My PT, Ryan, is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He listens carefully and takes my pain seriously. Thanks to his expertise and the support of the entire team at Berman, my pain has been significantly reduced. I finally feel like I have my life back. While some of the treatments weren't always comfortable, they were absolutely effective--and worth it. Ryan also gives me tailored exercises to do at home, and they've made a noticeable difference. Everyone at Berman is professional, highly educated, and truly committed to their patients' recovery. The guys are courteous and experienced, but expensive ($360 an hour). My right shoulder and arm did…read morenot have full movement , i probably had 65% degree of movement, due to a fall. After my first hour of therapy with them it was sore but they freed it up a bit. The doctor then stated he thinks i should be seen 5 times a week for the next 6 weeks for a package deal totaling over $9000. Seemed super excessive. And my 60 minute visit turned out to be 50 minute. They started 5 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. After my first visit and doing some home pt and laps in the pool, i felt 90% the next day. I think its a crime when they try and sell you $9000 worth of sessions when you may just need 1 or 2 or 5. I was not in a car accident with multiple injuries. On top of this they do not take credit cards. Nor do they do the electro therapy or even finish with a hot heat pad. On top of this, the therapist hadn't used or was in need of deodorant which made the 1 hour session difficult. They put earning the almighty dollar first. This is a huge lack of integrity and is becoming more common place. I do not recommend them

Michael did not disappoint, in fact, he exceeded my expectations. Having acquired his doctorate degree he is very knowledgeable, professional, personable and has genuine concern for his patients. I had rotator cuff surgery and saw Michael 2x/wk then 1x/wk for 3 months. At that time my orthopedic surgeon said I had well exceeded the norm for recovery. I have always been very active in my high school and college days. For the past two years I have been suffering with chronic pain in my ankle whenever I walked. That caused me to stop skiing, rock climbing, and other activities. They changed my appointment time without consulting me and then simply assumed I would show up at the new time. This level of disorganization is unacceptable; it shows a complete lack of respect for a patient who is coming in to feel better--yet with this kind of stress, no one could possibly feel any better. The appointment was scheduled with Candice, who did not call to consult me regarding whether my schedule could be changed. The supervisor, Rebeca, simply maintained that the appointment was rescheduled because *they* were experiencing issues; as for *my* issues, no one felt it necessary to consult me. You have been warned about the type of conduct and lack of consideration for your time shown here; this organization acts as though the patient exists at their disposal, rather than the other way around.

My mother, who has been living in an assisted living apartment at Terracina Grand for the past 6…read moreyears moved to The Gardens at Terracina Health and Rehabilitation after she had a stroke. We spent a long time looking for the right place for her and were happy to have found this one. My Mom is 91 years old and has had frequent hospitalizations in the past 10 years and we are so grateful for the care and patience with which she has been treated for this extended period of time. She has several physical therapists and occupational therapists in both the Gardens as well as her apartment at Terracina Grand and they always work with her to build up her strength and get back to a normal way of life. She has been in a wheelchair ever since her stroke but there are always enough CNAs and Nurses who monitor her medication and get her to and from the bathroom, as well as work with her when she has problems swallowing. The food is very good particularly at the Gardens and even though it sometimes must be softened so that she can easily eat it, she is usually able to rehabilitate herself with the help of the wonderful people who attend her there. We couldn't be happier than to have a place such as The Gardens for Mom to recuperate in until she is strong enough to go back to a more independent lifestyle which is available at Terracina Grand.
