance warranty and they tried to play games. Woulda been better off at Jiffy Lube with all the services they were trying to tack on. What they don't know is my brother is a mechanical engineer at Caterpillar. He designs engines for a living. Do not try me. #3. Visited again last week to show my husband the new models. I'm a firm No on these because they don't come in manual but I wanted to show him all the same. A saleswoman - Anastasia- immediately came over to talk about the car with us, demonstrate the features, etc. It was a great interaction. We roll 3 deep when it comes to big purchases, race, gender, and immigration. We've been dismissed in these encounters more times than I can count. It's (sadly) refreshing when we're treated with dignity. Unless MINI corrects their error and offers new models in manual transmission we'll continue to pass BUT I was really happy about the customer service Anastasia provided. My experience with this dealership up until this point was lukewarm at best - she has improved my opinion of this place exponentially. Thanks Anastasia!

I guess me doing homework amounts to bad business...The GM agreed to reimburse for trip made there from Connecticut to sign paperwork, never received payment. I was given temporary plates which later expired . I emailed business manager asking when plates might arrive, told not to speed or run any lights which is ridiculous, if plates are expired then car is towed without running lights or speeding. I had to take Lyfts to and from work in mean time. I won't buy from here again.
