Despite my initial correspondence clearly stating my concerns, I have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, the service I received has left my hair severely damaged. Prior to the service, my hair was almost down to the middle of my back, but it has now been irreparably damaged due to the excessive application of bleach. Contrary to my stylist's assurances, the bleach was left on for far too long (60 Minutes), despite my repeated inquiries. As a result, my hair came out in clumps when rinsed and combed. Furthermore, I was not allowed to see the damage as the salon chair was turned away from the mirror. I have been forced to seek legal action due to the refusal to respond to my Dear Carl Michael, I am writing to request a refund for the hair coloring service I received from Holly one month ago.. However, Despite her acknowledgment of my extremely delicate hair, I am concerned that she left the bleach on for the full 60 minutes, even though significant lift was achieved after just 20 minutes. Following consultations with two separate salons, they have expressed shock and dismay at the damage. As evidence, I have attached a photos not once did they offer to refund me my $819. Additionally, I should've changed lot years ago when Holly put in four sets of extensions and they fell out within 72 hours. They offered to put them back in, but that would cost would fall on my hands.

There was a lump of shampoo left on the front of my hair, and when I pointed it out the person washing my hair just said "sorry" but didn't bother to rinse my entire head -- only that small section. My hair still felt heavy and slippery, which made it obvious the shampoo had not been properly rinsed out. when I got home I still had product left in my hair and had to wash and condition it again myself. That completely defeats the purpose of getting your hair professionally washed at a salon. I also noticed the store didn't seem very clean these days, which was surprising for a salon. I tried contacting customer service afterward but couldn't reach any representative. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Door Dash said they can't cancel it because it's a Ulta order (which I suspected). After over an hour I got NO WHERE! So now I have to go to the store buy my items, get the delivery and go back to return it and it will cost me $6.95 plus $5 tip. I will report them to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office as this has got to be illegal. Consumers should have rights.

She cut it way too short and not at all what I asked for. I had been trying to grow out layers and have it all one one length, a very classic look. She asked if I wanted about two inches off and I said that would be fine. And, she asked if I wanted it the same as I had been getting and I said "yes". I came in with a longer version of what I wanted. I assumed she knew as she was the last one to cut it. My hair is very very short and not all one length but longer in the front, and shaved in the back. She gave me this exact cut twice over a year ago but I had told her that I was going back to my old style on my last two visits. This is the antithesis of what I wanted. She is not easily distracted, loves her work and takes much pride in everything about her shop. I left a message on a Sunday a.m. that they would get on Tuesday. I waited until Thursday and called and asked to speak with Jackie and asked if she was with a client. I was told that she was not. I was put on hold for a minute, the receptionist returned and said she was with a client and would call me back. I waited and waited but received NO call from her. I think that, as a professional, knowing a client is upset she should have called to discuss this.
