My hair still felt heavy and slippery, which made it obvious the shampoo had not been properly rinsed out. when I got home I still had product left in my hair and had to wash and condition it again myself. That completely defeats the purpose of getting your hair professionally washed at a salon. I also noticed the store didn't seem very clean these days, which was surprising for a salon. Knowing the pharmacy was about to close, I called ahead to let them know I was on my way. I was told to "hurry". I arrived approximately two minutes after the posting closing time, only about five minutes after my call, and the staff had already closed and refused to help, despite knowing I was coming for an urgent prescription. This wasn't an isolated incident. I arrived while the pharmacy window was still open, but because the staff was preparing to go on their break, they refused to assist me even though I was already there. Customer service and compassion seemed to take a back seat to the clock. To make matters worse, the pharmacy has reduced its hours to 6pm on weekdays and is closed on weekends, making it extremely difficult for working people and anyone with urgent medication needs to get prescriptions filled. Unfortunately, the staff has also been consistently rude and unhelpful during my interactions. I understand that employees deserve breaks and pharmacies have operating hours, but when someone calls ahead about an urgent prescription and arrives minutes later after being told to hurry, a little compassion can make a tremendous difference. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both customer service and access to care.

So now I have to go to the store buy my items, get the delivery and go back to return it and it will cost me $6.95 plus $5 tip. I will report them to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office as this has got to be illegal. Consumers should have rights.

She cut it way too short and not at all what I asked for. I had been trying to grow out layers and have it all one one length, a very classic look. She asked if I wanted about two inches off and I said that would be fine. And, she asked if I wanted it the same as I had been getting and I said "yes". I came in with a longer version of what I wanted. I assumed she knew as she was the last one to cut it. My hair is very very short and not all one length but longer in the front, and shaved in the back. She gave me this exact cut twice over a year ago but I had told her that I was going back to my old style on my last two visits. This is the antithesis of what I wanted. She is not easily distracted, loves her work and takes much pride in everything about her shop. I left a message on a Sunday a.m. that they would get on Tuesday. I waited until Thursday and called and asked to speak with Jackie and asked if she was with a client. I was told that she was not. I was put on hold for a minute, the receptionist returned and said she was with a client and would call me back. I waited and waited but received NO call from her. I think that, as a professional, knowing a client is upset she should have called to discuss this.
