Before seeing Michelle I tried three different salons and none of them got the right tone for my blonde hair. Despite my initial correspondence clearly stating my concerns, I have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, the service I received has left my hair severely damaged. Prior to the service, my hair was almost down to the middle of my back, but it has now been irreparably damaged due to the excessive application of bleach. Contrary to my stylist's assurances, the bleach was left on for far too long (60 Minutes), despite my repeated inquiries. As a result, my hair came out in clumps when rinsed and combed. Furthermore, I was not allowed to see the damage as the salon chair was turned away from the mirror. I have been forced to seek legal action due to the refusal to respond to my Dear Carl Michael, I am writing to request a refund for the hair coloring service I received from Holly one month ago.. However, Despite her acknowledgment of my extremely delicate hair, I am concerned that she left the bleach on for the full 60 minutes, even though significant lift was achieved after just 20 minutes. Following consultations with two separate salons, they have expressed shock and dismay at the damage. As evidence, I have attached a photos not once did they offer to refund me my $819. Additionally, I should've changed lot years ago when Holly put in four sets of extensions and they fell out within 72 hours. They offered to put them back in, but that would cost would fall on my hands.

We got a glimpse of a few of our photos before we left and we were like "who are those chicks?!" but in the best way possible. We can't wait to see the final products. I recently went to someone new for blonde highlights and it came out terrible. Random patches of hair were left untouched leaving me with giant dark brown areas. And the hair they did actually color blonde looked fake and streaky. Luckily I was coming up to MA for Easter and I called Toni to see if she could fix it. She was able to squeeze me in last minute and worked her magic. An hour and a half later and my head looked not only normal, but amazing. I wanted the results of a Keratin but didn't have $350 to spend!!! I went to see Savenia, who was warm, funny, welcoming, and a great hairdresser! She just closed down her own business for commuting reasons and her experience shows. She gave me the express Keratin treatment (I think they called it a Keratin Blowout) - for about $120 - which has made my thick, frizzy hair SO much more manageable and smooth during this horrible heat and humidity. She also gave me a nice haircut, taking out a lot of the weight in my thick, thick hair and giving me some nice layers. The salon is a little hard to find (on the second floor above the Indian restaurant) but is stylish and comfortable. The prices were really reasonable. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend Savenia to anyone!
