    My Son has been gettin a runaround for 5 weeks. see his review …read more If I could give a negative review I would. In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner. Less than a year later, in March of 2024, I brought the same car in for a transmission failure (great design, right Ford?). Again, I was not given a loaner, and my car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. I was told that a new transmission was put in, but engine lights came on when they did that they could not figure out. For the past 2 weeks, I have been given the runaround and cannot get any answers from Alexis in Quicklane. If a certified Ford auto shop cannot figure out how to fix their own cars, that is a huge problem. Needless to say, if and when I do get my car back from them, I will not be returning, and I will certainly not recommend Route 23 Automall Quicklane to anybody. In anybody is wondering, there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Ford for their transmission issues. Gerkarrah Jones v. Ford, Case No. 2:24-cv-10721-MAG-CI Ford and Route 23 Automall need to do better.

I found my 2024 Ranger Raptor at this dealership. I sent an email late Sunday evening inquiry. I received a very prompt response from Brian the following Monday morning. We exchanged emails and texts throughout the day and had a deal. I filled out a PDF financing application, selected a few dealer installed options, which took a coupe days to receive and install by their service team, and picked up my new 2024 Ranger Raptor on Thursday morning. On Thursday, I had the privilege to meet with Brian in person. He is a knowledgeable, courteous professional! I then signed all the paperwork with the Finance Manager and was done in about 15 minutes. Brian took the time to help me get the Ford App on my phone and walked me through connecting Apple Air Play and all basic features on the vehicle. This was the absolute best modern car buying experience for serious buyers who value their time. I highly recommend with Brian Barna and the Route 23 Ford Auto Mall in Butler, NJ.

    This is an update to my previous review…read more I was waiting to hear if my media system was covered. I didn't realize when I bought the car after my 3 year lease, that the warranty was through a third party. They wouldn't cover the media system and the cost that was presented to me to fix would be $1500. Kia first offered to split the difference with me and offered the repair at $750. But that was still too steep for me considering the car was 5 years old already. Kia then offered me an amazing deal on a 2025 K4 which I picked up last night for my first month payment which is actually a few dollars lower than what I was paying for the 2021. Thank you to Roger for working this out for me and thanks to Jacob for being so efficient and professional. This is my families 7th Kia and they definitely insured more repeat visits.

    Went in for a leveling kit. When I picked up the vehicle was told the CV boot had a rip in it, but…read morewas there prior, said there was electric tape on it already, and seemed to be fine. I got home and looked and the electrical tape was brand new- the truck had 10k miles on it, figured they added more for me. As the weeks go by, I kept getting black stuff all over my rim....clean it, got more. So after putting 3k miles on it over the summer- I looked under it today, and that piece of electrical tape is folded over and grease everywhere!! No way this was from when I bought the truck 13 months earlier. Harrington's did not own up to the fact that they cut it. I never had a spot of grease prior to them touching my truck. Called them today and they said it was not them, no way. Would not even listen to me. Very sad they treat a local customer like that. Took to another place and need to replace the CV axle. He also pointed out 3 other areas where the Installer, Harrington's, cut corners, not re-attaching lines, and cutting holes in plastic to make it easier for them instead of removing the plastic and doing it right. Super upset- $60k vehicle that they treated like garbage. Will never recommend or use again.
